I've been coming here since 2018, bought 4 vehicles, serviced them all here and always leave happy and satisfied with the service they give. Buying cars here are easy and fair also quick. It is always a in and out process with me with no hassle. Cory the finance manager makes signing simple and quick, chance the general manager always giving me deals, and Andrew the used lot manager is patient when test driving the vehicles. Frank and Jason are the best salesmen as well that makes me feel like family. Thanks again y'all for the amazing experience.

I was on the market of finding a low mileage vehicle and that's when looked into Monarch Ford via my credit union for the 2020 Ford Fusion. I went on the your website and inquire about the internet price for the Fusion by sending my info. A couple of days later, Cory gave me a call regarding my inquiry and asked if I can come in the next day for a test drive he said they'll have it ready for me around 11am the next day. I test drove the Fusion with Jason and told him about the features (navigation, back up camera, bluetooth etc) and how much I liked it. Cory set me up with the paperwork for me to sign and I gave him the check for the full amount. I requested my Fusion to be delivered to Bakersfield which is where I live and arranged the delivery the same day by Jason and Abel. When I got home, Jason arrived just in the nick of time with my Fusion. While Jason waited for his ride from Abel, he helped me pair my phone on the audio system. Thank you Monarch Ford for giving me a good deal!!

Monarch Ford had my dream car- the Bronco Sport Heritage in Robin's Egg Blue with the moonroof. When I called the dealer I had a person answer the phone immediately instead of being sent to a voice mail. Chance verified the vehicle did really exist and walked me through all the options and sent me the window sticker. He was not pushy which I appreciated and I knew what I wanted after months of research. He sent me finance options and broke out all the prices associated with purchasing a brand new car including the fee to keep my personalized plates. They took care of all the paperwork through the DMV, worked with me on a trade in on my old vehicle (I will miss my Ford Escape) and applied the Ford trade assist to my purchase. When I had a question it was answered immediately. I thought it would take longer for the purchase to happen but when Chance said "how does tomorrow sound to have your car delivered", I said YES. The car arrived at my house the following day at 4:30pm with a full tank of gas and a car wash. Letice who delivered the car with a smile and explained to me all the secret buttons on the car. Thank you for driving my car with care up from Bakersfield! I worked with Cory on financing, extended warranties and maintenance packages. He made it all go seamlessly. I highly recommend Monarch Ford for their professionalism, responsiveness, great personality and selection of vehicles.

There was absolutely no negotiating on price. They did not even put gas gas in the car maybe just what it had which was a 1/4 tank. I did get a bottle of water for me and my fiance thanks for that

I had to buy a new car the day I walked onto the lot. Andrew met me on the lot. I explained my situation and what I wanted for my monthly payments to be. I was shopping by myself as my Husband was extremely busy. So that in itself was a bit stressful. Andrew was very helpful, kind, and professional. I found my car immediately, then went to work the paper work with Andrew and Cory. I'm soo forever Grateful to them for making my experience smooth and finding the perfect car and price. Purchased a vehicle less than a month ago. Was told the vehicle would be ready days before my appointment to even look at it. Was not allowed to test drive it due to smog and service department needed to run tests. Brought my vehicle to monarch ford service this past Friday, Vehicle has odd shifting problems, makes odd noises, and was told service manager test drove it herself and found nothing of the sorts. Highly disappointed with the overall customer service at this dealership. I've paid off one car through in-house financing with them and brought my business back and this is how they do business to loyal customers. Between sales department and service departments encounters I'm not sure if I'd be willing to bring my business back.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. There have been more than a few. No hassle, I know I received the best deal they could feasibly offer, But, if by some chance I slightly overpaid, the service is worth the extra money. I love these guys they made it so easy go me to finance my Jeep i was turned down by a few other dealerships because of my credit score but they found me a finance company and delivered my Jeep all the way to Paso Robles for me I highly recommend monarch ford I love theses guys

Great experience from start to finish. I live 130 miles from the dealer so had to rely on the online advert before committing to the drive over there. I am pleased to say that the online description and photos were very accurate. The staff we helpful and not too pushy. The windshield had a Crack which the dealer said they would arrange to be replaced locally to me. They kept their promise. A great experience, highly reccomend.
