Oscar put me first and gave me five star customer service today. I am so grateful that he came outside in the pouring rain and changed my headlights with a smile on his face, inviting me back and thanking ME for coming in! He will make a fine Manager!

Hands down one of the best customer services parts stores I have been to. Not sure what the review before me was, but it sounds like someone didn t get the entitled service he deserved. I have been in here many times and there are times when it s busy and you have to wait a couple minutes, other times you don t. The staff is more than willing to fix any problems that arises if they are presented one, I have been one who needed things fixed a couple times. but when people like the last review are not waited on right away they throw a tantrum and resort to online to speak their mind. I bet he didn t ask to speak with the manager or give anyone a chance just walked out and bashed them online. Truly comical or pathetic as he put it.

Absolutely worst customer service. 4 guys in the store with one being the manager. Only one actually helping get a battery, change a battery and answering the phone. I didn't get his name but he is not the problem. After 10 min of waiting with no response from the other 3, I'll definitely buy my pads and rotors elsewhere.Stocking those batteries on the cart was more important I guess. Then manager actually gave the guy who was working an attitude when he had a question. Literally pathetic

Kurtis was very helpful, I came in to buy headlights and he helped me install them.His customer service is outstanding, he deserves a raise.

I called to price out new headlights and talked to Carrie. She gave me the different options and explained the difference between them. Once I got there Harley offered to put them in for me. The store manager made sure I had a good laugh while I was there. Over all a great experience and glad to see ladies working there.

I needed 4 car lights replaced and the great sales person at Autozone helped me pick out which type I wanted, then installed the lights in my car! At one point he even had to crawl under my car to get to the fog lights.Wish I'd gotten his name!Yes, I tipped him - he deserved every penny!Great service- I'd definitely go there again!

They sold me some LED lights that actually damaged my computer system in my vehicle they need to know more about what their customers are buying before recommending. Very disappointed!!

We have been very happy with our local AutoZone in Eureka. When we visit the store, the employees are always ready to help and always giving the customers assistance to help them find what they need. It s not so busy, which great. And it s clean. Definitely helpful and prices are reasonable.

Andrew at AutoZone is the best! His customer care skills are excellent and his job skills are efficient. I was having problems with my battery and I was not sure if it needed to be replaced. I visited AutoZone and Andrew agreed to test it and sure enough it registered ... bad. Was I glad to have the kind help of Andrew who helped me select a new battery and replaced my old battery with no additional charge for installation. While I was there I purchased new blades and Andrew also installed them for me. AutoZone Eureka will always have my business and I hope yours too!

This auto zone is an absolute blessing!! I came in to get my key fob battery replaced and left with a good key fob lots of knowledge and was able to fix a check engine light in my car for 95% less than any auto shop would have charged me. This team definitely saved the day for me and I appreciate you guys to the fullest.

Had to get a replacement headlight bulb for my Honda Odyssey but wasn't sure which bulb to get. The store manager Kurtis helped me find the correct bulbs to get as well as quickly switch out the dead bulb with the new one. His customer service was excellent!

I went last Sunday for help changing the spark plug on my mower. I was asking a lot of questions and failed to notice the gentlemen's name who helped. me, but he was awesome! Didn't talk down to me and really helped me. Got home and fixed my mower! Thank you.

Went in to have a head light replaced and had Carrie help me. She was professional and showed me different options. She also help you install them for no cost and recommend the wiper fluid so I didn't run out. Will go back the next time I need help. Thanks AutoZone!

This specific AutoZone is my number one go to for the retailer auto supply. I've never encountered a bad employee and many have gone above and beyond, whether it be kindness or looking up things on the computer for me. Always a pleasant experience

Stopped in with battery issues quickly got a new one ans the desk clerk guy popped a new one in after testing my battery. Had a good time and appreciate the speed and effectiveness. Alex H was a pretty good salesman and was direct kept me going on my way in 15 minutes or less.

I had noticed my headlight was out, so we headed to Autozone. The store was clean and we were greeted as soon as we walked in. I didn't know what type to get and the associate named Jordan was very knowledgeable and assisted us promptly. He showed us the 3 options in varying prices and explained the benefits of each. He asked about our driving habits and because we drive at night in the mountains often, he suggested the ultra bright bulb. We even went with the two pack because he pointed out it was a savings and we would be safer. When we asked if it was difficult to replace he said he was familiar with our car and could quickly assist. In our opinion his service was above and beyond other locations we have been to and we will definitely return because of Jordan.

Justin and his crew saved our family vacation. They helped us diagnose our car trouble, pointed us to the right parts, and even lent me a socket to help me get a bad spark plug out. Great team, great service, super friendly. Highly recommended!!!
