I went here for oil changes for the past 4 years. It used to be excellent but the ownership recently changed. They said they no longer stock the synthetic 5w30 oil for my car. I told them that s fine, since I brought the oil and filter for them to use, but they told me to go somewhere else. I wouldn t recommend this place anymore.Edit: I m a bit perplexed by the response. If I bring my own oil, why does it matter whether you choose to stock it or not? I don t need an analogy about how supply and demand work. Just use the oil provided by the customer.

I am very impressed by the service I received here. It was my first visit for an oil change, and I had questions about other services I might need. They were very quick and efficient, and honestly told me what I needed to have repaired, and what I didn't. I will definitely go to this SpeeDee center again.

This is the third time within a year that they ve let me know I don t actually need an oil change, despite the indicator having been on for months before I bring it in. I so greatly appreciate that they re honest about this and not charging me for services I don t need. The staff have always been courteous and answered my questions thoroughly. Rochelle in particular is so cheerful and helpful.

I went into the speedy location on a Sunday afternoon with my eight year old daughter. There were about four cars ahead of us in line and we weren t sure how long the wait was going to be, so he went inside to speak to the manager Cornell. He politely informed me that would be about an hour and when I mentioned, I didn t know if I could wait that long because my daughter, he graciously offered to drive us back to our house so that we didn t have to wait. He drove us home in his personal car, and when everything was finished, within an hour, he called us and told us it was ready. I cannot believe his generosity and him going out of that way for me and my family, just to help mom out. I will continue to go to this location just to work with Cornell and his team.

We loved this place cause we were able to bring our own oil and they would change it for a fee. Well we won't be going back there no more we'll find somewhere else. My Son says they're under new management so we'll find somewhere else. Money hungry people.

Don't let a lube tech tell you you don't need your oil changed yet. I went here for a 3k oil change and half an hour later left with the same oil, because some fool thought he should be the one to tell me how to maintain my engine. Wasn't going to argue though! He already proved I was at the wrong place.I don't care if the bottle says my oil should last for a million years, if I'm paying you to change it, you change it. I'm not at a quick lube for diagnostics.

This is the only place I actually trust. They are all so kind and pleasant and I always feel like they are honestly genuinely helpful. Definitely the best car people I ve ever gone to :)

Ripped my splash guard off and didn t tell me about it. Asked the staff about it and no accountability was taken. Tech who did the work have a smug response and then went back into the service bay. $112 for an oil change is already a lot, usually get it done for $70 at the dealership and they do a much more professional job. Service tech Miguel will rip your car apart like it doesn t matter, can only imagine how many cars he s done this to.Service: Oil change

Never take your vehicle here for an oil change atleast took my Toyota Rav4 here assuming it would be cheaper then my usual $75 Chevron 15min drive through oil change. But boy was I wrong!!! I waited one hour for a $106 after taxes basic four cylinder oil change! These are some snakes here

I had a great experience with getting my oil changed here. Rochelle was very nice over the phone. She gave me a window of time to get my car done & I was in and out within about 30 mins. The price was affordable! Thank you SpeeDee for great customer service!

Came in for an oil change. Staff was friendly, pricing was upfront and on par with other places I've been too, but they have coupons on their website that the other places don't. They were a little busy, but the turn around time was still pretty good.

Nice place good crew. Lady at the front desk was nice and helped me take care of any questions or concerns I had. They are quick and the waiting room is nice. Got me done in under an hour no appointment.

So I got my spark plugs changed recently and I found out that this company put the wrong spark plugs in my car back in 2020. I find that to be very weird that I spent a lot of money that day for them to put the wrong parts in my car please do not go to this place for any type of tune up services.Service: Auto engine tuningService: Auto engine tuning

I come here if I need quicker drive up oil changes if I don't go to my normal mechanic.Have had great service, reasonable prices for service. Will continue come here for oil changes as needed.

I bring several vehicles to this location. Today is my last however. I came in to drop my car off, and requested an oil change, wipers, and tire rotation. The technician informed me he didn't time for the tire rotation. This was at 12:30, and I informed him I would leave it all day. I use to be a technician and understand rotating tires is not ideal, but this was ridiculous. He mentioned the reason was the mechanic was busy all day, and there was one other vehicle in the shop. I went in to proceed dropping the car off, frustrated with the news. The young lady cashier was busy on her phone, and when I told her I needed to drop my car off, she told me to have a seat. I'm not sure what happened to customer service. As a customer I felt I was inconveniencing the tech and cashier. Very frustrating experience.

I highly recommend SpeeDee oil change for any car maintenance. I made a few calls around to find the cheapest price for what services I needed and they were hands down the most reasonable. Not only that but their staff is super friendly and nice, have a well maintained office, and they have good communication with you. I originally went in for motor mounts to get replaced and ended up adding a oil change. Nothing like that is usually cheap cheap, but they did a great job with a reasonable price. They also offer coupons on their website you can use for a discount. Unfortunately, I forgot to use them myself. But definitely definitely recommend this place! You won't be disappointed. And last but not least, they even returned my car to me nicely vacuumed upfront and windows cleaned. Thank you guys.Services: Transmission, Engine repair, Oil change

I had recently replaced the radiator in my car and the car was running hot. I took it to speeDee oil change and they ran a diagnostic and tested the cooling system. Everything was working fine and there were no leaks. Attendants are very knowledgeable and pleasant. A great place to have your car serviced

They were extremely fast. That was one of my fastest oil changes ever. The price was reasonable for a conventional oil change. While $47 is a little higher than I'd like to pay, it's the going rate these days. Also, they had a coupon on their website which was easily used. It was the fourth place I had been to that morning and there was no wait. All of the other businesses said they were too busy and their prices were comparable. One was even more expensive, but still too busy. The guys were friendly and not pushy. I often find these types of franchise shops often try to push a bunch of services on you, but that was not the case here. I think I have found my new go to oil change location.Service: Oil change

The staff was friendly and professional, however, I was on somewhat of a tight schedule and I was told "35-40" minutes tops. That ended up being over an hour. Had I known that, it wouldn't have been an issue. I would have just come back the next day. Also, while I appreciate the complimentary window cleaning, it literally looked like they used one of the oily rags on my windshield and rear window. It was almost comical, actually. I wasn't even mad, I just thought "what the. . . .?". Overall, friendly service but, for the price, I don't know that I would go again. Might have just been an off day, but first impressions and all.Service: Oil change

I called and asked if they were taking appointments. They suggested not making an appointment and just dropping in. I asked him how long the wait was. They told me it was going to be about an hour.So I headed on over, pulled into the parking lot, gave the keys to the greeter, and went inside. To my surprise within 15 minutes I saw my truck in the garage, and rolling forward into the first slot. 15 minutes after that they came in with the paperwork. Told me what they had done, directed me to the counter and I was heading out the door. A one-hour trip turned into half an hour before I even knew what was going on.Full synthetic Mobile One oil change and lube and "14 inspection" with coupon about 70 bucks. Good conversation while I waited. Nice friendly folks inside.My only complaint is that they put their lube windshield cling on over the top of my parking permit cling... Aesthetically displeasing.

Your team was amazing! I had a previous bad experience with another shop went in there yesterday just hoping to find a good shop that I could bring both of my vehicles to. Your staff was very kind and courteous helpful and knowledgeable I was put at ease that all my needs would be met. I had a couple questions they answered patiently correctly with enthusiasm which is rare if not extinct these days lol The wait time was not ridiculous and the quality of the work was great! I will be returning with my challenger I m looking forward to seeing your great staff you ve made a customer for life thank you again I really appreciate it.Services: Air conditioning, Oil change
