I was contacted within 15 minutes of placing my order online. Experience at the shop was quick and easy. Tires were on in less than 2 hours. Overall a great experience from start to finish.

Angel went above and beyond to take great care of me and my Colorado. The guy is great with people and loves him job! I have used this facility for many years. Eric Waller, Ernesto, Chris and now Angel have all been outstanding in addressing my needs and quickly remedying problems. I get all my oil changes here and most of my vehicle maintenance.

This was a good place. As a former mechanic, I didn t like the up-sale on things I did not need. I was told I needed a break flush, air and cabin filters etc which were completed a day prior. Even the dealership tried to pull that on me. I guess if you re a woman, you re dumb.They did take care of me overall, they may only be the good ones in this area as the other Firestones are let s say stay away from them.Keep up the good job. Throughly check everything and break down what people really need versus what you can try to get out of them.

Seriously unexplainable! Just got off work to pick up my car, and no one is working here in the office! I am asking mechanic outside the office where is the clerk, and he said,, Sorry I can't help you , my co-workers went to the bank,,What ?! Are we stupid here! In the meddle of the working day!!! What a great service

Disappointing that you buy 4 new tires and the alignment is not included, seems cheap on your part. Also, when Ieaving I randomly checked the tires and noticed all 4 air caps were missing. That would have been tremendously annoying had I got home and then noticed. Overall, everything was good though.

Everything was fine with my car. My car only needed an oil change. The mechanic did a "safety check" he called it, by checking the brakes and brake fluid, both air filters in my car, and put air in the tires. The mechanic told me the brake fluid needed to be flushed in my 2016 honda. I did not ask for any of this whole entire car check and not to flush the brake fluid. I only asked for an oil change in my car. I drove my car on the freeway to Chula Vista minutes after the oil change, and my brakes now make a bad scraping noise when I slowing push on the brake pedal to come to a complete stop at a stop sign/stop light and when I park my car. The scraping noise gets worse as I drive over speed bumps and it has a rattling noise. Again my car was completely fine no bad noises before taking it to this Firestone. For the oil change before this one, I took my car for an oil change at WalMart and the oil change there was great, and the WalMart mechanics did not mess up my car.

I think the guy that helped me was Ernesto. He was communicative, helpful, and I could tell he was very knowledgeable in his field of expertise. Hoping he's still there next time I need tires.

Ernesto was very nice explained what was was necessary to fix car and then what type of maintenance we needed, because of him I am giving a 10 and was impressed with his customer service and timely work in my car.

The manager, Ernesto, lied to me and my father after his worker damaged my car. He stated the damage was already there when, in fact, it was not. I have proof of the damage and he refused to fix it, he suggested we talk the next day.

We scheduled an appointment and received a confirmation email for today at 9am and waited 20 minutes and no one unlocked the door or answered the phone when we called. Such a waste of time driving there for no reason.

I want to shout out the team at Firestone Escondido (S Centre City Parkway) for superb & exceptional customer service!!! I was greeted with warmth and caring by their new Service manager, Michael Clark. He actively listened to what I needed, what was happening and immediately took a look at my car.My dashboard light for my taillights had gone on and Michael was concerned that if I drove with the taillight out I could be pulled over by the police. He was able to fit me in quickly and within 30 minutes I had a new bulb. I have to admit if Michael had not been so proactive in telling me it would not take long, I probably would have risked it and come back.I have been a customer of this Firestone for several years. I am very pleased also with the new Store manager Chris Rhome who made me feel welcome. I always look to the Store manager to set the tone as to what is possible and how his crew will implement customer service. The presence of Michael alone would have been fantastic however when coupled with Chris s leadership its an absolute winning combination for dynamic and exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this Firestone Complete Auto Care and will be returning in the next month or two to discuss new tires.Service: Electrical

Five stars all the way for Ian (mechanic) and Mike (service manager). These guys were great! One of the hoses in my car was leaking and my engine began overheating. Fortunately this occurred at the other end of the shopping complex from this Firestone location. After accessing the situation, I jogged to this location where Mike and Ian were able to help me (~10 minutes before the shops closing time). Ian came out to my car to assess the situation and was able to help tow my car across the parking lot to their garage. The next morning they were able to order the part and install it same day for a good price. They went above and beyond when I was in a difficult situation. I d recommend giving these guys a try for your next oil change or car service.

They did a fantastic job. Of taking care of us we got what seems like a brand new car after they worked on her. Plus the alignment package was the best decision we made to get anytime she feels off they will look at her and fix her. My new favorite auto shop

Always very respectful and helpful. Everyone is able to explain what is needed, the cost breakdown and why. I have never had issues here. Trust them and have been bringing my car here for 4 years.Just watched the front desk tech help a woman on the phone with wonderful customer service. The tides are positively changing at this shop.I came here to get my tires about 4 years ago when it was Express Tire - it was a great experience. Firestone honored the free tire rotations Express had given with my tires, but I got so frustrated with multiple experiences with them, I started paying for rotations elsewhere.When shopping tires this go around, I almost didn't call them, but wanted to do my due diligence because of some unique needs. Wes took the call and was much more helpful than those at the other stores. It was night and day. Wes had the better tires and at a better price.Then Wes took it up a big notch. He was aware of a disability I have because it came up during the convo about why I needed certain tires. When I went in for the tire change, without me asking or expecting this, Wes legit went out of his way for my disability. It wasn't an accommodation I'd thought of nor would be reasonable to expect a business to do, he just offered because he put two and two together and wanted to help.It turns out, Wes was the person who sold me my tires 4 years ago. He left as he pursued his degree and recently came back with a clear intention of improving this location's client experience.

I book my alignment to get done in advance. Showed up at 7 AM the alignment Tech wasn't working that day. A so-called Tech take a look at my car and say he couldn't do the alignment. Seem like he didn't wanna do my alignment. Wasted my time I don't have much time for bs like this. I been here multiple times. I wouldn't recommend this location unprofessional. Lucky Firestone at 16646 Bernardo Center Dr took care of me the same day. I would recommend Firestone in Ranch Bernardo. Good service, good workers. check out their reviews

Nice people. Very poor service. Never going back. This was the second time for me. I left my work van for 4 days and on the fourth day I went to check on it and they had barely started doing the work. So I was a bit upset and took my vehicle elsewhere. They need better management. The WORST service I ve ever had!! I ve never written a bad review in my life. I work retail and get the struggle. If I don t like a place I just won t go there again. But man this has just been on another level. Besides waiting 4hrs for my oil changes, them leaving my dip stick resting on my engine(found it rattling in my engine on my way home), I have been in 4 times for the same ac repair. Over $1200 later it still doesn t work! I ve wasted my time, had embarrassing ride alongs with my boss and lost business because no one can ride in my furnace car. After my 3rd time dropping it off the manager Wes said he d make things right. He d send it to a store who could fix it. Well he went on vacation instead not telling his employees to follow up with me. So I drove the hotbox for another week and a half waiting for him to handle the situation. Finally he sent it to the other store, I spent more money and guess what it is still not working! How many chances do you give a company to make things right? I m on 8 now and that feels like that was 8 too many.

I want to give Lenna a special shout out for amazing customer service! I was there for several repairs / services. While my main issue was not solved with the repair, Lenna made it worth my time and appreciated my patience. I can understand everyone at the shop is hard working. Having great customer service really build a reputation for the store front. This store became my go to Firestone.

Horrible customer service, I called to cancel an appointment because I found another business who offers the same service for a cheaper price and the person on the phone who took my call replied with well when you take your car to that other place and they break it, then you can bring it to me so I can fix it lol thought that was very unprofessional. I ended up using Hawthorne Tire and Auto Service which I actually highly recommend as they were super honest, friendly and had less expensive prices for the same (possibly better) work.

It takes them 10+ hours to do oil changes, they have zero communication about the time frame to do a job. It takes them over 15 minutes to even greet customers that come into the store. They have no respect for their customers time and if you have any respect for yours you will take your car literally anywhere else

Been trusting Wes for over six years with my vehicles. Glad to have him back here. He deserves a raise for what he does. Even when he s short handed he doesn t sit on the excuse like other business. He rolls his sleeves up and puts in work right alongside his team

Very disappointed with this location, as they are not respectful of customer's time and do not honor appointments. I arrived around 2:30PM and inquired about a brake inspection. I was given an appointment and asked to come back at 4PM, which great for me. I ran a few errands and returned at 4PM. At that time, I went inside to check in and was asked by the new attendant (different from the general manager who scheduled my appointment) who scheduled my appointment and after confirming my name and finding my appointment, they informed me they did not have time to inspect my brakes unless I waited until close to the end of the day, suggesting I wait until around 6PM. In addition to failing to honor the appointment I made, I got bad vibes from them, as the attendant mentioned a brake replacement more than once, when I repeatedly said I only needed an inspection to let me know the status of my brakes--this gives me the feeling that this shop plans to push brake replacements on anyone who comes in to request an inspection. I told him I needed to get an inspection to give me an estimate of what to budget for any potential repairs and his offer was to print the company's estimate for the work...this does not indicate to me that the shop plans to inspect and give an honest recommendation.

Outstanding customer service!! They are great at communicating and helping you understand what needs to be done and why, as well as what can maybe wait for the future. Brought in my Land Rover for a full brake service and they did a great job. The Land Rover recommendations said i needed to change my belt at this mileage, but they looked at it and confirmed that it was still in great condition and saved me hundreds of dollars! High-quality work!!! Thanks!!

Came in for an oil change and received excellent service. Prices are competitive and I was offered an additional discount on all my services. It should have cost $78 but after discount came to $55. Very happy and will be back again. Also the coffee here is fantastic!! Best out of any shop I have been to.
