My husband and I mentally prepared ourselves for buying a car since neither of us have been on a lot in almost a decade. We were so happy and comfortable with the friendly, low-pressure environment at McCrea. Sage actually brought one car from the Nissan lot over to the Subaru lot so we could compare our top two choices side-by-side. Even the paperwork portion of the sale was low key and took way less time than we had anticipated. Plus, every time we open our garage it's like we fall in love with our Outback all over again. Thank you guys, this was one of the best decisions we've ever made!

Every time I order a part they get it wrong. Also they don't preform the whole service that my plan covers that I paid good money for when I bought my Subaru. I do not recommend the service or parts department. When I bought my nissan there the salesman was the most arrogant, cocky person I've ever been around.

Extremely helpful and well educated on the few cars he showed me. I was sold on the first one! I even know someone from the auto shop that recommended him. Wonderful experience, I think I'm going to go there again for my next car.

Honestly, where do I start! I got the pleasure of getting my brand new Subaru crosstreck with Daniel Counts, he was extremely supportive, and made me feel very safe in a very stressful situation. Every time I would mention that I was scared going through with buying a brand new car he reassured me and was extremely nice and patient. He made The small pockets of time waiting go by fast with great conversation and answered any questions I had. Thank you, Daniel!!If you re going to go to McCrae, Subaru or Nissan, please ask for Daniel Count, he won t let you down!!!

I purchased a vehicle yesterday and found the process very easy. The salesman Sage Higginson was very helpful and did not pressure me at all. We ran into some issues with a potential trade-in that they dealt with very professionally. Overall it was a good experience. I would recommend them.

Took my brand new car to them because my floor board on the passenger side was getting wet! Thought it might be the sunroof not draining correctly...They charged around $240 for the fix! Unfortunately it's still getting wet,they didn't fix anything!!

I was so wary of purchasing a car but Nissan Mcrea helped me not to worry anymore. The whole process was so smooth and everyone was so nice. Our salesman Sage was a great help in both assuring of us of a good car and helping with any questions and problems we had. Even after the transaction with fast updates with anything I needed. I highly recommend buying your car from here and to ask for Sage. Any friends or family I have I will definitely direct to here.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. It was my first time to this service center and everyone was very welcoming. I m traveling and I had to take my car in to get 30,000 mile service and they treated me like a regular. There was even a very nice man to give me a ride back to work after I dropped the car off.

Our salesman Zack was absolutely exceptional. He helped us get a car in an un expected crisis when our 2013 Sentra's CVT transmission decided to die after only 68,000 miles. Anyway, Zack made sure to show us around, show us options of cars and he also went as far as to show us other options on his iPad to make sure that we made the best decision for us. He was very helpful and patient while we made a decision. But in the end we're so happy with everything and will be back again when we need a new car.

Needed to find out why I've had no heat, defrost or AC for the last 3 weeks. Appears the item I need will be $770 which I don't have. I wish dealerships had a payment plan for those on fixed incomes.

Bought a car here from sage in October 2022, was in an accident and was totaled, went back to sage again and, once again great service , any tune ups or fixes are taken care of effortlessly & even reach out to wish happy birthdays. Zack was my salesperson. Great smile and a matching attitude. He was helpful without being pushy, which is huge for a purchase this large. I asked if we could do the maximum finance work over the telephone because I care for a family member and could not spend much time away. He went above my expectations and made this purchase seamless. If I recommend a place and a salesperson for an automobile purchase, it will be Zack at McCrea Nissan!! We went to the dealership on Saturday, filled out an application for a vehicle. They told us the banks were closed, and that they will hear back on Monday Monday morning they text us told us they were working with our bank and just a couple of hours later they texted us to let us know that they had sold the car. They didn t even let our bank get back to them before they sold the car to someone else.
