I went to the service department about a concern I had with my CRV. Julie was quick to help me. She gave me good suggestions as well as going above and beyond to find more people, such as David in sales, to help me figure out my problem. I appreciate all their patience and kindness while helping me out.

I left my car at the mid city Honda for maintenance. The store was clean, and the staff was friendly. They provide a shuttle, and there are plenty of parking available. Furthermore, they provide free coffee , tea and Internet. Price of the service was fair. I do recommend this place.

Called 3 days ago to make an appointment to get the timing belt changed on my Honda Pilot. The lady took all my information and said they were short handed but would have someone call me back. Never got a call. Won t go there now if they call. They need to handle business. Service SUCKS!

I had a great buying experience. I contacted Sadie by email about a CRV I was interested in and she promptly replied with all the information I asked for. It made me excited to meet her and check out the CRV on the lot. I was impressed by her professionalism as well as making me feel very comfortable throughout the whole buying process. Based on reading horror stories about other dealerships, I was expecting alot of push back, pressure sales as well as hidden fees. I was pleasantly surprised Sadie made it a smooth transaction. She was so easy going and went with the flow while helping me get the deal I felt good about. She also went above and beyond to drop off the car at my home when I wasn't able to get it there myself. Kudos to Kim in the finance dept for being so personable and for explaining each form in detail as well as not making me feel pressured to buy anything extra. If you're on the fence about buying a car at MidCity Honda, please give Sadie a chance to help you out. You won't regret it.

Toyota has limited electric plug-in cars now, we are looking for cutting edge electric cars. However the attentive staff was friendly and interactive. The service department is OK.

Had my 2013 Honda Fit valves adjusted today. The service department was very nice and respectful. Tanner was my service advisor and I could tell him and his coworkers enjoy helping out their customers. My fiance gets her oil changed there as well and they never try to 'up sell' her on anything.

I have bought a used car, and a new truck from Mud City. Mike Travis the Business Manager runs an efficient sales operation. Mike and Austin, Hugo, and Cedric sell you a car in the most pleasant, low pressure way. They all want to see you get exactly the car or truck you need, want, and at the price you are looking for. If you want to finance your purchase they assist. They can sell you something from inventory, or they can custom order exactly what you want from the factory. Mid City is a first class operation. Go there and buy your next car or truck, you will be happy you did.

I recently purchased a new Honda from MidCity and couldn t be happier with the customer service and guidance I received from the staff! They were super upfront, honest and took extra steps to make my experience quick, easy and manageable. They actually stayed an hour late just to help me finish up some paperwork and get out the door. Huge shout out to Cedric and the financing department.... would definitely recommend this place if you re looking for a new vehicle, they have an awesome team.

I want to show you what happened when I opened the driver's seat door.Drops of water fell from the door, due the rain or weather. They landed on the vinal part of the arm rest, which you can see by the photo. They also dripped on the fabric part of the armrest. You can see that 2 drops did not ball up,and I now have 2 more spots. As for the seats, they don't look much different, and the car didn't have the scent of any type of cleaner. The first time I brought the Ridgeline in, to deal with this same problem,it had a distinct scent of a cleaning solution.Sorry but I really didn't see that the spots were removed. They were made from water. I was happy when I bought the truck, everything looked clean and fresh. I noticed after about 3 days later, brown smudges were showing up on different parts of the interior. Also the exterior had no scratches. After a few days if rain, scratches started to show. Yes, I did mention this. I have been extremely careful with the truck, because I wanted to keep it nice. The employees that work there have been friendly, except the main guy in the service dept. He has been rude every time I have been there. Just saying.... I paid the extra 2000.00 to cover problems I may have. Thanks for your time,I'm just telling you how I feel. I hope in the future, things will be better

Horrible. HORRIBLE. H O R R I B L E !Colton was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with...anywhere.He was curt, condescending and had a superior gruff manner. I think he hates his job...and it REALLY SHOWS.The Service Manager told me that Colton was their top service representative...that place is in REALLY BIG TROUBLE...if Colton is their "top employee".Colton quoted $175.00, $252.00 & then $350.00 for taking care of the car issue. It kept going up, up & UP. I was concerned that if I stayed any longer it would be $500.00 and then $750.00...Ultimately they released my car to me when I paid the $85.00 ransom for their hooking my car up to a machine for 10 minutes. It was my first time going to Mid City Honda...I would have thought they would have made an effort to make a good first impression.Mid City Managers PLEASE tell YOUR employees what I used to tell MY employees..."You NEVER get a SECOND chance to make a GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION".

Rudest people I've ever met. I bought a brand new 2020 Honda and a sensor ended up breaking and it needed to be replaced. So far, I've had 5 different appointments for this issue and for SOME reason, they're incapable of getting the correct parts in, or the parts are broken upon arrival. My car has been here every time with the promise that it would be fixed and when I call to see what's taking so long (well after the "promised time,") they tell me they couldn't get to fixing it. Why is there no compensation for things like this? I live 30 minutes from the dealership and I've spent hours driving back and forth to appointments that never fix the issue. If I could give zero stars, and steer and family/friends clear, I would.

What are the best places to buy a car in Humboldt? This is one of them. Great staff, great products, and great service. My friend Mike has worked there for many years and has never let me down. Would by there again for certain. Scott Hammond, State Farm Insurance, Eureka California

I've bought cars from this dealership in years past and had an ok experience, but last October when I decided to buy a new Honda I didn't have a very good experience at all mainly because I had a hard time finding someone to help me while I was on the lot. I stopped by a few times after work, which might not be a great time to buy a car here since all the sales people seemed to be inside somewhere doing other things. I had to track someone down to buy the car, but it took a long time to go between the sales person and the sales manager for a straightforward sale that didn't require any financing. Plus the price wasn't very good considering there was no room for negotiating beyond $250 off MSRP. I would have been ok with this if the service were full price worthy, but it wasn't. I ended up buying from a different Honda dealership because it was easier for me and I was able to get a better price.

Needed to bring my vehicle in for a recall. Scheduled an appointment and brought my vehicle in. Was told I needed to wait for delivery of parts. Three hours later parts had not come in and I would have to be rescheduled for next week. No apology, compensation for my wasted morning or anything. Can't give a zero star rating or I would have.

0 stars. How do you charge a $70 diagnostic fee when your customer already told you the problem and what needs to be done. Hole in the oil pan...replace the oil pan. No diagnostic required. Then charge me even more than you quoted on a straightforward pull and replace. You know exactly how much it cost to pull and replace an oil pan. You lie and underquote to get my car in there and then you up the price. Now that I look at more reviews, I am literally afraid that you are going to break something else.

I Don't Even Think They Deserve 2 Stars. My Mother Is An Elderly Helpless Woman When it Comes to Cars. & it Upset me Hearing She Was On the Phone With This Honda Place To Get Her Car Looked At. Well a lady Over the Phone Says She Can Bring Her Car In For a FREE estimate. Due to Lack Of Funds Because She Has Already Wasted Her Money On Other Places & They "Can't Find The Issue" so She Says Bring it It. My Mother Lives 2 Hours From This Pit In the Ground To Tell Her It's Obiously 150$ to Take a Look. So That Was Her day. Still Dident Pay It. Yeah Anytime you Take your Car To a Mechanic Its going to Cost Money, But Don't Say Your Going to do it For FREE If your Gonna Lie To Her Face. Oh Wait She Sent a Dood To The Counter Because the Coward Couldent Come Solve Her Problems She Started. I forgot! Yeahh! This Place Definitely Deserves a Round Of Aclause

Worst sales staff. I knew exactly what I wanted and requested some pricing via email or phone due to having a lot of kids and not wanting to drive the hour to the dealership if it was not going to work out. I was told by the sales guy that they focused more on customers that actually came into the dealership (we'd already been up there twice to look and test drive). They lost my business for life.

Worst Honda dealer on the whole West coast! I've been to, bought cars from 3 of them. Have never been shown such piss poor professionalism from a company I've come to respect in life! I won't do business with them there's more respectful ways to do business!

The staff are very pleasant & helpful. All service work was done nicely & timely. Additional work, under a recall I was unaware of, was done after a phone call requesting authorization to do so. Highly recommended.

Beware!! I have 3 cars between myself and my daughter's cars. 2 Toyota's n 1 Honda. I Frequent that place for t tires, oil changes, warranty work. Now mid you, with our warrantys we can go to Any REPUTABLE DEALER. We CHOOSE tp go there. Well until 1/25/19.I took my Honda and Vern was my advisor. I was having a popping noise under my car every time i turned. I could feel it under my feet. Thinking it wss serious, i made a appointment n took it it. I was told it probaly would not be looked at that day. It was a Friday n i was leaving town. This was 330 pm. At between 400 and 430 a call came in my car was done. I asked what it was and he stated "a couple of pin fell out of my fender plastic." $90.00.. i was like Wow kinda expensive for 2 pins n BTW i asked if they call with an Estimate instead of Just Fix it. He stated when You Sign the paper, You sign your rights away to up to $130.00!! DO NOT SIGN THE PAPER. TELL THEM YOU WANT CALLED WITH A REPAIR COST. i could have taken it to my local body shop n they would have popped 2 pins in for little to Nothing! Yes i have done it before. My Biggest Disappointment however is Vern Knew I had a Warranty. He knew i was A Good Customer. Its like he could have called out of courtesy Knowing it was a Simple FIX n given me a choice. Its ok, i Will take my Future BUSSINESS Elsewhere .*UPDATE* When i went to pick up my car , i saw Josh. Josh Rapp is my normal service writer. Wish i had seen him that day. I explained to Josh what happend, with the Up Most Professional manner, he took care of me. It wasnt Free, but it was a more Affordable fix for what was done. I WILL ONLY GO TO JOSH FROM NOW ON AND I ADVISE ANYONE THAT GOES THERE TO ASK FOR JOSH RAPP BY NAME. HE IS AWESOME!! THANK YOU AGAIN N WE WILL SEE YOU SOON WITH MY DAUGHTERS 4 RUNNER!! I AM UPGRADING MY 1 STAR TO 5 BECAUSE OF AND ONLY BECAUSE OF JOSH RAPP!!!!

Was not a good experience, couldn't figure out if they could do a walk in oil change. Maybe the service guy was having a bad day. This is the second unpleasant experience I had at this business.

I came in once for an oil chance. I made the appointment same day and got in and out fairly quickly so no reason to give below 5 stars. Only came here once.

Had Tundra serviced with synthetic oil for $92 after coupon. Was close to being on time. Don't expect to get a deal when buying a car.
