This is my go to when I need work done on my bikes that I can't do myself. The service department is always kind, truthful, and stands by their work. Last time I needed new tires for my Tiger they were overall the least expensive out of all of the shops which is always a plus. For getting new tires they are quick. When I brought my Tracer in for new tires they got them on and balanced in just under an hour. Would recommend them for your motorcycle needs. I believe they will work on all makes.

First I bought a 2020 klx230 here with a great buying experience! That bikes great but it feels like riding a horse! and i just wanted something lighter for a dirt bike.So with the help of the friendly staff of PC I picked out this crf125f and oh yeah I love it!It's a 4 stroke 125 but I ride it like it's an h2!1 i'm shocked at it's ability to climb stuff!2 lil burnouts Fer days!3 light af!4 you can pretend you are ghost rider in your head!5 easy to haul6 it's red7 the dirt dont hurt the as is your phaultAnd I have put it through mud it is a dirt bike rode it almost everyday since I got it with no problems. (With maintenance.)The guys also helped me and my dad load er up which was a huge help!Thank you guys!

Had an issue with the shifter bolt mid trip between San Francisco/CA and Vancouver/BC. Stopped by Pacific and this amazing crew got my back on the road in no time!You re awesome guys! Thank you so much!:-)

Go to Ukiah, Redding or any other dealership as far as that goes. This place is a RIP Off. They are all about the sale and getting it out the door. Their warranty and customer service after they get it sold to you and out the door is horrendous. Ive bought several 4 wheelers from Pacific Motorsports and I will never buy another one from them ever again.

This places integrity is worse than a meth dealer. They like selling you lemmons and then telling you to deal with them or pay to have them fix it. Dont buy anything from them.

Kudos to Justin, Sam, Mark and Kelly (and others) at PMS. I was on a long trip and got 2 punctures in my rear tire on my Kawasaki C14. I had plugged them up North of PMS but the tire was slowly leaking air. I stopped by and they had a tire (same brand and type!!!!!) and allowed me to take the rear rim/tire off to save on labor and then they mounted a new rear tire and off I went. Super nice group of people and the costs were very reasonable. Home now all safe and sound! PS: They treat MC travelers with issues like gold!

took my bike in for service after buying it 2nd hand. Spotted the bad chain, offered a fair replacement. After they did the safety check I feel much more confident in my ride. Would recommend, their techs are good, prices seemed fair considering not doing it myself. ALSO, the service was quick, they communicated efficiently and got the job done.Can't ask for more!

Dropped in while touring the Pacific coast to see if they had any double XL gloves not only did they have them but they have a large selection of them. Well stocked the GM was awesome. Highly recommend.

Had my oil changed on my 2013 Honda crf 250L here. I usually change it myself. I asked the workers there to make sure to put a new metal washer in on top of the oil filter. I purchased the washer there and mentioned again to replace it. When they were done I picked up my bike. Oil was leaking all over me my boots and covered my entire bike underneath. I called and told them they must have done something wrong. They acted like I was lucky they weren't too busy to fix the problem. I told them this is my only transportation at the time.They had left the old washer on and put another washer on. So there was two washers they had put on causing the slow leak and a horribly running bike sucking air in the bike. It has never ran well since. They didn't even take off the plastic guard when they changed the oil so there was still oil everywhere. They didn't even clean up the oil or apologize. If I could leave 0 stars I would. If you like your motorcycle I would not take it here to this terrible shop. They will definitely destroy your bike.

I took my bike in for issues to be fixed. After they replaced things $1k and 4 months later I finally get a call to pick it up. Wouldn't even make it on the trailer. Next day get a call that it's fixed. Pick it up. They load it on the trailer for me. Turns out because it still won't run right. Nothing but crooks. Never again.

My 3-star review is really a 1-star review and a 5-star review.I had a tire flat and after waiting for hours finally had a tow truck arrive to take me to their shop. It was 20 minutes before closing, but because I really needed my tire fixed so I could ride my bike, they stayed late to fix it. Everyone was great and I was really impressed.Yet, when my bike needed annual servicing I had to call 3 times, leave 3 messages, and still have never heard back. The reason I was willing to call so much was because they had been so great before. Now I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Called regarding Traxxas items (special edition r/c I can't get anywhere in Oregon.) Was helped by female, believe it was Kelly, who was extremely helpful and actually knowledgeable. I've never had anyone actually be helpful to the point that they looked something up without me asking or tried every way possible to assist.We've been conditioned to poor customer service and, unfortunately, used to doing everything ourselves. I normally look everything up myself and am still baffled how she took it upon herself to assist me. I'm bummed this shop is almost 3 hours from where I live.I'll hopefully be ordering a car from them as she advised I could get it shipped directly to me from their website.

Took my 2021 razor turbo in for service..disaster...I should have learned then, but I was hopeful. Took it in again to have rear radius rods and 4 days later they are a disaster. Complete waste of time and money. Service manager just blew me off and blamed it on not being able to find instructions online. Super frustrating, but like everything else here ...if you want service or quality you have to leave the area for it...so sad

We have been on a waiting list for a motorcycle for our daughter since Oct 2020, hoping it would be a Christmas gift for her. December passed, we checked back in Feb, March...finally was told a bike would be coming in April. Just called today May 14th to find out Andy the sales manager sold the bike to someone who ordered a different size bike but decided this one we ve been waiting for, for literally 6 months, would fit his son better. No one on the waiting list was called and no apologies were made. If this isn t the WORST customer service in history I don t know what is. I m pretty sure Andy needs refresher course on customer service and understanding how a waiting list works. You ve lost local customers and we will be sure to let everyone know how you handle business.

When you re stranded on the road in the middle of a 1,000 mile trip you re really at the mercy of the kindness of strangers. Humbolt Powersports across the street had no mercy and wouldn t lift a finger. Wouldn t even loan me a drain pan to check out the bike myself. On the other hand, Justin at Pacific Motorsports got me right in for a diagnosis and got me back on the road in a couple of hours. So grateful!!!

Huge shout out to Pacific Motorsports. A group of us were on a big road trip on our way home and this shop went above and beyond to get us going quickly with a new rear tire for a ZX1100 and a counter shaft seal for a 70's CB750!! fantastic service! Will definitely be marking this town and shop as a destination spot.

I was had a flat out on CA-36; was very unhappy about paying for the tow, but the folks at Pacific Motorsports were really friendly. I was passing through the area, so they got me in and out in a few hours when I was in a real bind. Prices were the same as anywhere else, but the level of helpfulness and friendliness are definitely above standard. Thanks guys!Clint

I went in to purchase a motorcycle helmet and gloves and the women up front were very helpful and friendly. Also, the guy on the floor who helped me pick out a helmet seemed very knowledgeable and nice. I am very happy with my purchase. Thanks Pacific Motorsports. :)

Took awhile to repair my Polaris due to having a large workload and slow parts delivery.I suggest they hire some additional mechanics and they could speed up their turnaround time.

A Warranty part got put on back order for a few weeks and instead of making me wait they ordered it from somewhere else on there own dime to get it back to me faster! Good service much appreciated
