Dropped off my new Chevy C8 as it completely died. After about 5 days with no response, I called in and asked status. Service rep said that they had not test driven the vehicle yet to see the problem with it. I informed him that the vehicle was built with a tracker and it had been test driven for numerous miles. Rep seemed confused and had to call me back. I went in instead and spoke with manager who advised they couldn t test drive it due to the faults displayed on the vehicle and that an engineer had to come look at it. Several days later still no response so I call in and a new rep tells me that their guy did test drive it and could not duplicate the problem and did not know why the manager said they needed an engineer to come out nor why the manager said they could not test drive it. They did this two days prior and never bother to call me. Was lied to numerous times throughout because they failed to do their job and made up lies on the spot to cover it. No one was on the same page.

Love quality Chevrolet for the service I have gotten purchasing my first lease , then my first financing auto loan all on my own credit no co signer .I ll never forget that day when I leased I was 26. Then when I purchased I was 28. Wow what a journey it has been to be looking back at all the years I ve grown to be really blessed and reliable company to come with my needs .The free oil changes have kept my pocket spending money to be more affordable maintenance for my car .I love that !

Another 1 star update for this place. They offer you free oil changes for life then when you call to get one they say wait time for AN OIL CHANGE is 2 months. HAHAHA do not buy a car here. They made no effort to fix my car's issues out of the box 5 months ago, still have not received a call from the owner or even management about this. They just reply on google and say they're gonna "look into it" just so peiple reading comments dont think they completely disregard issues people have, which they DO. essentially i have a lemon waiting to be given back now. One of the worst stealerships out there.

Great buying experience here at Quality Chevy working with Vania Ramos!!! A real bulldog when it comes to making a deal! She would not rest until we got a deal that worked for my family. Worst place ever. Can never get ahold of the guy assisting with my repairs. Have not been informed about what is actually wrong with my car. Terrible customer service. Would never recommend. Would give negative stars if possible.

Had a great experience shopping for a vehicle at Quality Chevrolet. Do yourself a favor and ask for Vania Ramos. She was knowledgeable, professional, and kind to my 5 year old daughter (who was a handful that day).

I had some diagnostic work done thought I would have to pay for it but warranty covered it and my service writer is great he explains everything to me in laimon terms so I can understand it. Great experience thanks.

They advertise low ball prices. Very few people could qualify for all the discounts, not mentioned in the advertised price.Not worth the trip from the San Fernando valley to San Diego.
