They got me in super quick, made my appointment yesterday and today I have tinted windows! They did an amazing job! Also i very much appreciated that there work comes with a warranty.My car looked nice before but having the window tint brought her to a whole new level!!! She looks SUPER FANCY now!!!! One of the worst customer service experiences I ve ever had and I didn t even get my windows tinted. They set an appointment for me on a Friday, called me multiple times during the week to make sure I knew when my appointment was, then on the Friday of the appointment I show up for my window tinting at 2 p.m. and there shop was closed. So me and my girlfriend waited at there shops for about 30 minutes before I called the person I ve been talking to all week and he LIED and told me he tried to call to move my appointment but since the number just went straight to voicemail we moved the appointment and left you a message (which was impossible because I was sitting in eureka all day staring gf at my phone waiting for them to call AND they didn t leave me or my girlfriend any such message). So basically we show up to our second appointment time that we had to take because we drove an hour away from eureka too eureka just to get this done and there shop was still closed, we waited for another half hour and they just never showed up, never called to apologize or anything. Seriously worst customer service I ve ever experienced. And not to make it about that but my gf is handicapped and can t spend long amounts of time standing in one place waiting for someone to just not show up without a call, pretty horrible of them.

The kid was awesome, he did my windows from his personal garage, and matched my factory tint,and offered me something to drink while I was waiting to get a ride home, he said about 1.5hrs , but as soon as I got home he called me and said it was done, like 30 minutes and instructed me not to roll my windows down for at least 3 days witch I compliedHe was very nice about everything.It was very reasonable I thought, AND I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO GO TO HIM FOR SURE.
