Joe is a lifesaver! I was visiting the area to help family and was very busy and short on time. A rock broke my window on the freeway and I had to get back home in 2 days. Joe went out of his way to get my special windshield ordered, delivered and installed in 1 day! Nobody else could or would help in such short time. And, he's one of the nicest guys I've met in a long time! It's perfect, all the displays are working great and I made it back home safely. Thank you Joe! You and your team made sure I could get back home safely, on time, and I am so grateful!

Update: responding to owner, thank you for the note. Unfortunately it was not the tax, I was told it was because the glass had to come from the dealership because the one you had in the shop broke - which is why I noted it was out of your control. It was a great experience overall! Thank you.I highly recommend Grace Auto Glass. My vehicle was broken into, and they were able to schedule me quicker than any other location. They were competitively priced, friendly, and attentive when I arrived. They also completed the window replacement in record time. The only reason this is 4 stars and not 5 is because the price quoted on the phone changed when I arrived for my appointment. While it was out of their control, it would have been nice to know prior to arriving.

Brand new dang car had a gravel or small pebble fly into my windshield as I was driving down the 5fwy. Ugh... Grace auto glass got me in right away, and took care of the crack, and for a very reasonable price. I hope never to come back but will if something happens to my windshield

Honesty, integrity, excellence, friendly, competitive pricing ... these are just a few of the words that come to mind when thinking about my most recent experience with Grace Auto Glass. I have now had 2 visits to this shop. The first was to repair a chip in my windshield last year. The owner Joseph did an outstanding job (it was a big chip!) saving me from having to replace the windshield then. Unfortunately, a new crack had popped up recently (not related to the repaired chip) and I did not hesitate to bring my car back to Grace since I had a positive experience the first time. With the windshield replacement, the price quoted was very competitive and all was going well until during the installation, we realized my car's windshield was a unique one requiring new side mounts and the removal of side panels to get the new windshield installed. Instead of a normal/routine installation of 2 hours, my car required 5 hours! Joseph rallied his men together and they got the job done expertly. We discussed the original quote which did not account for the extra 3 hours of labor and we amicably agreed upon a new/fair price. I paid the little extra Joseph asked for, but he still did not charge me for the full 5 hours of labor as he admitted he did not see the recommended labor hours when he gave me the initial quote. Joseph treated me honestly and fairly as a customer.

I can in with a chip on the right corner of my brand new Audi S5 sportback. First was pleased they were able to take me in as a last minute walk in. They provided with very honest feed back and didn t try to pressure me at all to purchase. He educated me on the risks of performing the job because of the location of the chip. After several minutes of contemplating, I agreed to have the job done. He did an amazing job and the chip looked barely noticeable. Thanks for the great service!

Incredibly helpful when I first called. Then they came to me within two days and completely replaced my windshield at my apartment with no problems whatsoever. It took an hour and paid with credit card there. Highly recommend!

After my windshield was hit by flying debris on the freeway, that felt like someone took a bat to my windshield, man it was loud. I rang & visited Grace Auto Glass. Spoke with Mr.Joe. His service man immediately took my vehicle in and went to work. Outstanding job. I was in and out with in 30 minutes, and Pricing was cost effective too. Hidden Gem providing great service in the neighborhood. Thank you gentlemen!

I prefer to do all my own repair work. I dread things like getting a new windshield because I'm taking a chance on shoddy workmanship. After reading reviews and calling around, I felt pretty confident trying Grace Auto. The owner was very professional and straightforward on the phone and in person.It turns out my car had rust in the window frame, something I suspected might be the case for this 25 year old Utah car. The owner sent me pics and showed me in person. It would require additional labor cost but his rate was fair. The previous windshield had been glued over the rust, so I'm glad I found a company who would do it right. They also installed a brand new seal, and gave me instructions on how to treat the windshield overnight while the glue cured.The owner picked me up at home when the car was ready. The final price was not bad at all. The quality of glass appears to be good, with a little tint in the upper section. It's now a week later and I'm very happy with the experience and quality of the repair. I will only go here with my other cars and I recommend this place to everyone.

Our back passenger window shattered out of nowhere and luckily we pulled off the freeway to see Grace Auto Glass and things really happen for a reason. They were able to get us in super quickly even though they had to do a special order for our car. Even went as far as staying past their business hours to get our window fixed. Really amazing customer service and quality.

I got a significant crack in my windshield from road debris. I called around to several different repair shops, but their customer service on the phone was less than inviting, and they didn't seem to want my business. I contacted Grace Auto Glass, and they were amazing. Got me in right away, price was better than what I was quoted at other shops, and repair was done beautifully. Highly recommend. Actually heading back here today because I got a small chip in my new windshield from a rock less than 3 months from new replacement. :( But, at least I know where to take it! :)Service: Auto windshield replacement

Made an appointment at Grace Auto Glass to get the windshield replaced on my Camry. I'm very pleased with the service; I think they did a fine job and they did it quickly. The rate was very reasonable too. I would visit again if needed and I would recommend this place for others too.

Last night, after hours, my driver's side window somehow fell out of the bracket inside the door of my 2005 Chrysler Pacifica while I was putting the window up.I came in the next morning, Friday before X-mas with the store closing early. They had the right auto glass in stock, and they fit me in for the repair even though they were going to be finished after the store closed!They were already in my contact list from a previous repair they came to my house to complete on the same day I called them, and again the Outstanding Customer Service they gave me today!If you have to replace any of your auto glass, I recommend Grace Auto Glass because they are just simply Outstanding!

Professional, Fast, Quality,Within minutes of first calling Grace Auto Glass I had a quote and an appointment. They got me in quick too, less than 48 hours passed between my windshield breaking and them completely replacing it. The windshield looks great! They gave me recommendations to take care of it which I appreciated. The price felt fair. I would highly recommend taking your car here for window replacements!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I brought my Honda Odyssey in for windshield replacement, before doing so I was asked if I had the forward collision and lane departure warnings, so I knew they knew what they were doing. Great communication with Joe. He worked hard to schedule at a time that would work with our responsibilities. I called because of great Yelp reviews and I wasn't disappointed. They replaced the back window in our Toyota Tundra pickup - looks great, works great! Very reasonable cost. Will definitely go back if we have a need for auto glass repair or replacement.

I called around looking for a shop that could fix my window asap, and Grace Auto Glass managed to find a spot for me within 3 days since it broke. When I took it in they fixed me window fairly fast and the price was affordable. I'd really recommend this place!

Big shout out to Joe and the staff over at Grace Auto Glass in Escondido - I've been twice now and they very much merit a great review! It's never fun when you return to your car to find your windows smashed and personal items taken. Joe understood my off mood when I called, gave me a quick appointment, a great price and even had me laughing on my way out the door. Also love visiting a local business! Thank you Grace Auto Glass, you will be recommended to all of my family and friends! If I ever need auto glass again (hopefully I won't lol) you'll be my business of choice! This place was great and I can say without a doubt that I recommend it. I had 2 chips in the front windshield of my car from a truck on the freeway in front of me. I called multiple places and never got a call back. But Grace auto glass, I made 1 call and talked to Joe. He was able to get me in the same day and it only took 30 minutes. This place is quick, friendly and totally professional service with affordable price. Thanks Joe and thanks Grace Auto Glass!!

We just got our windshield repaired at grace auto glass only a few hours ago. They are very professional, nice, they re area is clean. They treat you just as if your in the family. I recommend you go they re and no where else. It only took around a hour in a half and it was the one of the cheapest we could fine. Thank you grace autoglass! Everything was great! 1st time customer. Price was great, service was great, and they accommodated my request for a same day appointment. The owner helped to give me a quote. They also have most of the windshield parts in stock versus other shops that say they have to order it first. I love supporting our local businesses... but, the amazing experience makes it all even better. Thank you!

The windshield on my Corolla has had a crack in it for years - never really getting any worse so no hurry to repair. Well I decided it was time and I called Grace Auto Glass along with two other companies to get an idea of pricing. The gentleman at Grace was very informative and friendly and was the most reasonable and accommodating. I had my windshield repaired today - at Grace Auto Glass - and I'm so happy to have selected such a great shop. I was in and out within the timeframe stated and the workmanship is perfect. Awwwwsome....Harry was the best! He did more then I was looking for. I went in for a back window for my F150, everyone else was 900 or 1000 and wanted my truck for 3 days...that wasn't going to work I need my truck to make a living...my windshield was broken as well...he did both for 1100 in one day on a Saturday and I didn't loose a day of work. My hat is off to Grace Auto Glass...Harry and his guys were the best hands down...thank you so much.

Came here for just a windshield and I am very satisfied. They were able to get the glass in quickly and we're ready to install as soon as I arrived. The owner is very communicative and open. The shop and waiting room is clean and inviting. When they took out my broken windshield they found some hidden rust and removed and coated it to prevent further damage. They didn't ask me to do the extra work, but it was about ten bucks more and 1000% necessary. I think many places that offer the same price point as Grace Auto would just ignore the easy to fix damage to get the job done. It has been about three weeks and a heat wave has come and I see zero defects or melting or exposing of trim, etc.Highly recommended and will be returning for future fixes. Thank you!
