On December 20, 2022, an earthquake hit that ended up being very hard on my family and me. We were red-tagged and told we wouldn't be able to go back home. I spoke with about 3 companies and everyone didn't give us an ounce of hope that we could get our home back up. By a miracle my boyfriend's Co-worker mentioned Century Mobile. I immediately called them they came out for free when other companies were charging us 1000$ to come out and look at it. Well, a gentleman by the name of Doug came out and was so kind, and explained as much as he could to me and gave me hope that they could get my home back up and back onto its property line. Within a week or so this company started on our home within a few days they had it up. I cried when seeing my home better than before. I was blessed to have such an amazing company out and help. Even though I haven't been able to move in due to damage caused during the earthquake we at least have a home still and hopefully soon will be able to move back in my beautiful family and I.

Barry was excellent to work with and was very knowledgeable! We were travelling through and our 5th wheel brakes went out. He got us in right away and diagnosed the problem. Barry was awesome! We were in the road in our Rv, and would be traveling through Eureka in 2 days. We had called everyone, and asked if could he fit us in to fix a ceiling molding (with lighting)that had come loose while traveling on the rough 101 Highway. He not only repaired that, but checked our propane tank, the grommets to hold our seat cushion in our dinette, and advised of a better shower head. Reasonably priced and a great person! Highly recommend!

We had problems with our Hot water heaterThey tested both circuit board and gas solenoid valve said both were bad. Sold us board for $304.54 on the web it costs 135.00gas valve sold to us was 205.10 on the web$154.88Purchased a trailer electrical cable 7 way stab for $80.49 cost on web $36.83.Hot water heater still does not work. Then charged us $150.00 to trouble shoot, still does not work. Do not use this business it will cost you at least twice what it would normally cost parts mechanic is just a parts replacer does not know what he is doing. They are shysters'!

Went in for a walk down of my rig. Barry showed me the answers to my questions. Rushed me inside after 20 minutes of "labor" and got me the parts I needed. After the sale, said he couldn't install without being paid for another hour or labor. Nice guy but he knew what he was doing. Don't know about their work though.

We broke a leaf spring driving through, and Century was able to get us back on the road. Very professional, fast service at a good price. Special mention for Barry. He went above and beyond, and is just a super nice guy. Definitely would recommend.

We were in a 3,500 mile family vacation with our bumper pull trailer, hit a nice pot hole in the road and bent one of the brackets on our weight distribution hitch. Called about 15 places in the area with no help. Then stumbled upon CSC. I was given directions to their facility and promised I'd be taken care of. Drive 45 minutes to their location and met Barry! Barry came out looked at our hitch said he could fix it and walked to his shop. Came back with the bracket I needed and said it would be $25 if I was comfortable installing it myself. Barry gave some technical advice while he ate his lunch. Yes he helped me while on his lunch break! Got back on the road and couldn't have been happier. I wish this company was closer to home as I would go to them for all my trailer needs. Definitely an amazing find! Thank you to all the staff and especially Barry for all the help!

Barry the technician was super responsive when I had an emergency with my camper brakes failing. He sorted out the problem in short order and I was able to continue my travels. Ginger in the front office was also very helpful.

We rented a RV to drive down the Pacific Coast Highway. On day 2 our deadbolt was stuck. We found century rv repair on our route and we're glad we did! We called early and let them know our issue and the time of our arrival. They were so accommodating! They were able to tend to us right away and were able to get us in and out! It was a great experience!Service: General repairs

While camped in the area I discovered my RV refrigerator had quit working and called Barry. He had me come in straight away. He serviced the mechanism that keeps it running and explained the workings plus cheerfully answered other questions I had. I was charged the base rate. I was so pleased with the service he gave me. Big thumbs up.

Service advisor displayed no sense of urgency in getting us back on the road and did not return phone calls or keep us informed of the status of the repairs. Also, he assured us that we didn't have to empty our refrigerator, as they would keep the power on. We'll, they didn't and we lost all of the food in the fridge, not to mention the mess!

The locking mechanism broke on our RV as we were passing through CA. Century Service Center to the rescue. I called and spoke to Ginger and mentioned we would be at the location in a few minutes. She and Barry the service technician were very accommodating when we arrived. Ginger called Road Bear RV service center and handled the paperwork while Barry did an outstanding job on the repair. In and out in 45 minutes! I would highly recommend this service center if you need RV repair.

Barry generally knows how to make repairs. He gets you in for service at a reasonable. Only concern is the costs of the service and parts. Checking with other service providers and my insurance adjuster Barry seems to charge 30% or more above what one would expect.

Barry was super and efficient. We were driving in from the south heading up to Canada and did not have cell service so dropped in at his shop. He did a superb job and would recommend highly recommend him.

We have a manufactured home and had a problem with our dryer venting. After calling them they came out that same morning and corrected the problem plus two leaks we weren t aware of. Went here with my girlfriend stephanie. This store was amazing Ginger was extremely nice felt like you were talking to a good friend. The store had everything we needed. Well go here anytime we need we need anything for our trailer. If you need anything for your trailer or rv come here first!

We had an RV coach electric problem after an appliance short and could never get all our svc back. FINALLY found Barry at Century Svc and he had it fixed in 10 minutes. When you're on the road full time and love remote places, everyone should be so lucky to have a Barry and an Angela to go to. We had lost food and were ecstatic over same day service at the end of his day. He knows his stuff, is a real Specialist.

Barry, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and easy going. No question is a dumb question cause he happily answered every tiny question in great detail. Warm and friendly shop!

I've been taking my RV to Barry since I started RVing 4 years ago. He always finds the problem, is good at coming up with effective solutions, and makes it as easy on the pocketbook as possible. Barry is always willing to take the time to answer my questions, so I can learn about my RV's systems. Best of all, I know he is always completely honest.

Damaged 5th wheel hitch this morning. Call to Century and quick trip to their location. Barry, their tech, was amazing and repaired the damage but advised that we replace the part fairly soon. Ginger, the parts gal, was so kind and helpful in finding and ordering the replacement part. We could not have asked for more kindness and efficiency and are blessed to have found them as we are full-time rvers and this is our first time in Eureka, CA. Century is definitely a silver lining in a very dark cloud.

Tried to get a exhaust vent installed in my promaster van and Barry was upset it wasn going to be an easy instal it seemed like.. he wouldn help me with the electrical part at all! said all he would do is cut the hole and seal the vent in I would have to go somewhere else for the electrical so to only do half the install he quoted me 1,100$!!! Biggest rip off anyone has tried to pull over on me in years!! Don t get ripped off by this place to many other rv repair places around.

Super friendly and knowledgeable about RVs. They like to help you work on your own RV. Barry took me out to show me something on another person's RV that might help me fix my RV. Ginger who works the counter is also knowledgeable about RVs and is really nice! We definitely will be back to Century RV Service!

From Ginger the sales clerk, to Barry the technician, these folks are on top of their game! Super friendly and helpful, with a ton of rv knowledge and experience! They will go out of their way to help you with your rv needs, even if it's just some good advice on how to solve your own problem. Great selection of parts and tools with competitive pricing on everything.

Extraordinary experience with this company. Had a small body repair and list of fixit items. They were able to fix quickly and very cost effectively. Good Covid safety procedures too.Would return for service if needed and referring others as well!

We were 6 weeks on the the road from Ontario, Canada in our new Winnebago minnie drop 1780 and a lot of annoying issues were affecting us. Barry and his prople fixed all our issues with skill,good humor & value.Considering our useless dealer in Ontario would not even answer our calls - even when in Ontario - and the unwillingness of any Winnebago dealer along the route to help if under warranty - we are so thankful for the service we received in this small repair shop.
