Since the onset of Covid, I've entrusted my vehicle to Edward, who treats me like family. At Michel's, the motto is clear: "Let our family take care of yours." Edward not only completed the services impeccably but also went the extra mile by topping up all fluids and inspecting my brakes. To my surprise, he deemed the brakes still safe to drive and even refunded me for the Groupon.Recently, when I returned for another routine oil change, Edward discovered that my brakes had reached their limit. Edward and his team are reliable, trust worthy and get the job done without any issues. I made the mistake of getting an oil change elsewhere, which ended up being a disaster. Edward was able to get me in quickly and fixed the mistakes of the other place. The service is amazing!

This place is a family run small business. Support local!!! Edward and Holly are amazing. Made me feel welcome and answered all my questions. Being a female goin into an auto shop can be frustrating at times and feel like I don t know anything cause I m a female but here I didn t feel that way at all!!! I would totally recommend them to everyone. Fast service and awesome work!!!

I have had an excellent experience with Michael when I had to do a minor repair for my 2006 PT Cruiser. First of all he is a very good human being, and an excellent professional who gave me accurate advice to spend on what is actually needed. He is a very good professional. Every time I take my car for a long ride, he gives me hope that my car will go without any trouble, and trust me I did trips to Vegas, Phoenix, multiple trips to LA, including others like Joshua Tree, Solvang, etc. I would strongly suggest Michael to anyone who wants a reliable mechanic and a genuine advisor to attend to your needs.

I found this place on Groupon and decided to call for a brake and rotor replacement. They honored the price and were super helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are great, staff is awesome, and service is quick. This will be my go-to from now on.

Went to Michel's 1st time for my Van's synthetic oil change. Friendly, fast, professional service. They checked my van, topped off low wiper fluid, put air in the tiers. I'm delighted with the service. I will return for my next oil change.

Best mechanic in Escondido in my opinion. Edward runs a good, honest business and I feel so incredibly safe and taken care of when I bring my car in. He s accommodating and he and his wife do a wonderful job at keeping in touch, keeping your car safe and taking care of you when it comes to cost.

Can you say Honest, Professional & Hardworking family business? Im newly retired & on a fixed income. Not only did they not try to sell me everything under the moon, they suggested things to do to stay in my budget. Most car places dont do that. I will go back again and again. I found my lifetime mechanic here today. I wont go anyplace else. If you want expert care thats honest and fair, support this small family business, you wont regret it! Edward was fast efficient and HONEST. He put in the full synthetic and I wasn't even charged a "DISPOSAL FEE"!! Took my Groupon went right to work and then he told me about a few things I need to pay attention to. All in all my first but def won't be my last!!
