Easy to use service reservation tool.Good use of technology to send a video of repair technicians diagnosis.Could stand to improve the customer lobby, but why...I rather walk around and look at the beautiful cars. Big thanks for loaning an all electric EQS.

This review is for Amir in the sales department. It was a while since we were looking to buy a car, but never thought of Mercedes as an option. But after meeting with Amir and the way he talked about it and explained to us about the deals they offer, something that we can afford buying an EQB300W4 Mercedes was the best thing that could happen to us!of course, we wouldn t be possible without Amir s help since he did talk to Manneger and made sure we got the best deal for this car! Just want to write this review to thank him for his great personality and all the help he provided to me!

If you are having service done here, good luck! You're going to need it. I never want to leave any negative reviews for any company but this is the one exception and want others to know. I won't go into all the specifics but my vehicle needs a part as well I need to bring it in for the most recent recalls. I've explained to service over the phone and through the online portal for the past few months that I want all this done in 1 shot. I don't want to keep coming by to drop off my vehicle. I want the part replaced and the recalls done in 1 day. Several phone calls to service to order the part and a few months later, still no calls back and when I call them, the part was never ordered. It's so odd they call themselves the service department, yet are incompetent to just do their job. Meanwhile I'm still stuck with no progress. Would like to take it to Temecula but it's too far away to just leave my vehicle and have to find someone to shuttle me. If you can, service your vehicle somewhere else and avoid the mistake I've made.

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. Service reps talk you round and circles when you question them about the repairs. they know nothing about the repairs that were found. MB sends a video of the technician telling you and showing you on your car what needs to be repaired but you can t actually see the problem which is pointless to send the video. You would think MB would have a higher level of professionalism and ethics. MB don t under estimate WOMEN!

Had an appointment for navigation system recall. Waited 20 min to hear that the advisor was not familiar with Mercedes Sprinter vans, so I had to wait other 40 min until another advisor was able to speak with me. He told me that, even if it s just a matter of updating the navigation system, I will need to leave my van there. I couldn t leave the van there hat day, but I made another appointment and brought my van in, where it stayed for 10 days, without anybody calling me for updates. At the end of the 10th day I called the service and they told me they did not start working on my van. I took a taxi and took my van out of the service. They did not even touched my van during all that time! The service does not offer a loner to customers and does not reimburse for taxi transportation.I called and left a message for the director, but he never returned my call.What a place full of incompetents!!!

Needed new starter battery for a 2021 4x4 vs30 Sprinter. During phone call part was declared in stock and could be picked up. Prompt service at the parts counter, price as quoted, and battery was carted to my truck for loading. All in all smooth transaction.

I had the best customer care experience ever !!!!!Thank you so much, Mercedez Benz Escondido, for having Chow service manager and Victoria service thec to take care of all of our car services needs.Chow and Victoria truly made me feel like part of the family as ,I was told when I bought my GLC CLASS 300 to be honest, I always thought that it was only sales talk, but in reality, it is all true!Chow and victoria went above and beyond all of my expectations 100 % I was ready to buy a Tesla, but after such experience I am happy to continue being part of the mercedes family!

Great dealership. My advisor isn t the friendliest guy and I wish they made it easier on the customer to pay. I also wish they would have called to remind me the day before they needed my credit card, insurance card, and driver s license. My advisor that I had at Cadillac was so awesome and I miss the personalized service relationship.

Jesse was the absolute worst customer service representative I have ever met in my life. This kid needs a lesson on how to answer and return a phone call. Sell your Benz and do not use this service department. Your welcome!

A very dishonest dealership: different service advisors provided opposite answers. The hinges of my car were broken upon tapping open. Advisor accused my of using excessive force without evidence so they don't need to provide warranty coverage. Bad material and bad design. Will never use their service again, period.

Wish I could give no stars.In fact, they owe me a star.The service here is FAR below what you'd expect from a Mercedes dealership. Head and shoulders (and ankles and toes) below the service of the other Mercedes dealerships here in SoCal. I don't know who's running this place, but the fact that they still have a job is just amazing. This is not Mercedes 5 star service, just the prices. From the way they answer the phone unprofessionally (and a little rudely sometimes too) to the way they treat you when you come in for service or to ask a question. And on and on.With so many other options here in San Diego County, please do yourself the favor and go to another dealer.BUT... If you don't, you'll see the difference in quality right away. Quality makes a difference.

Made appointment for 7am on Saturday arrived early talked to service representative. Got a link to track service. Kept checking app and no updates. Called at 3 and was told that service was very busy that day and nobody had looked at my vehicle. Promised that Monday first thing it would be tested. Called Monday at two no information. Service representative promised to call back. Waited till after three then went to dealership and found that nothing had been done. Took car home.Service: Electrical

Rude and unhelpful. Total confusion in communication between employees and departments. They were to wash my car but it was a lot dirtier than when it went in. It took four days to reset the check engine light.

The service was very poor. The service tech, Jesse Martin was discourteous, lied to us about not having a extended warranty. We decided to not have Mercedes Benz of Escondido work on our vehicle.
