I took my brand new truck to SMP Tint & Detail and the owner Steve damaged the glass on all of my windows. He was acting really strange when I went to pick the truck up after having it all day. He only had 2 windows tinted after 5 hours and told me the dealership was to blame for a cut into the glass on my windshield. He also did not want me to pay for the door windows he tinted until I talked to the Ford dealer about the windshield, which I thought was strange. The next morning when the sun was out, I could see there were razor blade cuts into the glass on my windows. The tint job was also terrible with bubbles and debris in between the window and the tint film. When I confronted Steve about the razor cuts in my glass he said he didn't know how that happened but that he would take care of it. He promised to pay for new window glass. I took my truck back to the dealer to have an inspection done and they gave me a quote for the window glass. I called Steve and told him what the cost would be for the windows and he assured me that he would pay for it and that he wanted everyone to be happy. The glass was ordered and an appointment was set. When I called Steve to let him know that I was taking the truck in for the appointment, he told me that his "colleagues" advised him not to pay. Now I am filing a claim with my insurance and have to deal with this on my own because Steve does not honor his word or his workmanship. Buyer beware, do not expect quality, care or accountability from this business.

Steve is hands down the best window tinted I have ever come across. He has handled all my vehicles from high end luxury cars to my hot rods and my homes as well. I would t trust anyone else but SMP. I have been bringing my cars to Steve for years and I have never been disappointed. Steve always stands behind his work and if for some reason you are not satisfied with his work he will make sure you are happy with your vehicle before you leave...thanks Steve M. Pinoski

SMP is one of those shops that takes care of you. SMP did tint, clear bra, mud flaps, wax, detail, and color repair. SMP even removed my truck tags. Thank you SMP.. My windows on my '15 Avalon came out looking AWESOME!! Price was very competitive and even was able to accommodate me on a Sunday. It was done quicker than when promised and Steve even buffed out a spot on the paint. I will definitely feel comfortable referring my family, friends & customers to SMP..GREAT job and Thank you..

I have been using SMP for years. Not only do they do vehicles but they do business / house windows too! I am very particular about the people and services that I choose. I have never been disappointed with SMP! Five star service for sure!!!!

Wow. STEVE knows his stuff. Did almost a complete vinyl job on my car! It looks amazing. He even added an extra touch that really set the whole car off! Have my car's detailed here often, 1st time having vinyl done here. Highly recommend SMP to anyone wanting quality work at excellent prices. STEVE goes above and beyond!!

I brought in my 2000 volvo s80 (which is a mistake of a car), and the windows and tail lights were near perfect. The only complaints were that I was told to take it in on a day they re closed so there was only one guy, not sure how many there usually are, but it took all day (6-7 hours) compared to 3-4 hours, and the price didn t change a cent. If you need your car relatively quickly, schedule on a day they re open, or schedule on a day you don t need your car, other than that, I love the service, and I love the quality, I would always recommend.

Excellent Service! SMP is a must go to place for window tinting. The process was seamless from start to finish. The team is knowledgeable and professional. They provide reasonable rates with a professional job and quick turn around. I'm beyond pleased with the outcome. Will be returning for a detail.

After loaning my old 99 Honda to several friends , I was embarrassed to drive it. The interior was filthy, the rims were shot, and it needed new window tint. SMP worked their magic, and my old Honda is beautiful again - even the rims. I had planned on buying a new car, but it can wait.

Steve did a great Job on my 2014 Accord I just got. He got me right in and did a very nice job on the tint. I had a little issue, but he got me right back in and everything is perfect now.Thanks again Steve! :)

A+ customer service from Byron and Steve. I needed to have some peeling tint fixed that Steve had applied a few months ago. They were very prompt about getting me in ASAP and assured me it was under warranty. Steve had it fixed in 20 mins and I was on my way! Will only go to them from now on.

Fantastic business, wasn't expecting it to be underneath the building in a parking garage but once located it is a very professional business and the owner had my truck tinted faster than expected, prices were much better than other local shops I contacted. Highly recommend!
