I have been getting my oil changed here for about a year now and I can say that I will not get my oil changed anywhere else!! The staff are very friendly and understanding. Very quick and helpful and are always going above and beyond!!! Always leaving happy with the customer service , experience, and the work that has been done

You guys are usually on point and efficient.However my last visit took a lot longer than normal and I had transmission fluid leaking from my vehicle after leaving your business!! Doesn't help I traveled 100 miles away just to find that out from another shop. Thank goodness the vehicle was trembling/shaking so much. Indicating something was wrong.Please be sure you are paying attention to what you are doing as people lives could be at stake! Very disappointing and a huge waste of time!!!!Update-transmission fluid was found underneath vehicle. Even the back tires. When the dipstick was checked it read full.So even after all the transmission fluid that leaked out in the pavement and along the bottom of my vehicle...it still read full!!Come on guys!!!

The guys at premier are the reason I keep going back. They are so kind and super helpful. Had a little hang up with my exterior cabin filter and the guy handled it so calm and with such grace. Appreciated him.

Quick oil change that came with additional windshield cleaning, door hinge cleaning, and wiper fluid refill! Would 100% go back - was in & out 20~ min. All of the employees that interacted with me were kind, knowledgeable, and not pushy on sales.

While roadtripping through Eureka, CA, my GF and I noticed her vehicle was in desperate need of attention. Through word of mouth, we needed up at Premier Oil Change. This place was absolutely the best. Friendly, efficient, and got us back on the road in no time.I can't stress how great the guys were and not pushy.5 stars!!!

I just took my daughters car there for an oil change service. I am very impressed with the entire oil change proceedure. I felt like I was at a Nascar pit stop. Everyone was very professional and I was well informed at every step of the process. I'm done changing my own oil and leaving so many items on their checklist to chance. Great job Premiere! Such nice people I was learning how to change my oil I know hella late in my age and I could not get the filter off so I drove over there and they just put one in and let me leave free of charge I'm not saying they're giving stuff away but they seem to know when to be there for you more than just parts really made my day

This crew has top notch customer service skills. This is THE place I get my oil change and other car fluids done. And they even change a tail light. They get you in and out. You can't get past their sales pitch because that is their job, but they get through it quick. And windows wiped, tires inflated, and door hinges oiled. And a cold beverage while they work. Best deal is their gift cards at the Holiday season.

A Well Oiled MachineUpon arriving to the location I first noticed how clean and well maintained the building was. I slowly drove up towards an empty bay as one of their eager technicians escorted me safely into the garage. I was greeted by a cheerful and polite gentlemen called Cody who welcomed me, and asked if he could provide me with a complimentary beverage. He came back after getting my cold soda and presented me with some things I could take advantage of like rewards points so I made an account with him and his crew began my oil change. The level of professionalism and good old fashion manners makes this place a delight to work with. I was in my Wife's car and she'd used a competitor the previous time and Premiere gave me a great discount for giving them my business. They go over all the available services they can offer but they're not pushy and once they're wrapped up in ten minutes or so you've got a better car than you did driving in. A invaluable service for the modern world. Truly a well oiled machine. Give them your business next time.Yooouurrreee WELKum!

Consistently professional, honest, and thorough. I like to think that I'm smart. I don't know how much that's true, but I always feel like these folks are there to take care of cars and not to gouge people. They have earned my loyalty, as far as I'm concerned.

Robert, Travis, Dylan, and jesse absolutely killed it. I came in with a stripped out oil pan plug that had been giving me problems for two days. They fixed me up and topped me off for free. I was expecting to spend 100+ to get it taken care of. These guys are A-1. If you re from out of town on your way through with some problems do yourself a favor and stop here. It's cool got my free soda and didn't even have to step out of my truck. Just be aware that the entire time they will offer different services that will add up I just told them sorry Joe bidens inflation and gas prices took all my extra cash. need I say more?

I love coming here. They are always friendly, offer a complentary beverage, and my favorite part is the funny shop language they have. It's hard to describe but they have this funny way of talking to each other when they are working. You have to go there to understand what I'm talking about. Great service, and they know their engine maintenance.

Jason, John and all the guys here are great! They offer and help, but never pressure. They get me in and out quick. They are knowledgeable! If one doesn't know, they will find you an answer. Service with a smile every day. Tip these guys... I always do! They work so hard. The price is right and I get coupons in the mail too!! One of the best oil change experiences I've had! Super professional, extremely transparent, thorough and kind. Adam was there for everything I wanted to do with my truck and I appreciate the attention to detail. They even replaced a worn-out bolt for free. I highly recommend this place and I wish they had locations in Colorado and Texas.

I went last night to get my oil changed, I alway go to them, and when they asked me to to turn my car back on it would not start. Ended up with a dead battery. They jumped every time when I need to restart it for oil then the last time the thing had died. I of the guys pulled there own car around and jumped it from there car for me. All the guys there are grate and Iv never had a bad experience.

I've been taking all my vehicles here for about 15 years now. Always a great experience and very professional. I love the convenience of the extra services offered along with the advantage of not having to go to a shop for such needs. Honestly I've found they do better work than most shops around as their technicians are very well trained and on point. I even take my BMW here, they supply the own filter and everything. Way better experience than the dealership and much higher standards of service.

Best service in town. I think the price is very reasonable since they will do anything for you. The staffs are very nice and they don t force you to change anything that you don t need. Oh, I forgot, if you want to save time and not stress about your car, just go there. They re are very quick and will check everything for you.

Quick and professional. The team always does a great job with the oil change. They offer recommended extras and other services but don't pressure you into a sale. A free drink (soda, water, or coffee) comes free with the service and they'll tell you what the check engine light is saying if you ask. I went there on my lunch break and was out of there with enough time to grab a quick meal.

Brought vehicles here 3 separate times. Coincidently Devin helped me all 3 times.All workers have been friendly and low pressure. Very reasonable prices. Great service. If you're looking for drive-thru lube service, these guys got you covered.Would recommend to anyone and would rather go here over a JiffyLube or other quick lube services.Service: Oil change
