Blew out my Sportster's clutch on a ride and had it towed here. They fixed it the next business day AND did a 5K service same day! Very professional, no BS, conscientious and personable service at a very fair price. Mark and Logan have over 40 yrs experience working on bikes and I will be taking my Sporty here from now on! Thanks guys - YOU ROCK!!!

My husband and I were riding to Oregon from Sacramento for when we ran into some bike trouble. The owner was so helpful and got us back on the road within minutes. We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and wouldn't have been able to make the journey all the way without help. Thank you again!

I stopped here while on a cross country road trip looking for some highway bars for my bike. They did not have any but went out of their way to try to help me even though they were obviously busy.Even though I didn't get what I wanted, I still give them 5 stars for the kindness and effort.

Was passing through on a 10-day trip and needed a new front tire. Called two shops about two hours before arriving in Eureka, and Rachael was so friendly and ready to help what I chose her shop. Shane was ready when we got there, took the bike right in while we got some lunch across the street, and an hour later we were on our way. I was impressed how careful he was not to scratch the top of my saddlebags as he got on and off the bike, and he checked the pressure of my backt� tire and filled it for me, too. Shane and Rachael are really nice, helpful people, and they know their stuff.Service: Tires

I was passing through Eureka and had a small wreck. I couldn t figure out what was going on with my bike to get it back on the road, as it was an electrical issue. After a couple hours troubleshooting myself, I called this shop to talk to them. I described my situation, he had me do a quick voltage test, and he said it sounded like it was a shorted out battery. Recommended I go to Interstate Batteries for a new one as they didn t stock my size. And it got me back on the road.For a shop to help a motorcyclist on the phone without hesitation blew me out of the water. This is the kind of customer service that will keep me coming to them, even though I m 400 miles north.

Had a great experience getting my bikes serviced and prepped for overseas shipping. Told them no rush but they still had everything screwed tight and ready to go two days later. Marks very knowledgeable across a wide spectrum of bikes and you can tell he truly loves what he does. He, and those like him are why I always search for the local, non-corporate, non-dealer shops to wrench on my bikes.

Found myself in a bit of a bind when my bike broke down way out on highway 299. Mark at north coast stayed open late for me to arrive with the tow truck and fixed my bike first thing in the AM. Heck of a nice guy, great service, super reasonable prices. If this place was in my home town I'd always go there!

Mark is the ONLY place I'm let work in my Harley from now on .His prices are much better than the local dealer. And it's good to support the local shop especially in these times .. Get to know them : they know your bike ..All will be good for Keeping you Safe & your riding needs met ..

We needed a tire replaced while on a cross country motorcycle trip. Mark had the tire in stock and changed it within a few hours. He also did an oil change and performed several other non-discussed small maintenance items while caring for my friends bike. This place is one of those hard to find places that treat your machine like it's their own.

This shop will not disappoint. Its my absolute 1st choice for my Sportster. I love taking my Harley here because I know its always going to be given the best treatment. After my last service there, my bike runs and feels better than it evwr has. I highly recommend this place for Harley owners.

Took my bike there to be fixed through insurance. Insurance cut him a check, we picked out all of the parts in the catalog I wanted to go on the bike the day I signed the check, almost a year later they still hadn't ordered all the parts for my bike. One year and they didn't even order all the parts we wrote down out of his catalog.

Conctientous comprehensive motorcycle service. I'm a professional industrial mechanic myself and Mark Topping and his crew are the only other people who will ever touch any of my five motorcycles. I never hesitate to recommend North Coast Cycle to anyone who needs safe reliable help with their scoot!

Mark is the best Harley guy available to the public. He is a bit overwhelmed by the work load but will get your bike done as soon as he can.

Had a flat on my motorcycle just south of Fortuna. Brought the bike to Mark's shop and he was great. Fixed the tire and I was on my way. He saved the day. Honest and an awesome guy.

These guys know all bikes and are very nice to deal with, gave me a discount price for a rear wheel fitment just cause I m handsome I guess. First rate, if I lived here, they d service all my bikes

Just got my 1985 goldwing back today and its perfect mark took the time to get all the neglected stuff fixed right like the cooling system, lights, new brakes, oil n filter im so thankful summer here i come thanks again Mark YOU ROCK!!!

Had a weird noise expected to pay 95 and over for an inspection at motorsports however felt I could look around a bit and mabe find a better deal & found north coast cycle gave em a call was told to come on down & in less than a minute problem was resolved issue fixed and was on my way!!!great place kind folks and killer pricing!!.any further issues will be back!....
