So I ve been shopping here and other stores by the same company for a number of years and I ve spent a lot of money on parts. I was doing a warranty return and was told that I could buy a new part remove the old part bring it back in and get my money back. I was told by a young punk kid that parts that are electronic do not have warranties, which is different from what it says on the receipt so I left called them asked for the manager she was able to straighten everything out. Still it shouldn t have happened. I will be shopping elsewhere.

Michael was my cashier and he helped me not only find the bulbs i needed but took the time to walk me through and show me how to replace the lights in my first Truck! Very professional and informative. Would recommend to any novice. His help was greatly appreciated!

I needed a light bulb for my car so I could take my drive car , then installing the new one and had me on my way in less than 15 minutes I went to take it out to make sure I bought the right bulb and half of it came out in my hand. The guy that was working helped me by taking the other half off my

I came to this place twice to buy the taillight for my car and I would like to someone to put it on for me,becauseI don t know how to do it. I never did that before. That why I need help. On Friday8/26/22 I came at 5:15 pm. A worker he told me it late so I can come back at day time and will have someone to put the taillight on for me. And today,after work 8/28/22 I just arrived at that place . After I bought the taillight.Again he told me ,he can't do it for me on the weekend( the same guy on Friday told me -I forgot to ask what is his name?)Wow ! This is awful service . So I tried to tell him that I need to work overnight tonight and I don't want to pull over by the police office. And please help me. But he did not . Luckily have a customer he stand there and told me: he will shows me how to put the taillight on . And he did. Very quickly just 2 minutes it done. He is so nice to do it for me . I give 1 star here because I came to this store couple months ago to buy a headlights with a very nice lady. And this star I gave for her. About the customer service today that is so bad. I will never came to this store ever again !

Worst customer service ever!!! I came in 10 minutes before closing because I needed the check engine light on my car checked. They turned me away because they said they were closing. I know they were 10 minutes from closing but it would ve taken like 30 seconds for them to read the code on my car and tell me. In the past I bought an oil filter from them and they gave me the wrong one. If you want to be valued as a customer or even get the correct parts go to Napa or autozone.

I work here but I had been shopping at O'Reillys stores for years before getting a job at this one. All the employees get along well with each other and treat customers with respect. I enjoy delivering parts and interacting with customers occasionally. This store is a hub for the area so it is busier than the other local stores but we do our best to help people as quickly as possible. I am glad to be working here!And still am so far!

10/10 customer service! Caleb the manager is an incredible guy, very helpful and very friendly. He totally went above and beyond to help me out by replacing a faulty tool and to purchase a few parts for my GMC. Anyone looking for genuine service with a smile this is your guy and the store you need to be going to!! Got a question or query? Just pop in and ask you won t regret it!

These guys were great helping with a variety of issues. Especially the manager who helped me get my battery replaced under warranty, checked my vehical codes and explained what they were to me, and made an excellent recommendation of where to get the issues addressed for the best local deal (which really was the best deal, I called multiple shops!). Very polite and professional.

I'm changing my review because I had a case of horrible customer service today. From 5star to 3 star. The part I ordered was incorrect, they wouldn't take my used oil because of a little water, and ZERO core refund on my alternator.

The crew goes out of their way to help get your car back on the road. The have excellent and friendly service. My ordered parts were followed by an 8 am "parts are in" call the following morning!

I've been shopping at this O'Reilly's since it was "Kragens" and I've dealt with everyone there including the Store Manager Caleb for a long time. Their customer service and automotive knowledge has always been great. However, my recently experience with a new person at this location named Angel was an inconvenience for me. I called to have some parts set aside for my vehicle and during the phone call I could tell they were very busy by the phones ringing in the background. I was given the impression Angel was trying to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. It was obvious he was not listening when I gave him the info on my vehicle, because when I began working on my vehicle I realized they were the wrong parts (the first time in a long time that's ever happened). When I called the store back and Angel answered I instinctively requested someone else and had them set the right parts for my vehicle aside. When I came to pick them up, the person I dealt with was Isidro. He was curtious, professional and knowledgeable. He gave me the proper credit for the wrong parts I originally got and I was able to complete the work on my vehicle with enough time to go for a nice drive. I recommend, if you call this location and Angel answers, request someone else, you'll have a better day...Fyi: My car is a 69' Chevy Camaro Convertible

We brought in a couple batteries to charge several times and they never once even hooked them up. We hauled and returned for them throughout the day. We're very partient when we picked them.up.uncharged and then told that they had been in twice and would bomlonger charge them.for.us, despit not once actually having been hooked up. When I voiced this frustration I was treated with sarcastic customer service. Terrible employees. I'd say they must really hate their jobs if they can't be helpful about hooking up a battery.

Great place, these people are professional and courteous. Let me tell you I have never met a group of people sitting Audible and professional in the area of Auto Parts. One of their employees went out of his way to assist me in a way I will never ever forget I highly recommend this the store if you have a bad experience here I would be sure good prices and if they can't get it they'll tell you where to find it.

Edit: Replying to latest review by geminis cloud. This customer was acting like an absolute tyrant, as staff continued to try and meet her demands she just kept throwing a tantrum. Could have been avoided had she spent a whole 99 cents for what she needed xD. I felt embarrassed for her, and sad for the employee who was nothing less than professional with her. This is the best auto parts store in eureka. Great group of employees and awesome customer service.

Great most the time can be helpful if not to busy at times almost always have what I need but i would say a little more on the pricer side them most other auto parts stores in town but i guess that is the price of convenients rite

They came through with the parts I needed they were specialty carburetor parts they had it stock . All the other parts stores didn't have them . They had to order it. They also informed me of a up coming bar b que in honor of one of their employe who passed away .

They saved the day while my family was on travel through Eureka. My car stalled in their parking lot shortly after the battery light went on. They jump started the vehicle two times and were able to diagnose the problem was a failed alternator. They got me the correct parts and Auto Masters in town was able to install them. Your staff is the best! With service which goes above and beyond.

Excellent I had purchased some windshield wiper blades there a few weeks ago and I had trouble with them at the carwash so I went and asked them if they could re hook them up right and they were very nice and get it and I appreciate it very much they stand behind their products
