Madrid Auto body is awesome. They are very professional and great costumer service. The work they do is also excellent. I have had two cars repaired by them.

This place went absolutely over and beyond what I was hoping for. I originally got a quote for a dent that had been there for months due to OVERPRICING by other auto body shops and I refused to deal with them so I felt utterly saddened and accepted my ugly car forever. Until I came to Madrid and they gave me a stunning quote, a bit later a large gash on the same fender appeared and I decided to was time to take my car in as the dent was cursing my car and obviously my good karma could not cover my cursed dented car. So I brought my car in, they fixed the entire fender for the same price, painted it beautifully, AND EVEN WASHED MY CAR! My car was so beyond clean and smelled amazing, I was in and out of the office in 5 minutes driving home with my stunning car that looked brand new and shiny. I HIGHLY recommended this place and if you have the opportunity to meet Theo at the front desk you ll be in for a real treat! He is kind and very efficient, he goes above and beyond for his clients and I can keep going but this review is pretty long at this point BUT in conclusion Theo is wonderful and Madrid Auto Body deserves your business! If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! Jose Madrid is excellent at his job! He is very friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond. They fixed my 2005 Ford Mustang and made it look like nothing ever happened. I was also especially impressed by this place because they are very affordable and efficient. I originally went to Fix Auto right down the street from Madrid Auto Body because my insurance recommended them but Fix Auto deemed my car totaled and tried to up-charge us by saying they needed to replace parts that were barely damaged instead of repairing them. When I saw Madrid Auto Body s reviews I decided to try them and I m very glad I did because they were $1,600 cheaper and had much better customer service. I can t give enough thanks for Madrid for fixing my car!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I just picked up my Honda Pilot and I am so pleased with the work. Jose is a real craftsman. My 11 year old (2011) Pilot had serious sun damage to the hood and roof. It made my car look beaten up. Jose painted the hood and roof, but he also shaded the paint from the hood to the wheel wells so that the new paint did not stand out. The color match is perfect. The price was excellent. Jose also found a guy to replace my cracked windshield at a great price and he shined up my foggy looking headlamps so they look new. He also washed and wiped down the inside of the car. I felt like I was driving a new car home.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Always a good experience at Madrid. They are extremely fair with their pricing and always stand by their work. I've had about 6 vehicles repaired / painted there. I've always left a happy customer. I contacted Jose after finding Madrid Auto Body on Facebook. My car had been hit from behind the day before I contacted him, so I sent him photos as his add specified. The price he quoted me to fix my car was kind of hard to believe, but the day after he gave me a quote I dropped my car off. I was told the car would be finished in three days which was really good news for me since I had to get a rental. I received a call the next day that my car was finished!! Friendly, personalized, and timely service. They did an excellent job repairing a pretty severe dent in my hood when other body shops wanted to charge nearly double the price. The repair was done much quicker than I expected and the results are amazing. Looks like new! They even cleaned up my headlights free of charge. If you're looking for an honest shop with great pricing this is the place to go in Escondido. They really take pride in their service and their work.

These guys are legit. I spent weeks running around looking for someone to fix my car at a reasonable price after an accident and Madrid Auto Body took me in same day for repairs. Fair prices and great service. Definitely going back for anything my car needs!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I have gone to Madrid Auto Body several times to have body repairs done. These guys have been amazing each time. They get the job done fairly fast and they are able to match colors perfectly!!! Jose is a pleasure to be around. His sense of humor and professional demeanor make me feel like family :-) If you are looking for auto body repair I'm certain you would feel the same. Madrid Auto Body was recommended to me for my 2001 Taurus. Jos� scheduled me right in! The headlamps, fender and bumper were replaced/repaired and painted perfectly! The car was back to me in 4 days! The very good quote estimate was the same as the final! Highly recommending this business.

Had my front bumper repaired and painted, color match was good and customer service was great. They included a 6 year warranty with the work & the job was done sooner than originally promised. Pricing was fair and Jose was a pleasure to work with. Would recommend to friends and be back if I needed more body work done! Thank you Madrid auto body!

Great work and amazing prices. I have been coming here since my first accident. They had only been open 6 weeks. I have seen Jose and Christian and their father Sr. Madrid raise a healthy, thriving business. Much like seeing a nephew come of age.Its 45 min from me and I will only go to Madrid.

I trust Madrid Auto Body. Not only was the service done well but it was quick AND less cost than other places had quoted. I had a side mirror and a visor replaced and the parts were found used which brought the price down. The mirror was made to look like new. So when my son needed body work on his car door I recommended here. He was extremely pleased! The cost was a lot less than he expected and the door now works perfectly. What more could you want besides excellent quality for less? On both occasions we got in right away when it worked for us. You won t be disappointed in your experience and the auto care you receive.

This is the second time I have taken a car there for body repair. The process is so easy and affordable with outstanding work. Call, they tell you how much and how long - drop it off and all is what's expected but at a cost far better than anyone else. Oh and they vacuumed and cleaned the car as well! I took my older Toyota Camry to Jose at Madrid Auto Body for repair to the left rear quarter panel and rear passenger s side door. I had no prior knowledge of Madrid Auto Body, except what I saw on a Face Book add. I didn t know what to expect. Wow! Jose great job at a great price! And so nice and polite! Nicest guys there! The auto body work was perfect as well as the paint job! They also fixed three of my door handles at no charge! Thanks Jose. I am already referring friends to you! I will come back if needed for sure! Thanks again Jose and Madrid Auto Body, really appreciate your great work!

I would go to Madrid auto body for any auto body work. I got my suv dented door fixed with them, and they were very honest on the best way to fix it and got it done way cheaper than other body shops who quoted me a fortune

Madrid Autobody shop did an amazing job on my rear bumper and rocker panels on my Honda Accord. I couldn t be happier . They made my old body kit like new again . I'm so excited I found this shop. The owners were amazing in all areas. My 2018 Chrysler 300 was in a fender bender and I tried to repair the dent to no avail. They gave me a very fair estimate and I dropped off my car Monday morning 10:30 and it was ready by Wednesday morning. The work is exceptional, I highly recommend this shop. Madrid s Auto Body is a blessing. On my situation I have had them fix body work on three of my vehicles. I have comprehensive insurance on them but it s in my best interest to pay out of pocket. They are honest, efficient & professional. I refer all of my friends to them, you won t be disappointed. I m so glad I found this shop!

I definitely recommend Madrid Auto Body they are the best Auto body shop I took my car this morning they were able to fix it like new..Got my car the same day back and they fixed every detail that my car had. Jose and his staff are very friendly. Great prices and very great quality work I would definitely give them more then 5 stars Plus If I could. I took my 2015 Kia Soul to Madrid Auto Body.They fixed all the damage in a timely manner. They did an excellent job and then, they evendrove me to Hertz to get a rental car. Juan and Jose are very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Madrid Auto Body!!

Took my 02 4Runner to get hood replaced and painted this shop Is honestly the Best paint shop I ve been to. You can not beat these guys with the prices nor quality, I recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get there car done quick and with quality.
