They have earned my trust with the exceptional services that i received here. They exceeded my expectations on every level, providing affordable prices, a highly professional staff, and exceptional quality work. I came here for the tuneup n wheel alignment but also ended up buying some new rims Aswell. I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of work. If you are in need of automotive services, I wholeheartedly recommend this to everyone.

Definitely recommend this shop. The guys did a quick and excellent job and don t overcharge like a few shops down the road. I will continue to bring my cars here in the future.

Cant balance a tire and do alignments. Worst experience ever. And i took it back to see if they will fix the issue, they didn't do anything. I took my car there and had steering wheel shaking worse than when i brought it. How?! Take your car somewhere else for alignment and wheel balance.

Mr Ali / Victor is Chief Mechanic . He gets the job done ( literally everything and anything to do with. Car/Truck ). He will work and also direct / advise his big team of mechanics of varying ongoing tasks,of customers.Mr Ali/Victor advise "Car Best practices customers" .He fixed my car 2006 Toyota Camry LE, head gasket replacement due to engine oil leakage issues , including sparkplug replacement and oil change.I recommend and give him full five *****Keep up the Good work Ali/Victor.

Went in for an alignment, was charged $60 dollars and the rear tires were not aligned. Service seemed rushed and they took my money. Would not recommend this place, take your money elsewhere.

this is the best tire service in fairfield i have been coming here a long time and they always take good care of my care with really great price the staff is very nice . the boss is very helpful and nice and so is manpreet. very good people and nice business . thank you !

The service here was been courteous and professional. They have a state-of-the-art computer alignment setup so I was able to get the alignment done with the new tires. Victor and Jonathan were exceptional.

Awesome place to get new tires! I m was shopping around for prices on four new tires since I needed all four and they by FAR were the best. They were incredibly helpful and fast. I waited about 10-15 minutes tops for them to be done. They also give you a 50,000 mile warranty for your tires as well as free tire rotations whenever. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

They always have the best deals on new & used tires, I ve also purchased a set of custom wheels with new tires. They always get my vehicles in&out the shop super fast and i always get nice, friendly service which is hard to find these days, especially from a tire shop

My driver's side window regulator broke and my window was stuck about 3 inches open during all this rain. I called ahead and asked if they'd be able to replace it for my 2014 Chevy Cruze, and they said they could do it same day and gave me the exact price (which was a really reasonable one) over the phone. Took the car in right after work on a Monday, and was told it would take about 2 hours (done at 5 pm). Every staff member I interacted with was very personable and communicated well. They called me at almost exactly 5 pm and I got my car. Super simple, straightforward, upfront. I was so happy! Cost exactly what they told me and took precisely as long as they promised. I really appreciate how transparent and accurate the whole process was. Will definitely return for future auto issues. Thank you so much!!

Update: came back in for the credit on the difference. Staff verified with the owner and I was able to get my refund. I appreciate the quick response on the owner and the attentiveness of the crew here. I will def be back for my full set now! Thank you Victor!!Got a nail in my tire and dropped in because the reviews were good. The guy who repaired my tire said $15 and when I went in to pay he charged me $45. Maybe cos I'm a woman they felt it was ok to over charge but who knows. Was hoping I found a spot to get my new tires from in a couple months and to refer others to but I won't be back.

Very satisfied with the service. Walked in an hour before the shop closes due to a flat tire because of a nail and the guy at the counter was very nice enough to accommodate what my car needed and he was very honest.

Awesome customer service and expert staff at the best price. I went in bc one of my tires had a mail in it and Johnny had me in and out in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend for all your car needs.

Pretty solid shop. I was in a pinch and got my tires swapped here. They were nice, the most affordable in town and they helped me out greatly. Very friendly and upfront. I will be coming back for sick fast, friendly and adorable service.

I came in a few hours before they closed as I needed a wheel alignment done before a long trip the following day. They didn't hesitate and provided quality work in a fast manner at a great price. Friendly and professional staff. Thanks a ton & will certainly return.

Tried 4 big name brand tire places to get new wheels and tires. No one had my wheel type and was given poor customer service, until I drove by here. Best costumer service, best selections, and they are fast with high quality work. Definitely coming back for more car work and highly recommend them. Great establishment.

Ya'll know I Never give a 5 but this place deserves it. Quick, efficient and knowledgeable staff. Prices are very reasonable. Waiting room has TV and social distancing chairs. Excellent location go to IHOP. Grocery Outlet, CVS while you wait.Ok why 5...I love how they speak to customers..women, men teenagers all ethnicities. They don't have..will get it quickly. I went in for an alignment and used tire...will be back for brakes - estimate under $400 including rotors. Still love this place..I trust Victor and his mechanics.

Called to get a price on a set of tires and the guy asked for the tire size and as I'm telling him he is busy talking to someone else as music is blasting in the background then I have to repeat myself again. His reply we don't have that size. I say ok can you get them, he says yes $700 for all 4, I of course have to ask what kind of tire is that, response Raydar. Nothing else, no are you looking for a particular tire no nothing.Uh was thinking of giving them business but if that's how you talk to people trying to spend money, I can imagine how it is after you have their money. I'll take a hard pass on this place.

This place is so amazing we just moved here from San Jose and I needed a new back tire. The guy was so helpful he put a used tire on in 15 mins for 35 dollars including tax. He also quoted me for 4 new tires which I will definitely be doing in a few weeks. He never pressured me or said my car needed anything else which most places do. I have a ton of family here who will now be bringing their business here. Thanks guys you really are the best.

Great customer service very diverse location no racism here they were very honest found me a really good tire it wasn t but he let me know right away and put another one on Before I left it s perfect!! Love these guys even and 100� weather they were very nice

Brought my Chevy cobalt in for two tires and a break job, I was in and out in 45 minutes. These guys are super affordable, fast, and they do good work. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will take my car here for everything in the future!

Really good service everytime I have talked to the manager he takes care of business. I have 4 cars that I regularly take to get alignments done. My only problem is when the manager is not there, other people try to charge a different price. That is kind of irritating because I have to go back 2 or 3 different time to make sure the manager is there and get the same price I was quoted

Alignment way cheaper here than other places in Fairfield and Napa and it was done in 15 minutes

Great shop. Victor is straight forward, no BS, knows what needs to be done to get the job done quickly, cheaply, and effectively! Saved me a TON of money compared to what I was originally planning! Highly recommended!
