Good prices for tires for average cars.Pros: price, free 5 year road hazard coverage, additional discount for replacing all four tires, Costco is everywhere in case needing to utilize free air and road hazard protectionCons: should call to make sure they have the size tires you need, I needed to wait 2 weeks for tires. Road hazard coverage is useless for specialty tires because they don't have replacements in stock. Our other car which has standard sized tires we were able to utilize the road hazard insurance however we were told about two hours and four hours later, we are still waiting.Certainly, Eureka store is the worse Costco tire experience I've ever had and we've been buying Costco tires for about 30 years.On a side note Discount Tire had my odd sized tires in stock, also offer 4 tire discounts and road hazard, and are also located everywhere, and are able to change a tire in less than 4 hours making discount tire the wiser choice for me and at least 2 of our 5 vehicles.

Quality. Yet, I was surprised by the pro-rated stipulation that I was previously unaware of when I went to replace my tire from when it exploded on the way out of Willow Creek, traveling west. The tires were only about 3 months old. Been doing a lot of driving gotta remember to get the rotations done!

Had 4 tires put on. Took advantage of the 110 dollar savings. Got a wonderful low price on four BF Goodrich tires. Had an appointment for installation. I showed up for my and they were ready. 45 minutes later I left with new tires on my car. Service guy was friendly and professional. Great tires, great price and great service!!!

So we drove in on a Saturday from Sacramento area and had a great time exploring the beautiful area when after dinner we noticed we had a tire going down. 7 PM on a Saturday night in a small town. So we changed to the spare and hoped for the best for Sunday morning. News flash, not a lot of places open for tire repair or tires on a Sunday. We first went to Firestone. Not only were they super busy, but they said they could patch our tire. In their defense, they did recommend we go to Costco because they would likely repair our tire (it was a little outside the middle treads). So we drove up to Costco and Nate tool care of us right away. He said they would try to patch it and get us going. So an hour later (with a Costco shopping trip done) we were back in business. Thanks Costco Tire for being there and being willing to help us. I definitely recommend Costco tire in Eureka!

Nothing but problems here. Service is great actually, employees are friendly, courteous and fast. The issue is contunuous damage to my lug nuts. And getting charged $60 for a road hazard replacement for a tire with less than 5K miles on the tire itself.The lug nuts have been damaged the last two tire replacements. I asked the manager if they could be more careful this time and they were worse than before. Each lug is $5 each. I don't damage my lugs at home. Why can't they get this right? They damage them to a point where I won't be able to remove my tires if I get a roadside flat.The roadhazard charge was the last straw. The manager explained that the tire was purchased on sale and the sale was no longer running. So i will no longer be running to Costco tire. I won't be getting my tires here anymore. I recommend Firestone in eureka.

I recently got my oil changed and the mechanic made it sound like I needed my tires replaced ASAP. I went to Costco because they were having a good deal on Michelin tires. Jay the manager was kind enough to come out and check them out himself and said I still had a good 6 months left on them. I really appreciate his honesty and the patience he had with me. I am definitely going back to get them done in the fall.

This is why I love Costco! In and out with excellent all new tires at a very fair price in less than 2 hours this evening. No appointment and they got us right in. Manager and employee who helped us were professional and efficient.

Broke my door handle and now refuse to replace it. Are you kidding me, Costco? It was loose (as it has been for years) when I brought it in but now I cannot open my door at all.
