Aaron and Anthony were awesome. They were able to help me in a timely manner and get me in and out while I was able to get some shopping done at the nearby store. Very friendly and helpful and great Customer Service. Will certainly be going back! I appreciate it guys!

Okay experience I only rated 3 stars because they would not honor an online coupon I had for an oil change for 29.99 so I ended up paying $81 instead smh that's great

I brought this Midas my wheels and new tires I bought on line to change (brought them in my pickup truck, they did not dismount my wheels). They called me 4 hours later saying they were having a "hard time uninstalling the old tires, because they are low profile". The tire size is 255/35r18, on an 18x9.5 wheel, nothing special about this tire size. Low profile? Sure, but I've never had an issue with anyone changing the tires on these at all. I have heard of issues when people run a crazy small sidewall (like 25), but 35 on an 18" is no big deal. After a few more hours, I called them as they were closing soon, they said they couldn't get the tires off. Fine, I drive down to pick them up and take them somewhere else and find that they have completely ruined one of my wheels. The face of it was completely scratched up. Not just the paint, there are multiple divots and grab points that clearly go DEEP into the aluminum of the wheel. I made great note of this, documented the 9 or so locations that damage occurred (clearly from someone trying to dismount the wheel upside down on the tire machine, I am familiar with the machinery). It has been over six weeks since the damage has happened, and I have been calling the location, their customer support and resolution center, made a complaint with their corporate office, and been in contact with their "resolution manager" with ZERO thought of a solution. They clearly have been trying to ignore me in hopes that I will forget about the damage. Constant excuses, they refuse to actually address the issue. The customer service is embarrassing here. I learned how to mount tires in high school, even low profile, because most modern cars have a pretty small sidewall. Don't go here, something as simple as a tire change will go terribly wrong.Service: Tires

Customer service was great, Moe was a great help. Brought my car in the middle day for an oil change and found out my car had a check engine light. I came in for an oil change and to have my tires inspected before a road trip. They were great and found a small oil leak due to an old gasket. They assured me that it was not a problem yet, but would eventually need attention. I came back after my trip to have it repaired and again the service was excellent and the price is very reasonable for the labor required. They don't try to upsell you and are honest about the work and your options. I wait while they work on my truck and saw first hand that they treat all of their customers with the same honesty and respect.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

My 20 year old son Tyson had recently got his pads and rotors done at the Midas at fair oaks and greenback in Sacramento California, a couple days later he starts having a shaking issue when stopping so he calls them and they say "We got a bad batch of rotors and bring it in for inspection" he brings it in and they end up breaking off a wheel stud, completely stripping the lug nut out. They refused to fix the stud and charged him 8 dollars for a new lug nut. They also broke a big gaping hole in the hubcap and didn't offer to fix that either and sent him out to drive home with only 3 lug nuts holding the tire on. My wife and I are extremely upset about this. if his tire had flown off on the way home it could have killed somebody, and I'm very confident its actually against the law to allow someone to drive home an unsafe vehicle. We will be reporting this to every available agency possible in our area. I honestly hope the person who did that work loses there job. That is completely unacceptable and irresponsible, and I will tell every single person I meet for the rest of my life to never EVER go to Midas!

This Midas has changed management in the past year or so and seems to have promptly gone down hill, unfortunately. You re going to encounter overpriced and underwhelming services and staff that feels arrogant and untrustworthy.I had my brake pads and rotors replaced only to have the rotors warp a few months later after minimal mileage on the vehicle. I took it to a neighborhood garage who recommended going back to Midas so they could make it right. Midas contacted the part shop, who did cover the rotors, but Midas would not cover the labor to fix the problem parts they installed. I ended up shelling out more to get the error fixed and won t be coming back.Service: Brakes

Quoted me $1500 to replace the coolant control valve in my Prius and told me it would overheat if they didn't do it. I said no, drove my car over 3,000 miles without it overheating, and got the part replaced a few months later at a local shop for $260. The guy at Midas also kept calling me pet names, and it made me very uncomfortable. I had my boyfriend come in with me to pick my car up after getting the outrageous quote, and he stopped with the pet names real quick.

Brought my 2003 camary in after being looked at by 3 different mechanics due to no power on acceleration they went above and beyond to access the issue which the other 3 shops could not pinpoint after finding the issue once again they went above and beyond to fix the problem. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to be serviced. I was treated with kindness and respect and communication was excellent! I called to make an appointment. They got me in a.s.a.p. Got my tune up and used a online coupon. Got here a hour before closing time and they got me out in and out in 40 minutes. Some of the best service I've ever gotten. This is not my go to spot for all 3 vehicles.

The best oil change prices around! For full synthetic. Just get their online coupon. Under $70 with coupon. And their service is outstanding! Fast and reliable. Friendly service person too! Just a great experience all around. I'll definitely be coming here again every time. Thanks MIDAS guys!!

My entire family (including in-laws) have been getting their brakes done at this location for years! They are always so fast, efficient and staff is incredibly friendly! These guys are the best! I have a very unique vehicle, and was having trouble ordering the right oil filter, the guys in fair oaks weren't only able to source the part but have it delivered and get my oil changed all in the same day! I will definitely be back, thanks moe!

Cannot reccommend this place. I had my brakes changed here and squeeked ever since. They also send you home 20$ oil change coupon then when you go in they tell you they do not do it anymore and offer a 69$ blend (sic!) total bait and switch scam. And they do not return voicemail. Total SCAM do not waste your time there are better places out there

Great place, super quick and decent prices, got my tire alignment and set of new tires prices around 380$ for Honda Civic.Good customer service but sometimes slow to listen to what I requested when changing out old spare. They put the wrong tire back on my spare.

I have been taking our cars to this location for many years, but I believe this is the first time since there is new ownership. We picked up the car with my wife driving it home. When I got home, I noticed oily handprints on both the door and the hood of the car. Upon closer inspection under the hood, I also found that oil had been spilled all over the top of the engine while filling it with new oil. I took the car back for them to clean the mess that had been made. Picking it up a second time, the exterior oily prints had been cleaned (kind of), and the top of the engine had been wiped down. I was told that they had not steam cleaned under the hood, for fear of doing other damage, which I agree with. However, based on the fact that for several days puddles of oil were left on our garage floor, I feel that they did a half-hearted attempt at trying to get the car as clean as possible. Their claim of having "expert technicians" is definitely questionable.Service: Oil change

I do not recommend this place. I paid for things i did not order. I paid for my oil change twice. Once in cash and the other on credit. I was duped into believing i needed new tires. I agreed and they stated it would look good on my credit report. They did not report that i paid them in full. I requested the invoice several times but they still did not give it to me. Terrible service. Brought my car in for a diagnostic and belt change. 3 days later.. still no belt or diagnostic.. when I asked for my keys and told them I was upset, they said thank you and I was lucky they didn't charge storage fees while the junkie looking guy sat on a soap box nd smirked the whole time. Been going there for years. Never again.

These guys have been my regular mechanic for almost four years--love these guys. My brakes went out over the three day weekend. They squeezed me in Monday morning even though they were slammed. And by the end of the day, I had four brand new brakes...all at a reasonable price. They're honest, straight forward, and provide great customer service.

Went in to get my breaks done. I asked Enzo if we could do a few more things and he was very helpful and up front about the details. The repairs took much less time than anticipated and he even put in a little extra work for a discount. Much appreciated, I'll be back moving forward.

I took my car in to have the my brakes power booster replaced. When I pick my car up I drove about 5 miles my brakes started to fail luckily I didn t get into an Accident. Turns out Midas didn t Tight it down properly so I took it back to have them fix there mistake it took over a week for them to correct it. while my car was there for I had called them to get updated on when my car would be done they first said it shouldn t take long. So I said that s cool I called back the next day they said they haven t gotten to it yet but they were going to start working on it that day. I said ok cool. I called back the following day they told me that we weren t able to get to it yesterday but for sure they ll get to it today. So I call back a few hours later they told me oh we gotta get a part and we won t get the part till tomorrow so we won t be able to do anything today. A few more days past and it was excuse after excuse why my car wasn t done. Finally got my car back but needless to say I will never use mitis again.Service: Brakes
