I purchased a lifetime of alignments previously, and went in to have one done. Ellie was very professional but personable. She penciled me in, an hour later I left with my car freshly aligned. No problems, so, all good. Thanks Ellie!!

Ben the manager was able to find my tire choice and within a couple of hours had them ready to install at the location. Same day service. Wait was a bit long, install was perfect and price was right. Ellie the customer service contact was excellent at her job.

Every interaction with every employee up to the store Manager Ben was awesome. They were honest, respectful, and provided exceptional customer service. I came in with a nail in my tire (it was under warranty with Firestone) but was given an appointment to come back in an hour. I arrived on time but had to wait 40 minutes for my car to be taken in. I guess the person who gave me the appointment wasn't sure I'd be able to get in on time. I almost didn't make my next appointment. Maybe I should have rescheduled. That's the only reason I gave a 9 instead of a 10 this time. Once in, they did a fine job as always.

Be careful when booking with these guys. Booked a replacement for a set of tires online. They called me 30 minutes later saying that the price per tire was actually going to be $20 more per tire then tried to give me a different tire at the original price. Pretty close to a bait and switch which is illegal.

The staff was extremely friendly, efficient, and the services provided were second to none. The gentleman assisting at the front, Benjamin, was very personable and made the experience very comfortable! I recommend this location and will come back for future needs.

Absolutely unprofessional employees. Tried to get an oil change and a flat tire plugged, told me it would be taken care of but would have to wait because I was a walk in. It was a 4 hour wait, I came back to find out they could not plug my tire and that they were only able to complete the oil change. I then had to travel around Escondido looking for a tire place to fix my issue. No heads up, no help, rude, and unprofessional. Would not recommend going there.

I called in for a same day appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. They didn't take my car back until 30 minutes after my appointment time. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice if they communicated the wait time to me. After asking what happened, the manager explained that someone had blocked the bays with a trailer that had a flat tire. Over all good prices compared to other places. Friendly service, free water and coffee, clean bathroom, comfortable seating area, television, good place to get an oil change. They do a safety check for $9.99, which is a great deal.

Need a new battery, but the store didn't have the one i needed in stock and had to get it from another store and the service person told me that it would be later in the day if i wanted to go ahead make the purchase and i did. They called me the minute my battery arrived in the store and i was able to bring my car back within a couple hours to get my service done that same day.

Great customer service and a perfect alignment! Victor and Dionel squeezed me in late on a busy Saturday so I could take my car home to OC without destroying my tires after replacing some parts in the suspension. Victor was super nice to squeeze me in, otherwise I would ve had to get a hotel; that s how bad my alignment was. I was super impressed with how he handled every single customer that they saw as I waited, with more class and patience then I could manage, certainly. The car drives beautifully; predicable, straight, and solid. No more floatiness like it had before.

Paul hit customers service at a 10! Took care of us all the way through. We brought our friend car in because another shop said her tire was Deflating due to the value steam being bad. Turns out that wasn t the case. It was a simple fix and save our friend some cash! Thank you ESCO Firestone for keeping it real!

Frank was so nice! I needed a new skip plate, and they fit me in even though they were busy. Then, they didn't charge me for the skip plate or the labor! Highly recommend Firestone for any automotive needs.

This is my first review. I have never had the need to until today. Im just hoping management reads this.Had an appointment at 3:30 pm to get two rear tires changed. Showed up on time. The front desk guy had me waiting for 10 min because he was in his office on the phone. One of the mechanics realized i had not been helped through the shop window, and came inside and got the mangers attention.Once helped, i waited in the lobby. They did not work on my car for an hour. While waiting in the lobby, for 2 hours, the manager was not in during the whole time. They had about 10 missed calls. The front desk/manager is always in the shop talking with all the shop techs and mechanics. Dont come here. If any sort of management reads this yall gotta get this branch in check.

Ben is a great manager. If you need something done right for a large truck, he's the one to speak to. The location on Ash is garbage, but this location came through, (thank goodness) because we were one conversation with staff away from leaving Firestone entirely and not returning, and we've been multi-vehicle loyal customers for 12 yrs.To whomever in HR reads these comments, your manager at the El Norte location, Ben, is the only reason we'll be back. He should get a company kudos for his knowledge, diligence, and customer service.

I am very particular about who gets into my vehicle, and all the more picky about who works on it. I have the lifetime alignment package at Firestone for the life of my truck. It is a deal too good to pass up. If you don t get it, you ll pay for every alignment you need. With lifetime pkg, you pay for equivalent of two alignments, but keep coming back for the life of the vehicle. Too good to be true? Nope, it s true!I brought my baby in for an alignment and knowing my tires were going to need attention, asked them to check them. First they discovered that I had the wrong balances in them from when I bought it. News to me! They explained the tread life, what could go right or wrong, and offered me some options for correction. I chose to buy four new all weather tires, because after all, safety first! Ben, the manager, made sure the tires were available for mounting and I was given an opportunity to add a tire Life package that includes roadside assistance, lifetime rotation and balancing, and if need be, replacement for due to any fault of the tires. I walked away satisfied with the excellent customer service and the care Ben took in my truck as if it were his own.I do suggest that you make an appointment in advance though. I saw people enter without one, somehow expecting to be in and out in an hour on a Saturday. Their garage is open seven days a week. Talk about convenient! Go on and give them a try.

Was helped by one of the service managers unfortunately i didnt get his name, I needed to move my car and i needed the valve stem replaced. He got me in an out in less than 10 min since I had the wheel off the car already. Will definitely be going back

This is gir the Escondido location only, I haven't been to location.I had an oil change, full diagnostic test and full inspection (not for state).First time at this place, I totally trust these guys, I was not offered unneeded service, they didn't try to scare me with exaggerating any possible issues with my car, the inspection was very thorough, they rotated my tires for free with the free inspection that came with my oil change.I will not go anywhere else.

Found myself in a pretty bad spot this morning. Had a emergency on the freeway this morning heading to work when my tire FELL OFF with damage to the wheel holder. Was fortunate enough to have been able to get assistance with Paul and his crew after a tow. They appreciated my need and said they could get the job done today and they did, they also took the time and care to find what happened. A bad job installing lug nuts from a previous shop was the cause, and the fixed all four of my tires for me. Thanks guys. Now I can go to work tomorrow!

Very friendly and fast, prices are kind of high but it was quality service. I took my t&c to the dealership and asked for a thorough inspection with an oil change as was told it was in great shape. Not even 5000 miles later I get another oil change here at firestone and for a small fee they perform an inspection a find things like deteriorated control are bushing expired rear shocks and a failed brake oil copper test which if changed in time keeps the wear and tear on the abs done saving me a lot of moneyThinks firestoneWe'll be back

I have been a customer of firestone for the past 15 years. I travel the country in my truck so I have a lot of experience at many different firestones. Out of the hundred or so different locations I have visited this one is definitely in the top three worst I have ever been too (#1 being Prescott Valley Arizona location) Out of the five times I have taken my and/or my girlfriends vehicle to this location for wheel alignment and rotation and balance, only one of the times I brought a vehicle here I left with everything I requested complete. Each time I go I make an appointment and I show up promptly. Each time my appointment has been for either a front-end alignment and or Rotation and balance and each time has taken 3+ hours (doesn t matter if they are busy or not). And four out of the five times I brought a vehicle to this location I got my vehicle back from the female manager here and each time I got the exact same reply our tire alignment guy left early today we weren t able to get to it try bringing it back in the morning when our professional alignment guy is here . Not only does this firestone except your appointment knowing full well they do not have the personnel to service your vehicle, but apparently this tire store only has one human being that works here that can operate the alignment machine. This location is an absolute disgrace to the firestone brand.
