For $300 they charged me for them to oil a pulley. They performed zero safety checks, they did zero amount of work to my truck. They prey on people absolutely think that people do not understand mechanics. Also I was in shock when I was driving and a ball pin hammer shot through my belt system and flew all over inside my engine compartment. Why the hell would you be using a hammer on the engine anyway?!! They are rip offs and liars. Especially the younger guy that billed us. What a real loser feeling good about a scam they pulled. And my exhaust quote was over 34% higher than anywhere in town let alone the country. What a disgrace and disappointment. Terrible shop. They deserve a zero star rating.

Great shop. Replaced a water pump on my C5 Corvette, as well as found some small unknown problems that they where able to fix. I highly recommend going to Ray.

Ray s bailed me out when I was in a tough jam. I live several hours from Eureka and my engine started to die upon idling. It was my birthday and it was getting late as I was trying different solutions. I called them and was able to limp my car over to them. About 30 minutes from closing and they fixed my problem in about 5 minutes and didn t charge me. They were very professional and kind. I would recommend them to anyone based on my experience!

Ray was a very awesome and honest guy. I had a vibration in my truck. I assumed my ball joints were going out when I brought it to him. I told him about the ball joints and do the work I don't care the cost this is my work truck. He said "well let me take a look at it" after he did he said "your ball joints are loose but well within spec. I think you have another issue, can you leave it with me for the night". So I left it with him and the next day he found three other issues that I didn't know I had. He fix those issues the next morning and it was half the cost of the job that I told him I'd pay him for no questions asked. It's hard to find good people these days and Ray and his mechanics are good people.

We ve been taking our vehicles to Ray for years-both for routine maintenance and for major repairs. They do good work at a fair price, and you can feel confident that they are honest and straight forward.

Ray came to my rescue when I was in desperate need for a window motor/regulator repair. We are in town only a few days every few months, and the window in our pickup truck was stuck fully open. I needed a place that could and would fix this within 1-2 days. Ray's was recommended to me by a car glass shop, and I called to explain my dilemma. Ray was willing to squeeze me in for the next morning, even though they were fully booked. When I got there, he personally got to work on it, and he already had the correct replacement part in hand by the time I arrived. After a couple of hours, it was all done and worked great. I do not know what I would have done without Ray. I got one of his T-shirts and happily wear it to advertise his helpful service. I will always go there with our truck going forward.

Ray's team is always friendly and professional. I have complete faith in the work they do and feel confident that I am being treated fairly. Service is always completed on schedule, and the prices are the best I've experienced in the area! Ray always makes a point to go over the work performed and any recommendations for future services to make sure I'm fully informed. I wouldn't trust my vehicle to anyone else!

Austin, Ray and their staff helped me out on short notice and fixed a crucial issue with my vehicle while I was traveling for work on a tight schedule. They fit me into their busy schedule so I could get back out onto the road as soon as possible. Their accommodation to my situation was much appreciated!

Ray saved us with a catastrophic break failure today having come through the fires in Trinity this Labor Day weekend. We are traveling cross country and have a 29 Chevy RV which is really far too large for his shop, but he willingly agreed to take care of us. I would highly recommend him, I can t speak highly enough of him and his entire crew.Service: Brakes

Best experience I've had with any mechanic. Friendly people, reasonable rate, and my timing chain was replaced quickly. First time I left a shop not feeling screwed over. I'll be going to Ray and his team from now on. Thank you guys!

They made sure my car was running smoothly after I had brought it in for oil being in the coolant. Their workers care about the customers vehicles. I would definitely recommend if you want quality workmanship done.

Very nice and gets the job done at a reasonable cost. The only thing I would say is that they do not wear masks nor do they require customers in the shop to wear them. This can be a good or bad thing depending on your views. We were traveling from Virginia in an SUV pulling a travel trailer when we encountered some mechanical issues. We called Ray's and they immediately fit us into their busy schedule. Ray personally took my call when I was passing through on a road trip. He helped me out every which way possible, even when he was loaded down with work. He took my vehicle when everyone else, including him were swamped. I would highly recommend him. Great guy, good people working there all around.

The best mechanic experience I've ever had. It's so frustrating when something goes wrong with your vehicle, but Rays made it manageable. I busted out my oil pan and tore something else out of the undercarriage. They got the job done and did it well. Also the customer service is exceptional, always felt like I was being treated fairly and compassionately. If I lived in California, I would go back there every time! Thank you guys for making things so Wonderful! :)

Ray and his staff were great and go above and beyond to help. These places are starting to dissappear, you don't see anymore shops that have old school knowledge and great service. I highly recommend this shop for any of your automotive needs.

I took my Jeep in to there shop. And they did a quick,look over...to ensure me there wasn't anything seriously wrong...and they were very knowledgeable,about the issue. I felt I could trust within them. They told me,i didn't have to worry. Because it wasnt as bad as I thought. So, we scheduled to replace that part. He was very nice& understanding

These guys did me right with a new muffler set up. Only thing was the location isn't conducive to long waits. But the service was great. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Ray Conti actually works on your vehicle. The didn't give me the run around and try to upsale me on a bunch of unwanted work. They were very honest and I will probably use them again.

Worst experience ever, I went in with a bad brake line and abs senor that needed to be repaired. They told me it would done by 11am and now is 3pm and they charged me $400!!! And the brakes still aren t fixed right and they sent me out the door.These guys are crooks!In response to your response I did call and expressed my frustration and Austin hung up the phone on me. You all knew exactly how I felt about my truck before I left and did nothing about it. Nothing

When I came in I let them know I was from out of town and couldn't wait for parts. I was hoping they could just help me get back on the road. They still made me a priority and got me in that same day to identify the problem. Amazing shop and I let my family in the area know that was the place to go
