Fantastic work and information provided by Todd specifically and his team. All of their staff is very respectful and friendly. They repainted my rear bumper, replaced some suspension components, and did the overall vehicle checkup after a pretty nasty hit on my car. Now you can t tell it ever happened! And it performs much better now in comparison. Couldn t recommend this service enough! Come here for body work and be surprised when they tell you they do more!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Like everybody else I take my car to all the different shops in the areaThey are extremely honestThey do excellent workNow if you want a cheaper price you're going to have to go to a larger City with more competition.But for up here these are the guys

Wonderful business. I had such a positive experience here that I almost want to just go back again soon! (But I hope I don t as that would mean bad news for my car). Personable, lovely staff. Made me feel wonderful as a customer and gave me the help I needed with a loaner car so I didn t have to get a rental through my insurance (which would have eventually cost me out of my own pocket). 10/10.

Had my car taken in by Geico, they did an absolute terrible job. They couldn t fix anything right on my Lexus. They told me there s too much electronic codes they couldn t figure out. I guess they really can t do their job and have to buff their ratings with fake reviews or they can only work on easy cars but claim they can work on luxury cars.Had to get my car taken to caliber collision where they actually did the job right.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I hit a pylon and needed front bumper repair. I took the car in on Thursday and they said it was ready for pickup on Friday. The car looks great (like new and it's a 2013 Prius)! They spent about 10 hours on it. They fixed the right front bumper so it looks new; they also took the time and effort to take out the scrapes on the left bumper. Confession: I have trouble heading into a parking space without hitting the curb. They gave me the use of a dependable loaner. The actual price for repair was $700 less than quoted! Best & most affordable in humboldt county. Had body work done last year & recently went back to replace a broken window. Tom was able to get me scheduled in just 2 days. When I got my car back, it was vaccummed, washed & even filled up my tires. Thanks to everyone here, you guys are awesome!

These guys are SO HELPFUL. I came in late on a Thursday and had them look at a sad little dent on the back of my vehicle, causing the trunk to not fit into place correctly without being manually locked. They quoted me what it would be to fix the issue and were understanding when I couldn't afford the process of getting a new part right away. They told me to come back the next day and they would realign my trunk panel where it had been hit, for free! I now have a fully functional trunk, once again, thanks to these lovely folks! They had it done in less that 20 minutes BEST auto place in Humboldt!! Great customer service!! I will definitely be coming back here for future work on my vehicles.

If I could give zero stars, I would. It's been over a month since I needed a window and trim piece replaced. First time in, window is replaced, trim wasn't ordered. Window repair was sloppy, extra silicone everywhere. Second time in, the wrong trim piece was ordered. Third time in (after 3 weeks of not getting a call that my part was in) I was told it would take 20 minutes so I went out for an hour and a half. My car had not been touched in that time. At no point was an apology given, and I have not at any point felt like a valued customer. Overall an incredibly disappointing experience. Poor work quality, poor customer service.

I just had to file and insurance claim with Myrtletown body shop and I could not be more happy with the customer service and work that was done by them to the truck. To top it off when I picked my truck up it was washed and fully detailed with no extra charge. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and willing to help get your claim processed and get you the quickest service possible. Free loaner is a great help. Prices are reasonable. Glad I was referred by my friend Ryan.

There's a reason why this shop so popular. They do good work at reasonable rate. Body work is also completed quickly and within the estimate. It does however take a long time to get an appointment due to their high demand.

Been there a couple times for body work plus a paint touch up and they have always been so friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

Great work. Helpful folk. They even cleaned the car's interior -- like a micro-detailing. That was quite the cherry on top; an unexpected delight.

You may have to put in some work to get in contact with them. Slightly annoying, but it is only because they are so so busy. They are so busy because they provide amazing and honest service at a fair rate. I strongly recommend them.
