The facility is very clean. There are plenty of equipment so that even when I went at the busiest time I did not have to wait for equipment. The staff is friendly. I m very happy with the facility and the staff.

Passing through as a Blackcard member this is my first experience at this particular location. The employees working on 2/26/23 in the evening were extremely friendly, polite, and quite helpful. I enjoyed using the black card spa amenities.I just simply would suggest a dimmer light in thearea where the massage chairs are, the lights are just too bright That would be the only suggestionOther than that I would recommend this planet fitness if you live in the area.

My husband got me a membership for a gift. I used it for a while, but found another place I like better. He canceled my membership OVER a year ago. He is still getting charged. Never at the same time every month. Just randomly. He's spoken with several people. Today he noticed another charge. You people are just straight up stealing from him at this point. It's been over a year.

Amazing selection of equipment for the price for sure. would be rad to have bench press (flat, incline, decline and for shoulder press) but the smith machines they have work (just be awesome to have a free bar for stabilizer muscles) and a full length mirror in the stretching/ other area would be awesome for critiquing form during yoga. But again, can't beat the price so has its gives and takes.

Huge gym, so much equipment! Very clean. A good atmosphere, plenty of parking, good price, $10 @ month or $25 with Xtra things for your membership. Quit anytime. Open long hours.

The person pointed out right away my membership was not part of planet fitness, even though I have a planet fitness membership. Not sure what that was about but it made me feel weird when I pay $25.00 a month for planet fitness for all planet fitness gyms. From our of town but still.

Have had a Black Card membership here for years and love it.Always clean and polite staff. I'd give 5 stars, but no more 24-Hrs Is this something that is going to come back? Prior to the pandemic this location was 24-Hrs during the week. Most other locations are back to 24-Hrs, is this something you guys plan on returning to? I'm a graveyard shift worker and got my membership so I could go workout right after work, but haven't been able to do that anymore. Any info on this would be appreciated!

Haven't been yet but all my friends go often and can take me as a guest for free. I plan to buy a membership in December as a Christmas gift to myself

The route machines have been down for weeks and they're my favorite Other than that, the staff is nice and helpful, place always looks clean and it's not very crowded.

Dropped in with my PF black card. Thank you for having hair dryers in the women s locker room! It makes a huge difference when traveling! Everything was clean and I had a great workout. Friendly staff member at front desk.

Atmosphere is welcoming and chill. Not usually too busy. Workers are nice.Please turn down the gym music! It's getting hard to drown out. It's not good for me to blast my music so much to be able to hear my music.They also haven't put shower heads back in since they were closed a while ago but they still work so it's fine, but would prefer they prioritize that.

Was having problems with my membership and they were very persistent to helping me get it fixed! Great crew, have been very pleasant with me ever since too. I go there 2 to 3 times a week and it's a very good environment all around.

Road tripping through CA, so I've stopped at a few Planet Fitness gyms in the state. Clean with very nice & helpful staff. Only thing missing is 24- hour access.

I was skeptical about joining for some reason. Maybe it seemed like too good of a deal. But we joined, and I have been loving every minute that I spend there. I'm excited about getting up in the morning to go work out. There are so many machines to use, friendly instructions, and the 30-minute workout room is great. The tanning booths, massage chairs, and total body enhancement machine are a great treat! I truly leave there feeling like I have a post-workout glow

Great place for the cost. I have the $10 a month membership. Staff has been super kind, and very knowledgeable, in answering any of my goober questions. I wish it had racquet ball courts but totally understand why (it's in a mall - space is not able to be changed). Good music plays, and at a moderate level. You could easily wear headphones and not hear it. Classes are offered on weekdays, you can sign up through the app. The upgraded membership ($29.99 months as of Oct 2022) gives you access to tanning, hydro massage and the ability to have 1 friend with you (only when you're on the premises). Locker rooms are adequate: showers, lockers, bathrooms, mirros, and changing rooms. Privacy guaranteed for those who would like to keep their body sacred. Plenty of parking.

This gym was beautiful. Very clean, friendly helpful staff, and amazing Hydro massage! I had never been to a Plant Fitness before. I already belong to another gym where I live. Great price to be able to workout while I'm up North.

Only complaint is in the "30 Minute Workout " area, the music is horridly too loud! Bring ear protection!Staff either won't or can't adjust it , which is odd as one would think that area would have an independent volume control.

After to many days of car camping/road tripping, it was really nice to find a place that was open for showers.Staff were very friendly, showers and bathroom were clean.Plenty of people there in the am but was a good atmosphere.Note: Security does not allow sleeping in parking lot at all. On the side street is acceptable though!

Perfect PF. We have traveled from FL through South and up WCoast. This had it all, clean, we'll designed (dressing rooms across from showers. Last one had zero dressing rooms!!) Machines and every spot in facility was super clean. Great job staff!

Love this place. It s a great environment for beginners and athletes alike. I ve been waking up looking forward to my workout because of this. This gym emphasizes being beginner friendly, so there s not a lot of specialized workout equipment (dumbbells, heavy ropes, weightlifting stuff in general) but there s an abundance of great machines I personally love the arm/back workout section in the front. The employees are all smiling and super helpful. I was very put off of the gym cultures of Healthsport and The Club, but Planet Fitness is the place to go for a truly judgement-free experience. The attendees are diverse; I ve seen people in their 70s/80s working out so if you re afraid you won t fit in at a gym, try this place out before you write off the gym completely.

I loved this place! First of all, the staff was very kind. Also, the equipment was plentiful and well taken care of. Tons of televisions, mirrors, and motivational posters everywhere. They have a nice floor-plan including a massage/tanning area for the black carders. The locker room was clean and rather spacious, and they offer nice hot showers with privacy walls.First Monday of the month they give out free pizzas! Nice little added perk.You're not gonna beat their price! Just read the fine print; they have some hidden-charges-cancellation-fee-auto-renewally stuff thrown in there.Overall, a great gym!

The very first day I came to this gym...I felt welcomed. The evening staff is awesome! All of them...they remembered me by first name....even returned a star earing I was missing... I really feel like they all look out for you when you are there....the customer service is so professional yet personable ... as a hospitality professional myself... I felt like I should take some notes from the evening staff... I was intimidated and scared to go to the gym...they truly express themselves from.the values listed in the mission statement by second nature

I travel for work constantly and have probably been to 100 planet fitness locations Nationwide. This is the rudest staff I have ever dealt with. I think it's just Eureka itself. Rude people everywhere

You won't find a more affordable gym. Customers are polite, staff is helpful. Plentiful equipment selection. There are a bit too many Smith Machines, but even that isn't a real negative.Just don't attend too often-- I don't want them to raise their rates ;)

I love going down here with my family in the morning to get our day started right, get the blood pumping. Everyone is always nice the people who work there greet us when we get there and wish us a good day when we are walking out. Its a great place.

Please fix the rowing machines. One simply has a broken foot strap. It's been broken for at least the two months I've belonged and I joined....to row. Please fix.
