I was traveling from out of state in my 2023 Camaro and had a flat tire and of course the tire had a hole in the sidewall and needed to be replaced. The set (4) of tires were at the end of their life so I decided to replace them all. These are special order tires. Clayton at Simmons Tire was able to get them within an hour. He treated me very fairly and.

While traveling from out of state, I had the misfortune to have a blow out that also damaged the wheel rim. Clay worked with me to obtain a tire replacement, after I made a late afternoon visit to the shop. The following morning I arrived at the shop and Clay had the new tire mounted and quickly got me on my way down the road. The customer service was wonderful.. nice people.

We were having issues with the traction control on our jeep. The dealership we got it from said this shop would use our warranty so we brought it in. The jeep was very drivable when we brought it in, just had an issue (that we now know was probably just a sensor). They told us that it needed aftermarket parts (ones that it already had), that some parts were old and needed replacing (ones that we just had replaced). They said they did an alignment on it which we were not asked about nor did we give the ok. When we came in to pick it up they told us it has death wobble. Well, it didn't before they touched it! Highly DO NOT recommend. We brought it in to have something repaired and it was returned worse than when we brought it in. We will be bringing it to Gross and Steven's to have it properly aligned.

This business is the absolute best. My RV got 2 flats (super bad luck) in Sequoia National Park. After contacting countless towing companies to no avail, I called this shop. Amazingly they said they would help me. Within a relatively short amount of time, I had 2 new tires and was back on the road.Thanks so much Bill Simmons and team. You saved us!!!

Hit a pot hole and blew a tire, while waiting on the tow truck I called around. Bill Simmons had the best price and could get me in right away. Office was very friendly, service was great and very quick. I would definitely recommend and be using them as my tire place here on out. Pleasant experience.

They are amazing!!! My family and I were headed out of town when I noticed an unusual loud noise coming from our vehicle, I called Simmons tire and they told me to come in right away, they had it fixed and us back on the road in a matter of 2 hours, not to mention for a good FAIR price. Thank you so much for the great dependable small town service :)

Beyond thankful for this business! Was traveling from out of state when our car experienced brake troubles. Not only did they did they get the car fixed quickly, but they also recommended a place to eat, a local beer to try, & even drove us & picked us up at the restaurant! Many thanks to Michelle, Luke, & Clayton for helping a couple girls from Pennsylvania!

Carl and Tom were incredible. We're from out of town and got a flat. Not only did they get us in right away, they were honest, friendly, and gave us local lunch recommendations. Best experience I've ever had with an auto shop.

Had a tire blow out and needed to find a tire shop. We were recommended to Simmons Tire & even tho they were closed for the day Clayton was there to help us when we pulled in. Needed to order in a new tire but that wasn't a big deal cuz they had it there by the next morning. Friendly folk & great service. Reccomend to anyone. Thanks again.
