We went in for an oil change appointment and Adrian Lewis helped us right away. He advised we were due for the 60K mile checkup. He noted they would pay for a rent-a-car and showed us the options for the services provided. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, as well as, kind, considerate, and straightforward. He called later that day to confirm all was on track for our pickup the next day. We had a very smooth experience and were very happy with the interaction. He was also able to fit in a recall all in the 24 hour period. Thank you Adrian!

The service was awesome and the staff were friendly and professional . I had a recall that was required for my car to be registered again and they got me in fast even though the part was difficult to obtain. The manufacturer was not producing many and making it difficult for owners to get timely service. Thank you guys for prioritizing this and expediting the recall service. I would definitely go back .

Excellent staff, superb mechanical service.Staff of all departments are attentive to customers and knowledgeable. The mechanics here do not cut corners, and do everything by the books.When my vehicles are serviced here, they always come back driving like the day I bought it.

I had new tires put on my truck and rear brake job. Adrian was super helpful when preordering my tires (best price in town for the ones that I really wanted) and brake parts. Adrian set up appointment times that worked for me and kept me updated while I waited for the work to be completed. I was offered a courtesy ride to wherever I would want to go, but the waiting areas and showroom are comfortable and cozy offering a desk type area as well. I drove off happy with everything. I'm always happy with the work that is performed at ECDJRF for the overall maintenance work as well as the friendliness of everyone.

Great dealership. My first time there and I was offered a beverage, shown where the bathroom is and given the WiFi password! SO HELPFUL. My oil change and tire rotation took 40 minutes when it was supposed to take 90 minutes like I was told when I dropped my car off for the appointment. Lucas is very knowledgeable. The manager John Neely is helpful and kind. Melinda was great to talk to while waiting for my service. If I could give this establishment 10 stars I would. I will always be coming back to Eureka CDJR for service on my vehicles. I m telling all my friends to do the same!

Salesman didn't pressure us to buy anything we didn't want, and ended up special ordering what we needed. They also took a trade-in that was less valuable than what was owed on it. Very helpful! My 3yo was also happy with the popcorn machine, balloon offered by another Salesman, kids toys and TV. It was a long time for a kid, but they kept her happy.

I just watched a YouTube video of a man that lives in his RAM ProMaster City.His YouTube channel video review of your service department has 4,200 views, he has over 62,000 YouTube followers.He needed some recall work done and drove his van all the way from the Seattle area to your dealership to have the work done because he trusts you over other RAM service departments.He says you have been excellent in being courteous and professional, you didn t try to charge him for things that were not needed or make claims it s out of warranty when it s actually covered.I have a transmission module update recall on my RAM ProMaster 1500 (that I live in) and wish to schedule my home on wheels to be serviced at your facility.Our home on wheels is all we have, knowing there are trustworthy automotive service departments/dealerships helps with peace of mind.Once the service recall is done I will update this review.Excellent service, simple quick and efficient, thank you!

I have only had positive experiences with the service team for the last 5 years. I have an easy time getting an appointment to suit my needs and the turnaround has generally been pretty fast. The team stays in communication during larger projects with time estimates, and the shuttle is a great benefit when you can t just wait. My truck settings and belongings are always undisturbed, and I never have greasy smudges on my light interior which I appreciate too.Last week I popped in to make an oil change appointment while in town, but surprisingly they worked me in while I was there! It was much appreciated and saved me another trip to Eureka. Everyone in the dealership (sales team included) was pleasant and acknowledged me when moving about the building. I think it s safe to say that the recent ownership change has improved morale. I ve never had a negative experience, but I can see a shift in the building which makes for happy customers too.Keep up the good work everyone!! Special thanks to John and Larry for always being kind, jovial, and informative!

All around great experience! I bought my vehicle over the phone because I was quite a distance from the dealership. Everything went smoothly from the initial call, to signing the final paperwork when I showed up at the dealership. Price was awesome, car is awesome and the dealer is awesome!

If I could give this dealership a zero I would. There service department and staff were easy to deal with and couple of there junior sales men were caring and amazing. The management there is atrocious and ruins any good praise. The sales manager shane and there general manager Chris were absolutely awful to deal with. I purchased a vehicle end of April from them. It turned out the vehicle was a lemon. Went back to them to get out of the vehicle and into another more reliable one. I was met with so much push back from them refusing to take accountability and help reolve the situation.Even with proof of it being a lemon they said my only option was to trade it in. Long story short We ended up trading it in. Was completely ripped off and treated like trash. Both of these men are disrespectful rude Massagenistic lieing snakes who don't care for there customers or there employees. We witnessed both men cussing and yelling at there junior associates threatening there jobs and more. Trevor Harper is the owner of this establishment I hope he does something about his gm and sales manager. I will never return to do business with them again. Anyone who wants a reliable vehicle for a far price Do not purchase from Chrysler dodge in eureka.

Back in May I received a letter from Dodge letting me know that there was a recall on my car for an emissions problem and that it had to be taken care of in order to be registered. We called the Dodge dealership that day and were informed that they could only order one part to fix the problem on my car per week. We are also informed that we couldn't get an appointment just yet and that they would call us back. We waited a month and got no call back. So we called them back and then spoke to somebody who told us that we remember 14 on the list to get fixed and that we had an appointment in September on the 18th; this was in June. So we waited until September 11, and gave them a call to check to make sure our appointment was still good for the 18th. The person that answered the phone was named Adrian and he informed us that when he checked on the computer there wasn't any appointment for us on the 18th,but that he'd look into it and call us back. Fortunately he was on top of things and called us directly back about an hour later and told us that they'd be willing to keep the appointment on the 18th, and to bring the car in at 8:00 in the morning. So we did we dropped it off and got a phone call around 10:30 that we could come and pick up our car cuz it was done. Thank you Adrian for ironing out that little problem because my registration was up in October and if we wouldn't have got it fixed they weren't going to register it until we did. Other than that, they did an awesome job thank you Dodge dealership of eureka California.

Very happy with the service we get at Eureka Dodge. These people are friendly and so accommodating to my busy schedule. I know when my Dodge Charger needs attention, this is the place to go. It's quick & easy to set an appointment and the car is always sitting there ready for me when they say it will be. A special thank to Service Manager, John Neely. Eureka Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram & FIAT is the BEST place to take vehicles in for service! Their staff is kind and knowledgeable. Hailie is wonderful at scheduling appointments that fit my needs and schedule. Skyler kindly explains what is going on with my vehicle and when I should schedule my next service. Lucas is always available to help if anything funky happens with my vehicle. The service manager, John Neely, always goes above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is well taken care of and running how it should be. If you want to go to a place where they not only care for your vehicle but also about you, Eureka Dodge is the place to be!

Got a free oil change(lifetime) from them then leaked oil, come to find out technician left the filter loose. They refused to admit it was there fault snd charged me to find snd fix the problem. Bad service snd they do not take responsibility for their mistakes.
