Very pleasant experience! Service took less time than anticipated which was a big plus. My car was washed and vacuumed it looked so pretty. The service agent who helped me was very friendly and thorough. He not only explained today s service, but what I could expect with the next service. I was very impressed overall! I have been having my Kia serviced here for years and it is always a pleasant experience!

This wasn't the SUV I was looking for....it was better. I'm so happy with this, Kia.The entire staff of North County Kia were beyond amazing. They even had someone tall come out and sit in the car so I could make sure my really tall teenager could fit. You will not be disappointed in the service and hospitality you receive here.

I gave them a 5-star rating one year ago. My second car service there was good too, but not the third.I visited them on 4/10/2024 to have regular service for my 2022 vehicle. I was told that all services done were manufacturer recommended and I also paid for oil change and tire rotation. Based on the trust on the company I did not check the service details on spot. However, when I got home, I found that they charged me $193.95 for a 'fuel/air induction system clean up service' which I did not ask for, nor it is a manufacturer recommended service. This service should only be performed on a high mileage vehicle (over 60000 miles) or when problems are found. Mine is only 16381 miles and runs perfectly, and that is no reason to do that on my car.I email them to complaint and got this reply: I have attached the maintenance schedule for your vehicle that you can find a copy of in your owner s manual. You will find that fuel additives are needed every 6k, the way we do them at our store is a 3-part system cleaning that we do every 15k. What? They tried to mislead me that adding a $10 fuel additive equal to a $193.95 'fuel/air induction system clean up service' which is totally unnecessary. The fact that they included such 'service' in their standard schedule doesn't make it right or legit. That only means that they can rip off unaware customers multiple times.They offered me two next free oil changes but I did not accept. I have lost faith on them. You won t visit a doctor again if he performed unnecessary procedures on you just for more money.You have been warned.

This is a dealership that really cares! After experiencing some issues with my Kia Optima, I had a diagnostic test done which revealed that I needed a new hybrid battery. Thankfully, the battery was still under warranty, so there was no charge. They even graciously waived the $180 diagnostic test fee and set me up with a beautiful loaner, also at no charge. I can t say enough good things about this dealership. I told them I will be their forever customer

I had a 10/10 experience with Christina, Adrian, and Mike. The customer service was outstanding. Everything went so smoothly with the purchase of my car. I'm beyond happy with my purchase. Very painless experience, totally hassle free, from sales to financing. This is the 4th new car I have purchased from them, and so far not one issue.By far the best experience of the day was my salesperson, Nate Lamont. From the get-go, I felt comfortable with him and his advice. It was more like visiting an old aquaintance than dealing with a car salesman. If you go there, make sure you ask for him.

18 Apr 24Excellent overall. Easy to schedule. Took a few minutes to go through the service desk when I arrived. Work was completed in the time that was estimated. Got 2 separate discounts as advertised. No attempt to upsell me. Receipt/report accurate, easy to understand, helpful safety recommendations. Personable and professional young staff. Appreciate the complimentary carwash policy. KIA SUV bought new in 2011. Tip top condition maintained solely by Escondido KIA.

I took my K5 in last month for an oil service and maintenance. Jose suggested wheel alignment as well and I agreed. After it was completed and I drove off, I could feel that the car was pulling to the left more than when I brought it in. I should ve turned around then, but I was on my way back to work. As we know, life is busy. I finally got it in today, Jose- was great!!! he took my car for a ride and said yes he noticed but the wheel alignment testing came back with everything in the green. He let me know that he rotated the two front tires to see if that makes a difference . Well, it did, it is driving so much better now! Thank you Jose!! - customer service goes a long way I ll be back!!

I have been taking my 2012 Kia Soul for regular maintenance here since it was new. It runs well. to this day. They alerted me to a part recall that I did not know about. I always have a good experience here. They provide complimentary lift rides when dropping off a vehicle.

North County Kia has always come through when I've taken my car in for maintenance. They've never tried to push me to make anything other than what you go in for and always get me out a little quicker than they estimate. This latest time, I was helped by Victor Martinez, who went over some options and gladly accepted a coupon or brought in. After my car was ready, he walked me to my car and applied the new mileage sticker. Great experience!

My A/C went out, so I took the car to North county Kia. Got my AC fixed, tires rotated and recall repair done all at the same time. Sergio was my service advisor and he kept me informed throughout the process. Great service and repair work.

This was my 1st time here at this service location for my 23 Kia Sportage. I was impressed by the acknowledgement of the service team upon my arrival and the honesty of my service representative, Sergio, of explaining to me services they offer, but without the pressure of getting those done. Since my service at this location, my vehicle has been performing amazingly with gas milage. I look forward to returning back because of their customer friendly approach.

Took vehicle in for a new key. Car was retuned to us and key did not work. Seems like no on bothered testing the new key. I now have to return to the dealer a week from now for them to try an new key that they ordered. But I did have to pay for my current service even though it did not fix my issue.

I had an appointment at 8am on a Saturday morning and needless to say, it was already busy at 8am. Victor checked me in and said it d be about an hour and half to change out my light bulb for my high mounted brake light. He offered a ride, but I decided to stay watch tv in their clean waiting area. He later informed me that they were just going to change the light bulb for me at no cost. Free 99!! and my car was ready within 30 minutes. As someone who works in the customer service industry, customer service is HUGE for me. it can really make or break a company and Victor exhibited excellent customer service today. He exceeded my expectations and even made my day. One of the many reasons, why I will continue to come back here when my car is in need of a service. Thank you again!!

I bought my 2018 Kia Soul at North County Kia just under a year ago. That car had to be, by far, my favorite car. I get a call to trade it in so my husband said to see what it s worth and maybe we will find something better.I met Ben and he allowed me to test drive the ONE Kia Soul that was left- 2020- and I was sold from the second I looked at it. Ben made the entire process very easy and even fun to be honest. He was very personable, friendly, and really informative. Made buying my car super easy.Then Mike Rahmani finished up all of the paperwork and made sure everything was ready for me. Not only did he find me the best finance company and save me a bunch of money, he (also) was personable, friendly, and laid back. I bought the last Soul they had and I couldn t be happier with my car and the service I received. I will recommend these two all day long and definitely recommend the Kia Soul!!!! I ll definitely be back!

I will never ever take my car to this dealership to get serviced.I was never informed that the service department closed at a specific time different than the actual dealership and would have to picked up BEFORE the service department closing time.I arrived to pick up my car at 3:30 pm, (service department closed at 2pm) the dealership closed at 7pm for reference.The manager told me I would not be allowed to get my car. Basically told me too bad. My service appointment was on Saturday and they would be closed Sunday and Monday due to the holiday. I was supposed to be without my car until Tuesday. I only got my car after I made a big deal about it and even after that he was very rude. He had to take a copy of my credit card for $25! And told me to call Tuesday to make sure they charged me. Why should I have to do that???The lack of communication and compassion is why I will never go to this dealership for anything regarding my car.

Great experience and awesome team!Mikey was extremely helpful, took the time, and gave an extra effort to show us different vehicles, go on test drives, and walk us through all the different features. He even called post-sale to check in!Camille was also super helpful during the sales closing process, and even took the time to walk us through the infotainment system and setup our mobile app before we drove off with our new car!Both were also very easy to get along with, making it just an overall fun experience! Received excellent customer service from Sergio. He helped me when I showed up for a regular service even when we discovered that some extra work was needed once the car hits 30k miles.He was professional and available to help with questions when needed. He made the visit worthwhile.

My representative was very good & attentive. However, I just feel like the services could be a bit more transparent. Like prices of everything sign. As well as recommended service by miles. An invoice with a detail breakdown would be wonderful as well. I have also taken my car here for 3Xs & every time they tell me the car wash isn t working. I was walking around & saw cars being washed.

Sadly, the worst service experience in my car ownership history. Purchased a brand new Kia and the Apple Car Play wouldn t work properly; it would constantly disconnect or the touch screen wouldn t work. Called Kia of Escondido service and was told there was over a 10 week wait for a service appointment; there were just not enough Kia technicians in the county. As I was scheduling the appointment, the Kia representative mentioned that Kia is aware of the Apple Car Play issue so they would need to run diagnostics, etc. when the car was brought in for service. My teenage son took the car to the dealership on the day of the service. After a two hour wait, he was told by the technician that he drove the car around the block and the Car Play was working properly. The technician was so kind to top off the fluids and sent my son on his way. Shockingly, the Car Play stopped working a mile from the dealership. I attempted to reach Kia by phone and no one would pick up. I called back again and had to leave a message. Has anyone from Kia called me back? Nope.

Called in for 2 recalls, which only one could be accomplished. No word on when the fix to the second recall. Got a quote to replace spark plugs and change a belt. Quoted over $500. That s after paying $180 for diagnostics. Got it done for $169. Big difference. The whole attitude with those I spoke to at Kia was very cavalier and dismissive. I was planning on buying a new car in January at this location, but that s not happening now.

My service advisor was very friendly and great at explaining everything. My car was done in the time it was promised, but the car wash was horrendous. It would have been better if they hadn't done it.

Im glad my car got the oil change done , I just hope it got done right since I didn t receive a multipoint inspection report after being done. They verbally told me my rear brakes were not good anymore but on the oil reminder sticker they marked it off as green meaning they re good ! Other than that I liked how they washed my car after service being done .

Wait is long as usual but came in for an oil change and left without any issues. There was a 'recall' that was added on the car when I scheduled the apt. but when I got there they said "part not available yet". Weird to post a recall and added to the service but parts are not available and told to come back?

The only reason I m giving this place 3 stars and not 1 is because of Chris L. He Is extremely nice, and helpful. I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my car with him!However, I d much rather give 1 star due to the used auto mechanic. Saul is very rude, condescending and will absolutely make you feel stupid if you have any concerns or questions. So good luck if you re a female and have to deal with him!
