Cool store with lots of (overpriced) gear. However, I had a bad experience when I bought an American Security safe from these guys a few years ago. I was replacing the 9V battery far more often than what would be expected and so I was instructed to reach out to the manufacturer for filing a warranty claim. Upon running the serial number, the American Security rep, Frank, was able to pull up all the details of the safe. He informed me that Redwood Marine called them on this same safe to report mechanical issues with the bolt sticking and others only months before it was sold to me. They hid these details from me at the time of purchase and I paid full price. The legends of rip-off Reggie are true!

Purchased a 10K equipment trailer from RMI . This is the 2nd trailer I have bought there. The first one was a utility. Both trailers are top quality and the ease of purchasing from a very competent employee created a very enjoyable purchase experience for me. I highly recommend RMI and endorse their product line...it is quality that will last

Best selection and prices in town for guns and gear. Great folks behind the counter. They aren't super cheap but they aren't going to rip you off like other places in town. Just shop around and you will see.

It's hard to take their advice when they have no experience in the field. They have a descent selection but unless you know exactly what you are looking for and why, you can't depend on their advise considering they don't hunt. They are sales people, that's it. And their salesmanship isn't event that great. If they have more than one customer, expect to be ignored.
