Got a great deal on a Tucson hybrid. The shopping and buying process was straightforward. Agreed on a price over the phone, which they honored at the final signing. Spent at most 1/2 hr with Gabriel signing the paperwork. Very efficient. Our sales lady Alma was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. So was her sales manager, Juan. No pressure. Just shows you the product and features and gives you a test drive. Down-to-earth people who were a pleasure to do business with. One of my best car dealership buying experiences in my 45 years of car ownership.

After almost a year of waiting the time has finally come for me to buy myself my first car!!! I came in on a Monday afternoon and got helped right away by Micheal leading me to Lexx and Vicente to talk through all of my options on purchasing. Micheal and Vicente listened and answered all of my questions and concerns I had on my opinions on what car fit me best while Lexx took his time showing me all of the features my 2021 Hyundai had to offer me and my wants. Micheal s customer service was above and beyond my expectations. Vicente showed patience and understanding with me being a new car owner. Lexx showed such eagerness guiding me through this experience. I would recommend anyone to purchase a car to go see these gentleman.

Excellent experience purchasing. My wife and I got our truck and had great service by Michael. Excellent atmosphere here as well. although I do not remember everyone else's name that was involved in the process. I did not have one negative interaction or feel pushed at all. Most of all though shout out to Michael.

When in the market for a car, it can sometimes be a hassle and what is advertised for the price is sometimes not accurate. However, this was not the case with Benny and Moses at Hyundai of Escondido.When I found a car and reached out they not only had the car ready but a fair quote ready to discuss. From start to finish it was a smooth process throughout.Had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Came in to get air conditioner vents and motor cleaned out because of rodents. I was met with multiple unnecessary charges that were dire action required . I of course skipped those and just wanted to get my cabin filter and vents/motor cleaned. I get my car back with an unbalanced motor, and the smell was still there. Now i decided to do it myself and i cant believe i was charged 280 dollars for such a simple job. But the point is, it was not done correctly. And for a premium price. Dont go here for car services

Great customer service. Bought a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe and found a slight issue a few days later. The service dept took care of it immediately and gave me a loaner vehicle while mine was being worked on. Pleasant staff. Good people

These guys are about getting the deal done! Made an appointment to meet with Steven Engle and Sayuri Torres to buy my wonder Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. Great experience overall, most of all was that I felt like I was being listened to by everyone in the process. They always responded with answers to the questions that I was asking which is HUGE for me when I am buying something. They didn t divert the response to more favorable answers, they said no when it was not possible and yes in the ways that were most important to me! Thank you for showing me the Respect and Empathy that all consumers deserve!

Basically entire service was satisfying. It could've been 5 stars but 1 issue made me give 4.When I called in to set up an appointment, service dept lady said to expect 4 hours to complete the service. When I drove it, service rep told me the service would be completed within 2 - 2.5 hours.Actual service was completed in 1 hour and 10 minutes.I understand that it's hard to predict service duration, but we already knew it's recall sw update, and basic maintenance, so 4 hours was too much I believe.Other than that, everything was very good.Thank you!

Superb customer experience and shining quality service! I could not have asked for a more warm and personable team. John was quick to email me a car he thought would fit my needs. Juan lead me through the test drive and right away we were sold. Steve helped to give us the best deal possible. All share a genuine love for Hyundai and showed us the joy in buying a new car for an insanely great price! I could not recommend Juan and the team at Hyundai Escondido enough!

Hyundai Escondido truly values their customers. Service is always prompt. From Management, to sells, to finance, absolutely everyone is Great and always make me feel welcomed from the very moment I walk in that dealership(unlike Hyundai in Carlsbad which they make you feel like a cash cow and customer service is far from good starting with management).I m on my third lease with Hyundai of Escondido and honestly if it wasn t for the amazing customer service and professionalism that Dave, Gorge, Michael, and Gabriel have always provided I would Not be on my 3rd Hyundai lease But I keep going back and that s Thanks to them. It s just too easy!I do want to give a special thanks to Michael Lopez for making sure I get into the car I want and by constantly updating me over the phone with new arrivals and being very patient with me as well as my requests.So Thank you So much for always being Great at what you do and I will continue to refer My friends and family to Hyundai of Escondido

We discovered a problem with my new 2024 Palisade XRT. The service department got us in right away, arranged a ride home with Lyft since they had to keep the car a few days, and communicated via text messages the status of the repair from start to finish. Really appreciated that!They did a great job! Happy with the service and the staff were very nice and helpful! Thank you!

Perfect experience! Ashley, my Service Tech, was tremendous in every way! Quick to get my car checked in and wonderfully communicative throughout! My car was completed super fast and the work was done at a fair price! Plus it was EASY to get an appointment, so I will be certain to come back!

Their service is A+++. I took my car in response to a re call letter and, not only they corrected the problem, but also did a full inspection and a report sent to my phone while I was waiting.I was impressed and very pleased. I highly recommend this Hyundai dealer!

We had a wonderful experience at Hyundai of Escondido. Eric the sales rep we worked with was awesome. Super knowledgeable, answered all our questions and guided us through the process. The team was also willing to work with us on price and our trade in which was super helpful. We would have given the 5 stars but it did take a while to finalize the financing. It was a super busy day and I think they were short a staff member but not that big of a deal. All in all, a great experience and would def recommend.

I went in for service, and was greeted within five minutes of arriving. Information was taken down quickly, and I was given an estimate of two hours, so I decided to wait. I was contacted in the waiting area an hour later and told that my car was ready to go. Elsi Morales was the agent that took care of me. She was thorough, friendly and professional. On a sidenote, I wandered around the showroom a little while I was waiting and was approached by two different people two different times to see if I needed anything. It was truly a five star experience!

My previous experience with the service department had been disappointing and I was reluctant to take it back, but I needed an oil change and have complimentary care - so I did. I was pleasantly surprised. My service advisor Ashley was awesome. It took longer than expected, but Ashley kept me informed. So for this visit I rate 5 stars.

We were very impressed with the service of Hyundai Escondido's sales team. Gerardo, our sales associate, helped us look through the vehicles we were interested in, got us set up with some test drives, and was very thorough about explaining the various functions and features. George, the sales manager, was very clear and straightforward about pricing, and was very courteous, clear, and professional during negotiations.Overall, our entire experience at Hyundai Escondido is the best we've had purchasing a car, in large part to the sales team, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. We never felt hassled or felt like we were being talked in circles like we have at other dealerships. Thanks again to Gerardo and George for making our purchasing experience smooth and pleasant with their professionalism.

Overall satisfied with service. The service advisor promptly checked me in and provided shuttle service setup quickly. The only it keeping this from being 5 stars was estimated completion time came and went several hours without update. I had to call near end of business day to get confirmation that repairs would be done and I would be able to pick up vehicle same day

Unfortunately, our Hyundai, developed a major oil leak in the engine. Our options were to get a new car, have the engine repaired, or replace our old engine with a new one. The least expensive alternative was replacing the engine. Our personal mechanic, recommended Brandon Martinez, one of the Service Managers at Hyundai of Escondido. The dealership was quite a distance from our home, over 80 miles, but we felt that since our mechanic made this recommendation, that peace of mind and trust, were more than worth the extra miles! Hyundai of Escondido, and Brandon, were absolutely outstanding. Brandon went above and beyond the call of duty, to keep us updated on the progress of the car! I took my car for a 7.5k service and oil change. They got the job done and I wasn't there for to long, but I did sit waiting for an hour longer than needed because they never contacted me when it was done, I had to go up and ask about it. And they didn't do the complimentary car wash either, I had to ask for that when they brought the car out even though I asked for that option when I made the appointment. But the staff were all professional and friendly.

Was not initially going to look at Hyundai but glad I did.After talking to the sales people and seeing what was available, glad I did.Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable and more than will to answer all my questions and concerns.Got a great deal on my new Ionic 5.Was not even considering an all electric, but after getting my concerned addressed and the deal I got, I had to go all electric.Great people, real pleasure to deal with.
