These guys are always so helpful and returns are incredibly easy, should you find yourself needing to return a defective item.

They had great customer service on the phone and in-person. The employees were able to order the correct regulator and motor for my car's front passenger window, and it was available for pick up within a few days. They're able to price match with certain commerical stores, and they thoroughly explain their policies. I'm satisfied with my visit and purchase through them. Thank you to all the employees at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Eureka, and God Bless you all!

Better then autozone but more likely then not your probably going to get sold the wrong part or a faulty one and will wind up having to return it for a replacement my advice stick with napa if you have the money or better yet oem go straight to the dealer for all you at home diy guys that do all your car work yourself

I don't know I got mixed reviews it kind of felt like the guys did not want to help me once they acknowledged I was lgbt and I just didn't feel like they didn't want to help me much but they still help me get what I came in for so can't complain to much I guess

Incredible customer service! I had a rather expensive brand of wiper blades in hand when approached by a very pleasant, cheery employee in less than 30 seconds from entering. He listened to what I was specifically looking for and recommended a model that was actually less expensive, and installed them easy-peasy!!!While doing so, a gentleman arrived using only sign language. The employee was even was able to sign back the basics, and kindly handed him a writing pad for more details.! Rather than just disappearing back inside to take me to register, he got the attention of the customer to let him know he'd be right back.I really wish I'd looked at his name tag because exceptional people like this should get all the recognition they deserve! Best experience I've ever had in an auto parts store.

Usually I have no problem stopping in here but tonight was a joke the older bald guy Charles ignored me. Even though the other guy was busy helping someone else. Never have I dealt with anyone so rude.

Always have what they have your best option if you're looking for something specific is to call ahead to see if they have the part or item as they can look it up pretty quick on their computers. I've had about a 75% success rate on them having what I need in stock but I'm not complaining the customer service is always up to par and when it comes to product availability it is what it is you can't blame anyone

I was at this store to buy a new battery for my car. The sales people were so helpful in explaining the different products. Then despite it raining the salesman Shaun installed the new battery for me, he was so polite through out the whole process. Everyone was so helpful and professional, it was a breath of fresh air. Thank you so much, I will definitely be going back here in the future.

Had to interrupt a conversation between 2 employees after standing and waiting for someone to say can I help. What they were going to do this weekend seemed more important. Asked about a certain part and was told by tattooed female they did not have. Went to the shelf and there they were. Will never go there again.

The store and staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Had a little trouble with the online ordering system though had to take the part back and exchange it. No issue doing so.

Great store, they always have the part that I need. Last night I was helped by an employee named Travis who assisted me in finding what I needed and then showed me how to install it in my vehicle. Great service and I've found the Highland Dr. location to be the best in the area.

O'Reilly's always have the auto "things" I need... willing to order if not in stock. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Willing to assist with check engine lights and installing wiper blades; even in the rain!

I love this place! The staff are all great and are very helpful, and the Manager is a genuinely pleasant person. Theres an autozone up the street but I choose to vome here instead because of the people. I have a pretty popular car so they usually have what I need and when they don't I almost always get it by the next day. I have shopped at a loy of auto parts storea and they are really hit or miss in terms of quality of service... These guys hit it right out of the park.

Manager Jody at the Highland Ave. Location in Eureka, Ca. bent over backwards to find a product for me. He found it at another store in brookings Oregon. He had the product here the very next day! This took a considerable amount of time searching other stores to find it! Great customer service! Thanks again Jody!

Great service! I went in and the parts specialist helped me with finding three exact own I needed, came out and double checked to make sure it was the right item too! Great service, and sane order as the other prominent auto parts store in town!

My car broke down and I was able to roll into the O'Reilly parking lot. The guys came out, popped my hood and ran a diagnostic test on my car. They were able to pinpoint a bad voltage regulator on the alternator. I ordered the replacement parts and my car will be repaired tomorrow. The guys were great and they let me hang out in the store while it was raining and while I waited for a tow truck to come and pick me up and tow my car to my home. I'll be back tomorrow to pick up my alternator and I'm going to bring them a Box of donuts because they were just really personable, knowledgeable and wonderful. This crew was working at 8:00 a.m. on October 17th 2019 At the Eureka, California store on Highland.

Got the eq for my truck cooling system this time. And a battery for my trucks model year! I'm going to be so happy when this truck of mine hits the road! You can count on O'Reilly's for the deepest rebuild, of that I am sure!

We went there to find out why the check wngine light was on. The staff were wo derfulboth giving us the code and explaining the process to repair the problems. They even went out in the rain to get the job done quickly.
