Quoted me $150 for a radiator flush for a 2000 Chevy S-10. When I arrived the gal said it would be around $250...they wanted to charge $39 a gallon for Napa orange dex cool...I had just bought a bottle from Napa Auto for $23...Rip off. Stick to your word and stop screwing people over!

I love doing my DMV paperwork there a very relaxed invirament. Within 10 minutes I was outside putting my new plates on the mustang. The young lady was very polite and guided me through process. I do recommend AAA for your DMV stuff

Yesterday, 01/27/2024 I broke down in Fairfield CA and called AAA for a tow. The app ask me where to be towed, and I saw AAA Repair Center in Fairfield open on a Saturday, so I ask to be towed there. Once I got to there, Shawn was able to fit me in with all the other appointments that day. Both Shawn and Russell his only Tech that day was able to fix my car that same day. Thank you Shawn and Russell for your help.

Horrible service , brought in the 350z for diag. on overheating issue . I figured it was the thermostat. Sean the service advisor told me it was the thermostat but also hit me with a throttle body replacement . Did both the service he recommended . Couple days later he told me it was not over heating anymore and I was good to go. Went to go pick the car up drove it home and to the store about 5 miles away . It started overheating once again . Called Sean back he said to bring it in and they will figure it out. Only to be told I need to replace the radiator , water pump and hoses . I instantly denied the services keep in mind I just paid 1100 for the recent service . He hit me with another 1300 repair . Figured something was fishy about what he was telling me so I took the car to Nissan of Vacaville they recommended to replace the thermostat to a factory part . I agreed to that repair once again and my car is perfectly fine now no overheating issues since . I give Sean a 1 out of 5 stars because he has no clue what he is doing other than scamming people . Will never go back to this shop ever again . This is a warning for all other people seeking repair here . Thanks again for nothing triple a repair center !Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

Customer service is great!! Taylor politely greets you and directs you exactly to the services you need....Ms.Anjanette helped my brother and i work thru what seemed like a mountain of paper work,making sure it was all good! Today was a good day!!...."Cube"...UP DATE 6/22/22 SAME GREAT SERVICE , SAME 2 LADIES STILL POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL!!

Excellent would be an understatement. The level of service we received from everyone, particularly Eric Isaacson, at the AAA Auto Repair facility was phenomenal. They did everything in their power to make sure we got back on the road quickly and safely. After this experience I can confidently proclaim that I will be a AAA member for life and will do nothing but sing their praises to anyone who will listen.

Mr Pascal, was the tow truck driver. His service was excellent and he tow the car with no problems. The excellent services. Pascal is the reason I value AAA service membership.

I have never considered taking my Audi TT to a non-Audi auto shop. However, being a AAA member for many years I needed an oil change and just didn't want to drive to San Francisco or go to an Audi dealership. I wanted to save some money and go somewhere local and can guarantee their work. I have never been so impressed with the crew at AAA Auto repair center in Fairfield CA. The two people I worked with Shawn Dingman and Mike Hanson were professional and very reassuring. I have to give props to their Manager Jarrett Kerrigan for running and hiring very knowledgeable and efficient team members. They made this long-time AAA member proud to have a membership but proud to say I had a fantastic experience. I would recommend to my friends and colleagues if they have AAA membership and need car maintenance the AAA Auto Repair Center in my hometown of Fairfield CA (address: 1495 Gateway Blvd) is a great place to take your car.Service: Oil change

So my dad came to this shop as a triple A member to get his alternator replaced, they ended up overcharging him at least 300-400 dollars for same day service. To make matters worse, the alternator that was installed consisted of poor quality parts from China that caused my dads car to break down AGAIN after less than 50 miles. Also, they also tried to cover up their mistake by saying their was a faulty connection when there really wasn t, according to Lafayette Auto Repair (shoutout to them). This shop also refused to cover for all tows back for a second repair as well, expect a follow up review soon. All in all, I m not just sure I m HIV positive that this is an auto repair shop you absolutely do not want to trust at all!

Super Professional Crew running this place. Used the Auto Repair section. Jr and Kaimana kept me updated and informed along the way getting my car back into shape. Really appreciate the labor and effort put into getting my car back to me on time.

My mom brought her car in for just an oil change. Hours later she gets a call saying that her car needed a new battery, a diagnostic for leaking oil, and a new CV driveshaft and then she authorizes the repairs. When my mom told me, what her advisor said, I was shocked! A new battery? The battery is only a year old. If a new battery was needed, there is a 3 year replacement warranty from where I purchased it from (AutoZone) that I could use. The advisor didn't even bother to ask my mom when it was last changed. A diagnostic for leaking oil? Our driveway is CLEAN. Haven't seen a leak ever on this car. A new CV driveshaft? Maybe she needed one but never were there any signs of wear from previous mechanics and we get this car serviced every 5,000 - 7,000 miles. I tell my mom to call them back so I can speak to them. When I speak to the advisor, he relays the repair order to me and I become further agitated. He tells me that they performed a FULL SYNTHETIC oil change for $69.99. I asked why and he said because my mom authorized it. Her Scion DOES NOT REQUIRE full synthetic! It only needs conventional oil. Then the advisor tells me "the battery replacement was only a recommendation and the only repairs they were going to do were the diagnostic leak and CV". I ask why they would put full synthetic oil in a car that doesn't need it and he says, "because it was authorized". I tell him to put a hold on the repairs.Angered, I tell my mom to take me to the shop so we can pick up the car and take it elsewhere. When we arrive, we're told that the oil change is done (which I was upset about) but whatever, we'll pay for the service that was done. The service advisor rings us up then goes to retrieve the keys. He takes a while to get our keys and then he says "your battery was removed and the tech went on break so we'll have to wait for him to come back to put your old battery back in. It will take about 30mins." I'm HEATED at this point because in our phone conversation, he stated that the battery was a "recommendation". If that was the case, why was the battery pulled in the first place?We finally get our battery back in our car and I decide to take it to Toyota Vallejo to see if the repairs AAA recommended were needed. I show Toyota Vallejo the repair order and the advisor there said "Why did you get full synthetic oil? Your car doesn't need it. We could've done your oil change here for $38.99 and given you a discount with your AAA card." I then left the car with Toyota to do a complete multi-point inspection. I get a call 2 hours later and the Toyota Advisor said "Why did they recommend a new CV driveshaft? We don't see anything wrong with your vehicle. And far as your battery goes, it has a positive charge. If for whatever reason you need a new one, take it to Auto Zone first to get a replacement before having us change it if you need it"So there. WOW! AAA Repair, you FAILED! You need to change the letters to FFF because today, you earned an F in my book. You told my mom that the oil change was $69.99 when she could've got it for $39.99 but you never gave her that option. I smell greed. You never even asked her how old the battery was or where we bought it from, instead, you went ahead and tried to replace it when it wasn't necessary. And then, you write up a bogus oil leak diagnostic and CV repair? Get out of here! I'm DONE with this place. I put all this blame on the service advisor, Jr Panduro. Either he's really new, disorganized, or dishonest but whatever he is, he is not trustworthy. DO NOT GO HERE! They take advantage of people. It's very sad.

The Shop (and most all other shops) Would'nt touch car .Too old (1985).1990& up only.I Explained the problem & it WOULD be a SIMPLE fix, still no.HoweverThey did give me # of shop that does ,,?Didnt.Helpful yet not. Give E for effort.

Because of Corona virus the waiting was all standing up, and if there wasn't any room inside they would send you outside to wait. Everyone was there for dmv services so I cannot comment on any other aspect of this location.

They charged over Labor when just replace alternator my tundra 2012 135/hour they calculate replace Alternator 5.75 hours. . When I call for get back my original Toyota alternator they told they send it back to Toyota and charge 100 dollars if I want it back terrible AAA SHOP total cost for labor and parts just after market Alternator is 1275.00 too Expensive never go there again. Toyota just 2.5hours labor
