I highly recommend this shop!!!They were able to fix my exhaust leak and a few other thing s I wasn t aware of. All in the time it took me to walk around the corner and have lunch. They were friendly and beyond fare with the price.Don t even shop around .Just go!

Customer service is great. Quote and estimated time for work was accurate. Welding wasn't optimal. I wouldn't expect stacked dimes at this price point but I wouldn't expect a booger either.

My experience here from start to finish was superb. I received estimates for brakes and rotors from 3 other shops and not only did they afford me the best price but also with the BEST PARTS. I had my brakes and rotors done 2 years ago and they should not have had to be replaced. The main reason they were replaced is that most of these shops will use CHEAP CHINA MADE parts rather than higher quality pads and rotors. They are made to break down so that you have to replace them more often. So Brick was very helpful in not only showing me what happened but also educating me on brakes and rotors and various brands. From now on, all my brake work will get done here. Highly recommended.Service: Brakes

Zach at Master Brske and Muffler was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I was able to bring my car in and get a muffler installed very quickly with excellent prices. I will be taking all of my cars back here for any future brake or exhaust system work. Highly recommend!

Got a new cat back exhaust system and it sounds great and my new exhaust tip looks awesome as well. Everything was custom made to fit my truck.Great and friendly customer service. Highly recommend these guys. Thank you Master Brake & Muffler!!

I did not know what was wrong with my car but within minutes Masters identified I needed an alternator replacement. They were very quick and professional and now my car runs perfectly!!!!!! Cheapest quote I got for catalytic converters from any other shop in San Diego and Inland Empire. I had then installed in under an hour. My truck's performance has increased. Thanks for your hard work. I would recommend to anyone that needs exhaust work.

First of all I'd like to thank Rick and his crew at Master brake and muffler. We had an issue with one of my tires on my Ford f150 and without getting into extensive details it was a little upsetting at first. I called the shop and spoke to Rick and explained what happened and right away his first response was on the well being of my family and I. I NEVER heard the words ,not our fault OR anything in the nature of not taking responsibility. He asked me if I could tow to it his shop, I responded yes with my AAA, but there was a balance of 50.00 over mileage and without hesitation he covered the balance. Long story short he took my truck for 2 days replaced everything above and beyond what needed to be repaired and even offered us his personal vehicle to us for the time my truck would be down. As a business owner myself I realize mistakes happen, but it's how we as owners respond to the situations that will continue to bring us customers and loyalty to existing ones. They treated us with respect and genuine concern for our safety and apologized more than needed. Master brake and muffler stand behind their work and their word. Thank you Rick you have definitely made a customer for life and i have recommended you to my friends and extended family.

Rick is an absolute Wizard. I brought in my 1971 Dodge Conversion van to have the drum brakes converted to disc. I also had some exhaust work done. This was a job most shops would turn down on a vehicle like this. His communication and follow up is A+... I could not be happier with my experience with these guys. Great job! Thank You! I have a 1981 Motor Home built on a Chevy P30 chassis with the 454/7.4 Big Block engine.Brick and Zach do great work! They've done a manifold replacement (it was cracked) and rebuilt both the front and rear disk brakes.It's nice to drive a 15k pound vehicle with good brakes!Did the rear in less than 3 hours, and the fronts with a new master cylinder in the same amount of time.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!Family owned. Decent prices but what's better is they are honest. They won't shoot you a $1,200 estimate when you come in just for some new front brakes. For those of you who are worried your daughter or son might fall victim to scams like those, send them here. You don't regret it.

Took my Jeep in to get the tailpipe looked at. 9:00 appt.. they pulled it right in..got it on the lift. Called me out to show me what the issue was and started the work right away.I was literally out the door in less than 30 mins with the issue fixed. Highly recommend and will come back for other work if needed.Service: Exhaust

They're ok but over priced. I had my brakes done and they mentioned I needed a radiator as well which they quoted as $325 however I was able to find another shop to do it for $200 Also, I got a call that they like to leave early on Fridays so I had to leave work early and find a ride to pick up my car. So if you're like most people and work during the day it may not be so convenient to take your car here.

This business is incredible they were referred to me by Sonrise R.V. as a quality professional and honest Christian business that treat your vehicle like you drive you kids in it. Which I do!! The team there was quick in showing me everything wrong what we could do and gave me some cost options and took care of it within hours I was back on the road without care or concern about my brakes now because let me tell you I stop on a dime now I will happily take my kids anywhere they want. Thank you Master brake and muffler I'll see ya in 25k miles! HahaService: Brakes

They had a great customer service, and same day results. But the fit and finish was not good. Did not line up to rear bumper well. If you don't have OCD, this is the place to go.

Like the place. Friendly people. By far the cheapest on muffler repair. Had a crack on my exhaust pipe welded back together for $20. In and out job. The weld could be better though but it's ok for now. Had my muffler replaced in 35mins and is the cheapest prices around my place. Not bad. But again, the weld could be better. I guess you get what you pay for. Over, very nice and pleaseant experience.

I needed a new catalytic converter and Brick took care of it quickly and affordibly. About 45 minutes in and out. I watched the work from their lobby. It's an honest operation with fair pricing.

Don t come here. Got a quote, and the guy told me I needed new brake pads. He said they only had 10%-15% left, when I had them changed 3 months prior. Like ???? This guy will try and steal your money, go some place else. Not honest at all. Overprices everything too.

Brick Johnston is a great guy!Very honest!Decent, REALLY knows about brakes!I take my trucks to him whenever I have ANY kind of brake problem!He figures things out and makes it right,where ALOT of other "brake specialists",get stumped!!!WAY TO GO,MASTER BRAKE&MUFFLER!!!!!!!
