We would like to thank and commend Mr. John Hart, Mossy Nissan Escondido Service Manager, for going above and beyond to help us with a situation we encountered with Nissan Motor Corp. John took the time to meet with us, understand everything about the situation, and then spent his time and energy addressing the matter until it was resolved to our satisfaction. He was also amazing with communication and kept us informed every step of the way. THANK YOU and gratitude to John for customer service above and beyond!

I came in to service my vehicle and just for them to run a diagnostic it cost $160 PLUS a side of attitude(I don t care about the price but the service matters when the price is a tad high). Online this location was said to have rental cars but upon arriving the worker rudely informed me that they do not. I tried talking to someone else in another department to see if Nissan offers rides within a close proximity like Toyota does, but he took me back to the guy who rudely looked at me and said I just told you outside, the answer is the same, we don t have rentals in the rudest tone. I really did not want to leave my car here but unfortunately it s stalling and I can t drive it anywhere else. Trust me if it would have been running enough I would have asked for my keys back and left. Never coming to this location again. Go figure Nissan
