I have not gotten service from them yet, but if the customer service is any indication I will continue to go to them for any service needs in the future. They went over and beyond to assist me even though they were not going to do the work. Marie has polite, professional and very helpful.

Sunrise RV is over the top customer oriented. We went in for extended warranty work and the hoops they had to jump through for us was mind boggling. They kept us informed and did excellent work. We highly recommend this place!

Everyone here was great! We were looking for an older replacement part for an RV awning and were losing hope. Steve was fantastic! Their new parts in stock didn't fit. He went out back to see if something would work, came back with a used part that fit perfectly. No charge, suggested only that we give a donation to a children's charity they support! They also had the aircon vent and tail light covers we needed, again that we couldn't find elsewhere. Service with a smile. These are your guys!

Sonrise is amazing! We have taken our rig there twice with damage from blown out tires and some damage on the rear. Jay is so good at what he does and the body work is impeccable! You can't even tell there was work done on the rig! They really do know how to take care of all RVs!

Sonrise RV is the greatest. They are knowledgeable about everything you want to know and can tell you what the best options are for the project that you are working on.I've been going there for 8 or 9 years and ALWAYS get great service and advice as well as good and fair prices on items I need.

They are very very honest people. They do great work and will work with you. I had to have a front cap and whole roof replacement from water damage. They did a great job with it and looked almost original. They have another customer for life. Happy Camping

The folks at Sonrise are terrific, honest, professional, and do an excellent job! There may be a brief wait to get your RV in (although less than other local places), but you'll be happy you took your RV in for service here. JR is a pleasure to work with, as was working with his Dad. =)I highly recommend these guys!!

So I've been taking my mobile dog grooming unit here since March 2021 For regular generator and AC service. I see them about every 6 weeks and they always get me in and out in a timely manner. Honest wholesome people here If you come here continuously they will treat you Like family. When I 1st went into mobile grooming I had no idea what I was doing since I worked at a shop beforehand. They have led me in my journey on my new business I'm very grateful to them . I definitely recommend them and will be a client for the rest of my career.

Had a great experience getting my pleasure way seat to bed power cable replaced here. Matt from "I got a guy" recommended Sonrise and he was on the money. Mike ordered the cable in good faith and I returned and the mechanic replaced it.This will be my maintenance shop if I have other issues. Try them, good people and nice shop.

These guys have been there for a long time and they know what they're doing. But their fees are enormous and they don't help the customer at all. It was way better when Don was in charge. Our RV steps were old and didn't work and I suggested we simply replace them to avoid all the troubleshooting costs. They countered and suggested they troubleshoot. Long story short, they ended up charging me for a ton of troubleshooting only to say that I needed new steps, which they then charged me for in addition to all the troubleshooting. The impression I have is that these guys know they have you over a barrel and really take advantage of you.

Needed a part i was struggling to find, contacted sonrise and they had one in stock so i headed over to pick it up not realizing i would hit traffic and my expected arrival time was about 5 mins after closing time. I called and they agreed to stay open until i got there. In addition i realized i needed a couple of washers that i could not find online. They happened to have them right next to the desk, i was in and out in 5 mins. Very nice people and this is the 2nd time they've had parts i couldnt find in the big name stores. Thanks for accomodating me and for great customer service.

This is a fantastic store and repair shop. The people here love Jesus and it shows. No one is perfect, but God shines through the character, integrity and love the staff have for their customers.Don is a wonderful man. He can be busy, which is good, but he will take time to care, even on his busiest day.I went there yesterday with an unexpected problem. With no appointment and late on the day of New Years Eve, Don told me he was behind on getting the jobs finished for the day. However he allowed me ten minutes to look at the problem - and they fixed it! Didn't even charge me!!!My daughter is a singer and she blessed them with a lovely rendition of The Lord's Prayer. He was very touched. (:Thanks everyone! You're the best. I will definitely keep on using your services.

Great service and advise. Will help inform about the issue and work with you to get it fixed. JR is all about integrity and is one of the few mechanics that I have come across that I truly trust. Sometimes you might have to leave your RV there for a few days but the job will get done and it will get done right the first time.

First of all let me start off correctly, first time RV buyer, long time RV enthusiast, Sonrise is your place to go. I went in with a rather large list of to do and twice as many individual questions, they treated me like family we talked about my concerns and questions and even little silly things they addressed happily and honestly. Despite being swamped with work my RV was serviced quickly and professionally and brought back to 100%. My A/C (2) run like new my fridge ice cold!! The list goes on and on. It was affordable, it was well planned because I came in prepared which helped them know how to approach it as a whole, they encouraged questions and I will always speak out to those looking for quality and professionalism and honesty to bring their RV here.

JR saved me thousands on electrical install. Gave me the best advice (for free) for what I was trying to do with my trailer. Great communication for batteries on order, and a wealth of knowledge. Great place, will absolutely be going to Sonrise for larger projects in the future.

I chose Sonrise RV because I saw their ad in the Escondido RV newsletter.I needed to get a new hot water heater installed in my RV, and when I called they said they could get me in the very next morning. I was totally surprised.My experience at Sonrise RV was excellent. JR in the service department was personable and helpful, honest and straight-forward. I would recommend him to anyone needing RV repair.Thank you.

JR and Mark are amazing! We had issues with our black tank leaking and called a mobile RV repair guy out for and estimate who lied to us saying the black tank needed to be replaced and the cost would be around $3,300. Thank God we called Sonrise RV for a second opinion. Turned out the support beam holding the black tank broke causing the tank to drop and leak some waste out. JR and the team at Sonrise RV were honest and went above and beyond expectations. Definitely a lifetime customer now. Thank you Sonrise RV.

Had a great experience at Sunrise RV, JR is awesome! I was considering buying a used RV and called Sunrise to see if they did RV inspections. I spoke to JR and he was incredibly straight forward and honest. He gave me excellent advice and even offered to do a quick inspection at no charge. I brought the RV to Sunrise and JR spent a good 1/2 hour with me going over the whole RV, even up on the roof, and answering all my questions. JR gave me some great tips and great referrals and really helped me to make my decision with purchasing the coach. All this at absolutely no cost!! I did wind up buying the coach and will definitely be bringing it in for a full service at Sunrise. Thank you so much JR, you have a customer for life with that kind of service.

RV repair can be pretty sketchy out there. Recommended by my son with his class. C RV. They were fantastic. K forgot my battery in az. They let me use one of theirs so I could get my trailer to them. Cable set up on slide out. Difficult to adjust. Mitch did a great job on that adjustment. Mike moved my trailer for me and added air to my tires. All work explained to me. Last but not least Don Ryan everything and really came through for my tight schedule. Thanks again guys!!!

I stopped by to buy a water pump and had some questions about my fridge. This is my first truck camper so I am not aware of many stuff...JR spent 20 minutes with me, looking at my fridge, explaining everything and giving me some useful advices. Super nice guys with good advices.

First time customer at Sonrise RV, Was greeted by J.R. right off the bat I could tell he was a stand up guy. J.R. Was very helpful and knowledgeable, He is the kind of guy that makes you feel like you have been friends for years. I had a problem with my heater on my toy hauler witch they were able to fix with no issues. When i arrived on site I had 2 of my dirt bikes in the back I needed to unload J.R. Was there to lend me a helping hand and get them loaded into the back of my truck. That kind of service go's a long ways with me. I felt they were very fair with price and gave me a detailed report on a few other issues at hand. I highly recommend Sonrise Rv !!! Thanks again guys... Jeff.

For replacing windshields, troubleshooting electrical systems, fixing refrigerator and repairing slide-outs, they have a staff of experienced guys who know what they are doing. Their prices are fair and they have been helpful in giving advice (and materials) for the simpler do-it-yourself repairs. Yes they are busy . . . .just like good restaurants!

Had a roof leak near my skylight. Got a quote of $1050 to reseal the entire roof as it was "bad". Picked up my coach and the bill was more than 20% over quoted as they used almost 40% more caulking than they estimated and charged $11 per tube for what I can buy online for $7.00. Plus they charge $120 for labor. I get the labor charge for intricate work like engines, refrigeration, generators, electrical, engineering, etc.. but to $120/hr for 8.4 hours of scraping off and reapplying caulk? They claim they have a lot of experience and that's why they used so much (to ensure it doesn't leak again for years). How could they underestimate so much with so much experience? The caulking is so thick and heavy that I'm concerned that next time it needs to be removed the charge will be higher due to all the removal that will be required. It's more than double what was up there originally. Then they tried to charge me $240 for estimating other work which I declined on another part and they never told me there would be a charge when they called to give me prices. They reluctantly removed it from my bill but gave me a stern warning that "if you bring your coach here and ask us to look at something, just know there is a fee attached". Ok, just know that the law says you need to tell me how much something is going to cost before I approve the charge. You can't surprise a customer with undisclosed fees and expect payment.Response to Owner:Never got notified of your refund offer. Not sure why I would need to come in to get a refund. It's a 45 minute drive each way. You have my address on my receipt, why not send me a check?

Just went to Sunrise for the first time and Mark Long took care of me. He provided me with excellent customer service. He made the extra effort to look for the parts that I needed for an older RV. This is a great place and the first place I will go to for RV half. Nice people.Jack Ferry
