Sales people very professional and courteous. We visited 3 different times before making a purchase because we just could not decide which car to buy. Sale process was very smooth and the quickest I ve ever experienced. They also have a specialist that will show you all the functions of the new and very smart car!

I've had my Lexus for 4 years now and Lexus of Escondido is the only place I take it. Great service department, great sales department, great cage and boutique. Clean restrooms and a 4 star restaurant up top. I've always had great service technicians and Bob Zepeda is the man. Conveniently located right of the 15 in Escondido, this is my go to car place!!!!

We are loyal Lexus customers and owners of a Lexus SUV. We have had maintenance done at various Lexus dealerships and have been happy with the results until we moved to Escondido and had a terrible experience at this dealership. I even believe the service person is racist. He judged my English level and showed a very unprofessional attitude when I asked him questions. He lied to me, saying he would send messages to me, but I never received any. We changed all four tires, which cost over $2500. When I asked about the information regarding my new tires, he never replied to me. I believe he work here long time , however treat customer unfair that is hurts Lexus s reputation. I never come back to this location again and did my maintenance at Carlsbad, where I feel better served.( I write this review after I compare different Lexus locations service and believe my review to him is fair)

I had an offer from a dealership in Ontario, CA and when looking local, Lexus Escondido was one of the dealerships that called and sent me a text. They had a Lexus ES350 at the same price. I walked in and they showed me the car and had the paperwork with the price ready. No back and forth or trying to up sell me. The salesman was awesome and the GM came over to say hi. The dealership looks great and this was by far the best buying experience I have every had.

This was a great experience. I was looking for a specific build for my vehicle and they had it en route. we were able to confirm it was exactly what I wanted and Michael was able to lock everything in sight unseen. We were able to arrive at an out the door price and there was no pressure nor last minute surprises concerning the purchase.A very smooth experience with Michael. Only 2 reasons why I gave it 4 stars is because in my view, 5 would say that there's no more room for improvement and the second reason has to do with the dealer.There was a hicup in receiving the vehicle beyond Michael's control. He, however made everything right.I highly recommend Michael and the dealership.

A few weeks ago i was not very happy with lexus of escondido due to an issue with my brand new vehicle , but after speaking to the right person Sales Manager Mr.Sammy Doumit he worked with me & was able to find a reasonable solution to the problem & i am very pleased with the outcome, Mr.Doumit is very kind, humble & ethical. Also i would like to say a Special Thank you to My salesperson Emiliano Barajas because he went above and beyond troughtout the whole process. Thank you!

I had a $50 coupon and was not able to use it because of the 10% military discount. My bill was over $1100 maybe $1300. Next time I will decline multiple services. For example, I should have done the $250 service taken the $50 coupon which is 20%. Then brought the car back to do the other services and received the 10% military discount. This makes me want to take it to another Lexus dealer for the second service to make sure I am able to use the discounts available. If someone has multiple services they should be able to use multiple coupons. I get it not to use multiples on one service, but to limit customers on several services is just taking advantage of customers. After my third Lexus and the service that has gone downhill at Lexus Escondido this may be my last. I hope I can be WOWed again by Lexus Escondido as I was in the 2010 time frame when we bought out first Lexus. Tyler was great, so this has nothing to do with his great service. I do love the cafe and the people that work there have always been great as well. Definitely getting better over the last couple years. Keep it up

Absolutely terrible. I prepaid $2000 for 2 years of services to my pre owned Lexus RX350 and the service employee, Tony, was very rude and combative with me. Once the final service was performed, I asked what all services did I pay for when I paid $2000 for when I bought the car. He shrugged me off and was trying to get me to leave saying I don t know what you paid for and did not signal that he could look it up or anything, that he just didn t know. So I left. I will not be going back to this dealership. Extremely unprofessional.

I bought used car from dealership sept 12, 2023. Signed tons of documents, was told we are all good, got keys to car. The paper temp license expired in 60 days, the car already had invalid tags. I called because time was almost up and nothing from DMV. The finance guy Patrick blew me off and didn t check. I called more times and got no return call. I made appointment at CaDMV to check after chatting online with DMV. It is now end Nov. The DMV told the car was not in their system and Grace period on the car is up. It is illegal for me to drive! I now have a problem and a new car I can t drive. Called from DMV, Lexus Escondido. There was a promise someone would call me back, no joy! Called three days straight with no return call. Finally called asked GM Sami. Turns out paperwork was in complete, they were going to FedEx new set. It was Friday, expected Saturday, but didn t show until Tuesday night! Called Sami and he said Why didn t I sign the paperwork , really it is their job to check and verify! Don t deal with this dealership as they take your money and don t care about the customer. I had to beg for an apology, telling me it was my fault, no consideration for the loss of use or all things I had to do to figure it out (Lexus Escondido wasn t). Bad dealership!!!

I met Gurmet, a professional and friendly salesman while I was there. However, I was disappointed with the used car manager who always provided a lower value for my car compared to the market price. If you're looking to sell your Lexus, I would recommend going somewhere else instead of dealing with them

Dan, my salesman, was the best. I purchased a 2021 Lexus LC 500 "Inspiration convertible". I live in Florida and Dan was always in contact with me, sent photos of the car and answered all my questions. The process went smoothly and everyone at Lexus Escondido was courteous and super friendly. Highly recommend.

Emiliano(Sales), Andrew(Finance) and Sammy(General Sales Manager) were all great, was able to make all the numbers work for my fianc� and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied , have always dealt with Kearny and Carlsbad , but Escondido definitely has the best service and ambiance to make the experience worthwhile, will be back again in the future

Loved our experience with Lexus Escondido! Bob found the prefect vehicle for our family. We initially were hunting for an RX450h. Bob showcased the Es300h ultra luxury and we absolutely adored it. Test drive and talked some numbers and off we were to make a deal. Bob throughout the process was amazing. Every crazy question we had Bob was there to answer and resolve. Met with K as well and she was awesome too. Helped us get the deal we wanted for this beautiful vehicle! Lexus Escondido is a place I will certainly continue to buy again! Quality service and quality vehicles can t beat it!!

Omid Sarem=BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!This is my 10th vehicle purchase and by far THE MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE I have ever had buying a car. No pressure, no anxiety, no siting around and waiting. I am A Naval Officer and have purchased cars many times from several places in the United States. Omid is the car salesman of the century. My wife is the happiest woman on the planet. LOVE THIS PLACE would give a 6th star if I could NO EXAGGERATION.

I have had the pleasure of working with quite a few individuals at this location. The service department by far is where this place really shines. Baliee, Aaron and Alex are all highly recommended. Vintana of course is always a nice option to enjoy while you wait for your car to be serviced along with their coffee bar. If you don't have the time to wait, a loaner car is offered to you as well so you can go on about your day. Exceptional service at Lexus Escondido. I did have an issue when I initially bought my vehicle because their service department was difficult to schedule but they corrected the process and is almost seamless now. If you have some time, drop by, take a tour and become a part of the Lexus family

You have to be careful with their finance department, they try very hard to sell you on the longest possible finance term, probably because that's where they make the most commissionAnother thing, get everything in writing. The sales manager tried early on to get us to lease a new car instead of buying out our lease, told me to come and talk to him but when he understood we were still going to buy the car at the end of the lease, he was not interested in talking to us anymore and we are still waiting for the gift certificate to Vintana he was going to give us

Great location. Everybody super nice, even during pandemic; nice and clean location; comfy chairs; no hassle wi-fi. Did what I needed without any upsell or trickery, as with most Lexus dealerships. Needed GPS to locate first time when going south on the I-15, but super easy to get back on the FWY after service. Kinda Dubai vibe, compared to other dealer I used to visit (I moved last year), but over the top suits the customer. :-)

I had a good car buying experience when I got my L/Certified 2015 GX 460 with 69K miles almost 2 years ago through Joel Minaya. I also had an overall good service experience recently, when my vehicle was in for a complimentary 90K mile service, fuel pump recall, and a number of other things that I wanted addressed while the truck is still covered under the extended warranty. My service advisor, Matthew Ivko, was the real MVP and fought for me to get the most value out of my extended warranty. While Joel and Matt deserve 5 stars, I have to dock a star from this review because of the shortcomings of other people.The complimentary car wash might as well have been done with sand paper and my car looked worse after it than when I brought it in. The black paint shows the scratches more than anything else, so it looks especially bad. I was offered a polish, but I would have to leave the car there for another couple of days, so that was not practical for me (I live 31 miles away). Luxury automobiles that receive top dollar service at the dealership should never be returned in such condition. If anything, the polish should have been done automatically after the wash scuffed the clear coat all to hell, without me needing to ask for it.The technician that replaced the CV axle boots got some of the stinky gearbox oil on the KDSS stabilizer bar and didn t bother to wipe it off. It s not a huge deal, but shows lack of attention to detail or care for the vehicle. Also, the vehicle was driven for 28 miles while being serviced, which seems like a bit too much.Lastly, Lexus (corporate) turned down the replacement of rear differential gasket under extended warranty, despite Matt s attempts to have that covered for me. Differential oil is obviously getting past the gasket around the entire perimeter, but, apparently, it s not leaking bad enough. Inspection of rear differential for leaks is literally a part of the 90K mile service, plus I pointed it out, but they re still not calling it a leak, because they like to dwell on semantics and call it a weep or seepage. Well, in Toyota s own recall documents for a similar issue with 2016-2017 Tacomas, they clearly define what a leak is: Any sign of leakage, even very minor, is still leakage. Minor seepage is still considered a leak. Please see the screenshot from that document and how that compares to my leak. If you thought your Lexus deserves at least the same amount of care as a Toyota, think again.Overall, I feel like I have received much better service at Lexus Escondido than at the other Lexus dealerships in the area (Lexus El Cajon and Lexus San Diego), but there is still room for improvement. Just remember to pass on the complimentary car scratch.

This place is amazing! Architecture reminds me of a high-class casino, including many of the same elements - restaurant/bar, event spaces, shops, art gallery, hair salon, water fountain and glass elevator. The view from the Vintana restaurant deck on the 3rd floor is pretty awesome and unexpected.What a great idea to build a community center inside a car dealership, as California needs more of this with its introverted architecture in its neighborhoods (garages instead of porches).

I recently purchased a Lexus ES 300h and my experience was above & beyond expectations. After test driving a few models I drove out a magnificent stunningly beautiful Lexus ES 300h. I am soo happy with my purchase and my every experience at Lexus Escondido was top class.I got tints from Lexus Escondido and the job was fantastic.This is my family s 6th Lexus and it s always going to be a Lexus for ever and my go to place is Lexus Escondido.
