My sprinter van broke down on the road. We had it towed into automasters. Amazing customer service, and very quick and knowledgeable mechanics. Had us back on the road the same day! Did I mention this was all over the holidays. Can t recommend enough.

We were traveling through Eureka and started having problems with the differential in our 1972 Camaro. We called Joe and he said to bring it in. He ended up servicing it, fluid had broken down, and had us back on the road in a short amount of time and at a very reasonable price. Thank you,Chuck Horton

I have taken my vehicles to another shop for many years but needed a new mechanic bad. I was referred to Jose at Automasters and I have found my new shop. My Avenger got hit by a 90 year man with No insurance, Pac Towing took us over to Auto Masters and Joe is the most efficient, fast and friendly mechanic I've ever dealt with in my life!! My Avenger arrived at 5:15pm and he stayed late, ordered the part from Sac, arrived at 6:30am, and was finished by 9:50am the very next morning!! I drove over 180 miles two ways to get my car finished by this amazing mechanic!!! I found my new mechanic

Highly recommend this place. Honest, up front, communicative. They listened to my issues, addressed the problems, double checked before doing any work, did not over charge or make things up, fixed the issues at hand. (Accidentally caused a bit of cosmetic damage to a plastic piece, and they told me about it and then replaced it. I probably wouldn't have noticed it right away, and I really value that level of integrity.)Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle here. Low stress, good work, great guys. You'll be in good hands!

Just got my 91 Trooper back from Auto Masters in Eureka after some pretty extensive work and I couldn't be happier with the service. Timing belt, water pump, clutch, flywheel, and distributor, and she's running like a champ again. This was my 2nd major work since I moved to Hum Co (and I'm still questioning my decision to go to the first place for service in Arcata) so I called several places around town which I hadn't done last time. Joe and his crew took great care of my sweet rig and had the best prices in town so I'll bring it back when the need arises. Thank you!

I get all of my cars worked on her. Heard of this place through some guys at my old work. It's been spectacular service every time. I have a 2004 Mercedes Benz and this place does a great job making it feel brand new again.

One of the most upfront honest auto repair shops in the area. Joe will keep you informed and educated on the process of fixing your vehicle. Any repairs will be discussed before complete. You can rest easy you will not be nickeled and dimed here.

Joe and his crew are all very knowledgeable, and treat their clients like the humans they are. Auto Masters won't BS or sugar-coat anyhting, and they do everything they can to get you on the road again. I highly recommend Auto Masters.
