Guy at the desk told us not to use the bathroom because it was dirty and needed to be cleaned. Never bothered to clean it. 3 people were at the desk and none were busy. One of them could ve cleaned it. Terrible customer service

Super unreasonable night staff! I was kicked out because my abusive ex made a scene last time we were there and he stole things, but I didn't steal anything nor did I condone his theft! And I was unable to control his actions, I don't think I should he held accountable for someone else's actions that I had nothing to do with.

First time there for snacks etc around 7:00pm 11/27/2021 employee is standing in the open door smoking, blows a huge cloud out as I'm walking in and asks "How's it going". I couldn't answer while holding my nose! Go to counter to pay and he was rude after I answered his first question, I then had to explained I didn't appreciate that cloud of smoke blown into me. Maybe train your employees to follow the laws

After dropping by for a package of Starburst candy (large) & handing the funds to the male clerk behind the counter, I put my wallet & change back in my sidebag (I get around using an electric wheelchair & am quite well organized, hence my sidebag); it was raining heavily outside & I sat near the front door, waiting for the downpour to lighten up a bit, the clerk failed to let me know that I'd left my purchase on the counter (which I discovered upon getting back to my motel). I immediately called this store to ask why & he apparently likes to 'lie' alot! He told me that I had taken it with me, if this was the case, then why would I (1) be posting this extremely negative review; (2) bothered to call to straighten this out or even (3) ever bother to give Shell on 5th & "O" Streets (in Eureka, CA) the time of day (much less anymore business! FAIR WARNING TO OTHERS! DO NOT GIVE THIS SHELL STATION/MARKET any of your business! Unless, you don't mind being robbed too!

As with all gas stations it has gas; you don't have to go in to use cash. The pump area was tidy, had window washing stuff and it looked as if the garbage cans were emptied regularly.There's a little convenience store that offers a few things and isn't as tidy or clean as the pump area.The reason for the 3 stars is the bathroom was not clean. To me, that lack of care translates into other areas of the business. It's wasn't an untidy, lots of business that morning type of uncleanliness but ingrained, embedded dirt in the floor, walls and fixtures. I didn't want to touch anything and I'm not squeamish.

It's convenient on the way out of Eureka, be sure and use their loyalty program and buy a Gift Card. You'll save twenty to thirty sense a gallon. A few of the clerks can be well blunt but hey they deal with a lot so it's hard to blame them for the shortness.

Well if you've seen one gas station you've seen them all. Its better than some actually much better but its not the nicest I've seen. I will stop there again and frequent their establishment.

It's a gas station with snacks, drinks, and a bathroom. Watch your surroundings when fueling late at night. There sometimes are "creepers" hang around.
