Jason & Don evaluated my mustang same day for battery cable problems and completely fixed the issue. Shop was extremely reasonably priced as my previous mechanic was going to overcharge and stated car needed new wiring and to replace the entire cable set. Very pleased. Don and Jason were excellent from start to finish. They covered a few expert suggestions about my oil change and were fair with cost. You will need to schedule an appointment here. Yet, I can see why they are pretty popular with customers. I have a 2004 Chevy Tahoe and received an oil change and tire rotation. They also topped off all my fluids and did a courtesy check on a few areas of my truck. Great family style business that greets you warmly when you arrive and will make sure they take good care of you and your questions. I will be back.

Fantastic service. John was able to quickly diagnose and repair a laundry list of issues on my truck. One of which I was aware of but didn't even ask them about.I would recommend these guys to any friends or family.They operate with a certain honesty and integrity that you just don't see these days. Especially with how I've been done so dirty by some other shops.Seriously, I cannot recommend them enough. These are the guys you can trust.

Don is excellent, got my car in same day for a check engine light. Replaced my spark plugs and coil and my car runs like a dream. No one here will BS you, this is the only place I will take my car as long as they are in business.Not only was my car repaired but he gave me information about why he made the replacements he did, including showing me the old coil. True attention to detail and no nonsense customer service.

Had a weird noise coming from under hood. At first Jason thought it may be water pump. After getting in there he identified it was the bearing on the A/C compressor. He also found that there is a bearing/pulley kit available on Amazon for around $55. The alternative was replacing the entire compressor for over $1,000. He gave me the choice, but it was an easy decision. He installed the kit and did an oil change. I really like that he looked for cost saving alternatives and I found both Don and Jason to be very honest and fair. I'll be back when my Tacoma needs anything else.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning, Oil change

Took care of me and my car so well! I went to a shop previously that we re trying to over charge me and decided to try somewhere new. They were so honest with me as to what was going on, showed me what was wrong & did not up charge me. As a female I appreciate it going in by myself & them looking at me as a long time customer not just money. Car is running way better. Jason and Don are my GO TO mechanics. They do a great job and go the extra mile for us. We don't trust our vehicles with anyone else. They do get busy so if you have something you need done. Make an appointment. They will not let you down. I've always walked away feeling like I got my moneys worth, and then some.

Don and Jason are the BEST in auto care !!! They listened to my concerns and addressed what needed fixing now. My budget is tight and never once was I being oversold anything I didn't want fixed. Jason is amazing!! Despite the timely work needed on my daughter's car he got it up and running better than when we brought it in and within a couple days. He explains everything thoroughly and is honest and nice.

Above and Beyond Service! My first time experience was amazing! Jason helped me figure out a simple problem but complex issue. Checked my engine light and gave me honest fair priced options. My truck has never ran better! He wanted my business and not my money I really appreciate everything he did for me. If you are looking for a shop you can trust and depend on this is it!

This shop may look small without a fancy remodel. But the work is high quality for very reasonable prices and I truly trust the owner jason. Hes very honest and is not out to lie or cheat anyone. Ive referred him about 8 people and everyone has been happy!

These guy's absolutely saved my butt. Car was smoking on my way home from work and I had to get help immediately. They were already swamped with appointments so I figured I'd get turned away. Luckily for me, they helped me out and had my car fixed and working within about an hour. Our car broke down in the Raleys parking lot 6 years ago and Don came up and helped us. We have been bringing our cars to Jason and Don ever since. They are good honest mechanics. I highly recommend them.

These guys are the real deal! Helped me out in a real jam and gave me trouble shooting advice while waiting for my appointment. Once the vehicle was in service they found the problem was cheaper than originally thought and they let me know! Saved a ton of money and the work is fast. Great shop, and i will be a life long customer.

First time visit for automotive work at ER Auto Repair. I needed a transmission fluid change for my Toyota. The price was fair, the work done right, and it was completed earlier than quoted. Used to love these guys but i can no longer in good faith recommend them. Their prices have gone up. Quality gone down and they cancel appointments on you if they can fit in more people. They are a disorganized small time operation. They really need to step back and take a good look at what they want their business to stand for.

IDK if its more about quick money jobs, poor scheduling & communication or what but something's wrong here!I used to like and trust these guys but not anymore!!!!! They've been my go to shop for last year & 1/2 since I moved to Sac county. However my last few calls to them have created some doubts (explained below) and then when Jason cancelled my appt for a heater core replacement, it took the cake for me! So as of today, I AM DONE with ER Auto!! Jason just lost my business as well as my family's!1st Reason: NEVER, Ever, in my life has an auto shop/mechanic called me LESS THAN 24Hrs before my scheduled 1-1/2 to 2 day appt to say they CAN'T take me cause they can't guarantee completion within 1-1/2 to 2 days because they "got busy" with "17 more vehicles". Jason didn't say, we got a problem, I'm gonna need more time. No, he flat out said "I can't take" your truck tomorrow at 9am. Mind you, I scheduled this appt last Friday (today is tuesday) afternoon thru Don who told me it would be a "mininum" of 1-1/2 to 2 days to replace my heater core, which I understood & knew that I needed a backup plan to get to work if it wasn't done by day two.Yesterday, Monday afternoon after getting a pressure check (done elsewhere) that someone suggested, I called ER & talked to Jason about it all. And at that time he didn't indicate an issue with the amount of time for the job or that he couldn't keep the appt. So even though I was scheduled, they apparently screwed up with appointments or chose to take on more customers with maybe smaller/quicker jobs, so they pushed me aside AND out the door!� -� I had to plan for this appt. I work swing shift 30 miles from home and have just the one vehicle. My boss changed my schedule as well as someone elses this week just so I could have time off to get this done.2nd Reason: My recently acquired doubts come from the fact that alot of times I called & explained my issue/concern, Jason's response would be, "I can put it on the diagnostic". Me: How much for that? Jason: $95. On occasion he'd offer diagnostic for $45. It just really makes me wonder about their bottom line.So thats my story. Sorry for the length!- PS: I have edited this post to represent the facts and remove my previous derogatory remarks expressed out of anger.

Excellent customer service and I always feel welcomed and supported in getting my car the repairs it's needed in a timely manner. Details of what my car needs are explained so I know exactly what is going on. Highly recommend this place!

Don had me have my car towed to his shop knowing that it would be a couple days before I had money to pay for repairs after I had left Don $Jason had pushed my car into Raileys parking lot telling me they had pushed it over there and we're no longer responceable come get it . Do not trust them or will never send anyone there as I know how I was treated and will c them in court also reported to the better business bureau
