Tommy, the owner, was very professional. They took good care of my car, and they even helped arrange a rental car for me for pickup when I dropped off my car at the same time for repairs. The repair was done so perfectly, and I am very happy with their service. I would give them a total of 10 stars for satisfaction and excellent service. I definitely recommend them to others.to others.

I was referred to them by a friend who had two cars repaired there. They are busy but for good reason... they do a great job. They were very professional - they provided several estimates to give us options, they agreed to be paid directly by the person who caused the accident, they ordered the parts right away, and kept us informed when a part was delayed. Once they had all the pieces, they promptly scheduled the repair and completed it so that it looks like new. Overall a great experience and I will recommend to others!

I needed repairs to my truck and Exclusive Auto Care took great care with me. Kevin explained all the steps, and called promptly when there were updates and they even had the care done ahead of schedule. The work was excellent!

This shop is busy - they only take appointments for someone to look at your car (no walk-ins) and you may have to wait to get your car in for repairs (I waited one week for the estimate and then another 2 for the repairs). But once in, the turnaround time is quick, the employee I worked with was communicative (shout out to Andrew) and the repairs were top notch. I definitely would recommend!

I had a truly exceptional experience with Kevin and Exclusive. Kevin was transparent about everything and very helpful; he answered every question I had in straight forward and clear way. He kept me well informed and made me feel well taken care of throughout the entire process. I was dreading this process but ended up very happy with both my experience and the results. My car looks brand new and I couldn t be happier. Thank you so much to every single person on this team. I can guarantee that should I ever need repairs in the future I will come back to exclusive.

Exclusive provided extraordinary, prompt, efficient, courteous, rapid and timely repairs. The front right end had been almost totally demolished by a driver having a medical blackout. The car looked like new after a 9 day repair by Exclusive. They are highly recommended by me!

My experience was great from start to finish. Had great cumminication and kept us updated on the work. Car was done early, was cleaned and they arranged pick of the rental. Overall amazing experience. They really know how to make it easy on us

Oustanding service and quality of work. 2nd time this year I had to bring a car here and same experience both times. Cherie does a great job keeping you informed every step of the way, fully explaining all the work that has to be done, and she deals with the insurance company and getting a rental car. AMAZING!!!!

Great service and quality! Seriously, I took my Land Rover Defender there and I am impressed with the quality of the work. My husband and I took it to exclusive auto care after taking the car to the sand dunes. We had quite an amount of damage in the front of the car. The car was still drivable, so Exclusive auto care ordered some of the parts and we took it to the shop only when most of the parts arrived. It took a little bit over a month to get the car back but I am just very impressed with the customer service.Cherie is the best. She is top notch, not only does she get it DONE, she also communicates throughout the process.I will always recommend this place and hopefully I don t have have to go back there but IF I ever need a repair in any of my cars this is the place. Thank you team for fixing my car.

I had a fantastic experience with Kevin, the team member assigned to my car. He was friendly, helpful, and kept me informed at every step of the repair process. He also really helped me out by advocating for me with the insurance company to make sure that I wasn't charged extra fees or more than the deductible that I needed to pay. He also delivered the car more than 1 week ahead of schedule, which I was really pleasantly surprised by.I could not recommend Exclusive Auto Care more to any one who is looking to get their car fixed!

From the estimate to the finished body and paint work, it was seamless to completion. They cleaned the inside and outside of the car before I picked it up. I received text message updates on the repair progress. The staff was pleasant, especially Sherrie. Exclusive Auto Care was recommended to us by our wonderful mechanic (Eric at ProCare Auto Clinic in Redwood City - seriously, the kindest and most professional mechanic I have ever met). The recommendation was spot on, because the staff at Exclusive Auto Care could not have been more accommodating. They helped us arrange transportation between their shop and the car rental agency, and they very clearly communicated progress at every step of the process. Cherie was so warm and friendly that she made the (regrettable) process of getting our car repaired truly enjoyable. We were traveling when our car was completed, and Exclusive Auto Care very kindly let us leave our car there for a few days until we returned. Their workmanship is fantastic - the car looks brand new! Even the inside of the car was cleaned!! Hopefully we won't need auto body services again in the near future, but if we do, we know where to take our vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

Customer service kept me updated while Tommy and Calvin promptly repaired and painted the damaged area. they finished 2 days ahead of schedule. And dropped my car back to my house. I realize that I wrote a one-line review 5 years ago so I thought I should update this with more detail.Not only do they quote fair pricing and have friendly reliable service, but they really take the time to explain the work that needs to be done and what can wait so that you don t break your budget. They re all about quality work, repeat customers and referrals and this is reflected in their other great reviews.I ve been referring Business to them since they opened in their previous location 11 years ago and won t take my BMW anywhere else (because it s out warranty service).Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Brakes, Oil change
