Great experience! Had several nice cars in my price range. Drove my favorite one one evening after work and came back and bought it the next. The price was very fair and the whole process was quick and easy. Super nice folks. I'll be recommending them every chance I get. Thanks, guys!

We went to every used car dealer starting at the south end of Eureka. I turned around and was heading back home when we saw this place. From the second we got out of our vehicle (borrowed) we felt welcomed. No one came running out trying to tell use what we wanted. Lyle just stated talking and answering all kind of our questions. It become very obvious that Lyle is a long time resident of Humboldt county. I like business that keep the money local, not like some big dealers. First impression was they had the local teen challenge group washing their cars. I respect anyone who makes sure that they are giving back and being a positive member of our community. We ended up buying a Nissan Path finder. Love it and love the deal we got. Its rare that you can drive away from a car dealer feeling like you just made a long time friend.

Bought a great car with low miles at a good price. Lyle was extremely helpful and honest throughout the entire process. This helped make for a very positive purchase experience! I was in a bit of a time crunch to make a decision and did not need financing, so I was very grateful that Lyle was so accommodating. Absolutely I would recommend this dealer for buying a used car. Never thought I d actually be one to keep a dealer s plate cover... but I m seriously glad to be a Fraga s customer!

I bought a 2006 F250 from here back in December of 17. First off, they were absolutely awesome. I was about 4 hours away and we got everything handled via email and phone, including the trade in of my vehicle. It was a super easy and quick process, awesome pricing, awesome service, and 6 months later my truck is still running like a dream! Not a single issue and it s my daily driver. DEFINITELY will be coming back to them next vehicle purchase.

Love my "new to me" ride! I was only looking at Tacomas & discovered something better by accident at Fraga's. Only 32k on a decade & a half old vehicle, super clean one owner, what a find! No issues so far. Lyle was great & honest. Fair price for what it is. New front brakes & Tires. I had to drain a quart of overfilled engine oil (glad I checked right away, I'm a car guy) all other fluids were clean & level. Thank you

My little Nissan is still working in perfect order after 5 years. There was one minor issue and Tony (the owner) pointed me in the right direction on how to cost efficiently resolve the issue. I would give A+ for service, quality vehicles, and follow up to make sure your new ride is working as it should. Buying with Tony is a safe bet, and I'll be purchasing my next vehicle from them also; I just wouldn't go anywhere else; I've heard horror stories from other dealers. My experience with Sweetheart Motors was as a family member. Though I am not a member of their family, I was treated with the utmost respect, compassion and concern. Originally, I was at another local dealership and decided to give these guys a shot. Solutions were provided for my unique situation and my car has been faithful, in great condition and fun!

I drove 200 miles to purchase a car (06 Subie XT) from them and was able to smoothly communicate through emails/texts and complete my purchase when I arrived. Met the owner Tony and worked with Bree on the sale. They are good people. Tony likes to race. :)

Bought my truck and paid cash for it. After 2 weeks, I had the transmission fluid changed and was told by the shop I took it to that the steering was bad and that it needed new steering parts that dodge ram diesels need. The shop told me that Sweetheart Motors should have fixed this as it was a matter of safety. I called Lyle and told him of the situation and told him that I purchased a warranty from them and if it could be used. He said he would check into it and call me back but never did! The warranty company did not cover the repair or the repair to the air conditioning which had issues a month ago. In my opinion Sweetheart Motors cuts corners fixing vehicles before selling them, does not help you in anyway after the sale and if you buy a warranty (2100 dollars) does help you deal with the warranty company to resolve matters. The warranty is useless and so is Sweetheart Motors. Don't buy from them if you want to spend more money in repairs after the purchase.

Get a trade with them gave me 25% over Kelly Blue book.Very honest and very helpful I'm handicapped and was unable to get into their office so they came out to my car and we did all the paperwork in the car great service!

Sold me a 2002 Nissan altima that fell apart after a year. It had multiple problems that they covered up with inadequate repairs only for me to discover later. Don't do it!
