I have been traveling from portland to orange county. I stopped at Sacramento to stay at a motel through the night.In the morning I found out that my car was broken into and the back window was smashed.I called UCD Auto glass to help repair the window for me. They have been really nice and sent out George to get the window replaced.When George arrived he realized that he didn t have the right glass for my Subaru outback and informed me that there is a national shortage for the back window for this car.He apologized but also made a suggestion to cover the broken back window with cardboard. So that I can still get back on the road.I agreed and he went to work. He professionally cleaned all the broken glass in and around the car and made the temporary repairs. He sent me the part that I need so that I can try and get it replaced at my destination.Even though George could not get the window replaced for me, he still did a wonderful job and covered the window for me.George has the best customer service attitude and is ready to help in any situation. Thank you for helping me get this sorted.

From the very first contact George was very professional and accommodating to my schedule! When I arrived he went over in detail what he was going to do and why. Apparently now a days many windshields need calibrating when being replaced due to all the sensors new cars have. George explained the process and emailed me a report so I could see that everything was as it should be after installation! I highly recommend UCD Auto Glass!! You won t be disappointed! In a world where many businesses have lost the sense of quality customer service it was refreshing to see that George has managed to make that a priority!

THE BEST IN THE CITY!!! I am forever BLESSED & grateful to have met George of UCD Auto Glass. I had a crack on my windshield and reached out to UCD Auto Glass via email. I received a prompt quote the same day. After setting up a date and time, the convenience meter went through the roof when George, their skilled technician, pulled up to my house, saving me the headache of having to drive anywhere. Not only was George punctual, but his service was of the highest quality. My new windshield looks impeccable. George is great! Very professional with his work. Very thorough, he cleaned and vacuumed every piece of glass that were still there after the damage was done. He was very prompt, fast but delivered an excellent job.There are people who you meet the first time and yet you feel at ease and comfortable with them and the job that they do. And that's George.George did not disappoint. His pricing was the most reasonable among 5 that I called. I highly recommend him. He has 2 locations for your convenience. What a great experience. George was great to work with from the get-go. He responded to my call quickly, helped me with filing the claim, had some great insight on the insurance side of things, showed up on time, did a fantastic job replacing the window, and even vacuumed the entire car when he was done! He's also just a really nice guy to work with.I'll definitely be recommending UCD to all my friends and family!

If you re looking to get any of your windows replaced stop and look no more!!!!! George is the man to trust with these needs and will guarantee you amazing results and work you can trust! I was there the whole time and he was informing me step by step on what he does and how it all comes together and still finished in an hour. His story he shared with me about his background and how he started was truly inspiring/amazing. Will be the only person working on my car if I ever need these type of services again

George was super fast, professional, and very efficient! We had a broken window on our passenger door and he was able to come to our home the next day and finished the project in about 30 minutes. He also cleaned all the shattered glass and left the car spotless. In the future we will definitely use his services again and I highly recommend him to anyone needing a window repair/replacement. He s great at what he does.

Contacted UCD Auto Glass after a rock chipped my windshield and recieved a response quickly. He arrived at my work and started the chip repair immediately. After the repair George also cleaned the exterior and interior of the windshield. Whole repair took about 15 minutes. George's quick response and professionalism is A+! I highly recommend George and UCD Auto Glass!

Great Service!Went in for my windshield. It was done within 45 mins. Also, cleaned up my car put a vacuum in it and wiped all the wind windows. Something he definitely didn t have to do. Great service highly recommend if you need your windshield repaired What are you waiting for?

Fastest and most professional window work I've gotten done in a while. I had called for a quote on a saturday, was able to schedule something that following monday morning and George was clear in communication as well as on time and worked efficiently to get it done in a very manageable time frame, will definitely be recommending to friends & family!

Needed to get glass replaced ASAP before upcoming road trip and started looking after 5pm. UCD was the only glass repair I could find that not only answered my call but was able to fix the repair before 2pm the next day when I had to leave. They even vacuumed out the glass in the area that was broken but also vacuumed the rest of the interior (which was pretty messy due to my kids). It was prompt, courteous, competent service. Safelite quoted me hundreds of dollars more and couldn t fix my window for 10 days. UCD will certainly get all of my future business and I couldn t recommend them more.

Without a doubt since the two decades I have owned a car bus was the best service PERIOD. They went above and beyond what they were asked but more importantly they were so incredible proffesionals down to the expectation of time it took. My only disappointment is that they can't take care of my car for everything, also I never leave reviews but I just freakin had to. Thank you George and the team!

Super quick and friendly mobile servicing. Called on a Sunday night around 4pm and window was fixed the next day.Prices are amazing was literally half the price of safelite and it took a fraction of the time it would have for safelite.Highly recommended for any glass replacement needs.

Fast and efficient quality work. He did mobile service for my dad s 2005 chevy truck and even took pride in cleaning the dusty ol dash board cause it is a work truck so if you could imagine, that means a lot to my dad!
