I am giving OnSchedule repair shop a 5 star rating because this is the best repair shop I have ever been to. I have lived in San Diego for 30 years and have tried multiple repair shops and this by far is the best, the most honest, and the best prices in San Diego county. This repair shop goes above and beyond their job. During the repair of my vehicle, they kept me posted as to the status of my repair and the pricing, if there is any change. They have a nice repair shop and front desk area with a clean lobby. They also have the front desk operator whose name is Tee. She did a great job as well, made me feel comfortable and showed me in detail everything they did to my vehicle when I picked it up, and I even got a one year warranty for the repair today. I recommend this shop to my friends, family and I ll always come back here Stan

I've had a few friends come here and was recommended. They are so sweet, diligent, and provide fair pricing on services! I love the work that they have done, and I appreciate the information and advice given about caring for my car. They have even seen me same-day during times when I've let me car get pretty bad to the point that I had to go in urgently. They didn't need to do that, but were kind enough to. I highly recommend getting your car serviced here! :)

The receptionist beside being beautiful, with all due respect is very helpful. She knows about cars. The price was definitely within my budget. Definitely going again for my break pads in a couple of weeks and awesome conversation with receptionist. Thank you for your hard work. Adrian.

T and her team are amazing! They always have time to squeeze me in and labor/parts are always reasonably priced. I ve been going to them for a few years now and they are the only auto shop I trust with my car. Very difficult to find in Southern California

The best place I have ever had any work done on my vehicle.... not only is it ran by a very gorgeous woman with a great heart... I recommend this place 10/10 ... trustworthy and reliable. I had the best car repair experience I've ever had here! Family owned and operated with such great customer service!! T is such a pleasant woman to work with, and her father and team of skilled mechanics really do top notch work! I feel blessed to have found them! Will never go anywhere else!

There is no words to describe how awesome this place is.The pricing is good. The work by far is excellent.The customer service is top notch.I literally go into this place sad because my truck needs the doctor, but once I'm in there, I know everything is going to be okay and all my stress leaves.This place treats your vehicle like your baby and treats you like you actually have a valid concern. That makes them number one in my book and it's nice that they're so honest because I don't know anything about mechanics.If if you have ever been messed over by mechanics in this area and you are fed up and scared to see another mechanic.... this place on schedule is the place to change your mind.Customer service is so welcoming that you want to just hang out with them all day and be their best friends.It's nice to know we have a great place like this in Escondido.

I recently took my car to OnSchedule Auto Repair for an oil change and general check-up. I was very impressed with the level of service and expertise provided by the mechanics. They were thorough in their inspection and explained any issues they found in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. They also made sure to keep me updated on the progress of my car throughout the day. I will definitely come back and recommend to my family and friends.

Ken and his team did an excellent job replacing the front ball bearings, brakes, and transmission fluid for my 2006 F150. The service is excellent, and the price is low compared to other shops. They are very honest. They don't replace things if the part are still good. They stayed late to deliver my car on time. They are really "on schedule"!. Thank you Ken.

I recently had my first experience taking my car to OnSchedule Auto Repair and I have to say, I was extremely impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and friendly, they made me feel at ease right away.I was a bit nervous about getting my car repaired as I am not very knowledgeable about cars, but the mechanic assigned to my car took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. He was thorough in his inspection and even showed me some issues that I wasn't aware of, which I really appreciated.The staff at OnSchedule Auto Repair were transparent about the cost of the repairs, they provided me with a detailed breakdown of the costs and they didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. I also appreciate the fact that they have a clean and comfortable waiting area, it made my wait much more pleasant.Overall, my first experience at OnSchedule Auto Repair was great. The staff were friendly and professional, the service was excellent and the price was fair. Ken always does a great job and tries to save you as much money as he can. I got a part from a junkyard for him to install and when the plastic on the part, through no fault of his, gave out, he did the work over again for free, finding ways to reinforce the plastic so it wouldn't be a problem in the future. Another time, one of my back lights needed to be replaced. Another shop wanted to charge $80 in labor. Ken did it for free, only charging me for the bulb. Ken is the one to go to for honest, quality work.

I've been going to Ken since 2012. My '97 Lexus needed some heavy duty work. He checked it thoroughly and made the repairs that needed to be done immediately. This was a great blessing as I was hurting financially. Ken and his crew have always provided professional, expertise, courteous, friendly service, BUT, most of all Ken is honest and his prices are very reasonable. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!! Save yourself time and take your car to OSAR!

I m very impressed! Ken has provided excellent service, and thoroughly explained/answered all of my questions. He is an honest business owner who truly cares about his customers. I will never go to another auto shop again for any services i need. I was recommended to come here by a close family friend and I m grateful that I did. I Highly recommend this place!

Top notch service. They will go above and beyond to take care of you. Very professional and will explain to you so you re able to understand what they are doing. I had an engine replaced in my vehicle. They gained a lifetime customer. Ken and the On Schedule guys are awesome. 3rd time theyve worked on my car. Recently some electrical work. Always fair , always great work. Courteous and technically knowledgable. I came here one recent Friday (2/9/2018), expecting to find Tim Terry's, only to find that they are no longer in business. I needed work done on my old and frankly not very well maintained van, because the registration was due soon, and I had a "check engine" light. I suspected a problem with a catalytic converter, and I was correct. I knew it was going to be expensive.Ken, the owner, understood my plight and found a good aftermarket cat at a significantly lower price than the OEM part. He said the work would be done by closing time on Saturday (the next day), and -- surprise! -- it was done, just as he promised! On Schedule, like the name says.I also needed new O2 sensors. I brought a couple with me that I had on hand, but those were the "downstream" sensors; I also needed to replace the "upstream" sensors. No problem, says Ken. Just get the parts and I'll install them at no charge. I wound up installing them myself, just because I knew I could do it in less time than it would take to drive to Escondido and back; but I really appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile.The van passed smog check. :)I highly recommend On Schedule Auto Repair!

Took my Jeep in thinking I needed new breaks, turns out I needed new rotors. They charged me a very reasonable price, were very helpful and got the job done. They even offered me 1 year warranty! Definitely will be returning.

Ken is the best. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my cars. His will show you exactly what's happening to your car and give you the best price.He's saved me money by telling what does and doesn't need to be fixed.

Ken, Jim and the whole crew are awesome. I have been using this shop since they first opened their old location. Never had a single issue with their work. If you need a mechanic shop, go to them.
