I have purchased 2 sets of 4 tires from this location, the team is respectful, gives quotes, and keeps by their quotes. Lifetime alignment and balance comes in handy. They also assess necessary repairs without embellishments.Mr. Delgado is always of good cheer when he serves customers. Not the cheapest shop, but honest and quality work. Oh, yeah, every time I cross-shop their tire prices, they come out as price-competitive.

Everyone was very friendly and very polite. I was quoted $800 and they gave me a discount of $100 so I paid a total of $700 for 4 brand new tires. That was a complete total no extras. It was a great deal and they were very fast and got me back in the car, I'd say in about 1 hour from my phone call. Very happy with them and I will return for free rotations and for my next set of tires. Thank you again Evans Tire!! I definitely recommend them.....

I recently visited Evans Tire Shop for a tire change and oil change. I was impressed with how quickly they finished the job. I highly recommend Evans Tire Shop for its efficient service. The team at Evan s Tires on Broadway in Escondido were awesome! Knowledgable, helpful and communicative. I loved getting the car update via text and seeing pictures of the issue. They went above and beyond to stay late so I could get there to pick up my car. We will definitely be back!

Needed a tire urgently after having a blow out on the freeway and the spare has a 50 mph limit. I reserved the tire with morning phone call and they had me out of there with newly mounted tire within 20 minutes. Third time to this location and always professional and provides great customer service!

I ve been going to Evans tire for my tires yearly for a good 10 years now. They always have the best price or match anybody s price. The wait time is never more than four hours even if I m getting multiple services at once. The staff is friendly knows what they re talking about.

Servive was awesome. Eric was super nice ans welcoming. The car was serviced in a timely manner. However, on the way home, I noticed the car "shimmied" at around 60 mph. So, I have yet to experience Evan's Tire's customer warranty service.

I came in on a Saturday when myOriginal appointment date is for Monday. Jose was able to take me right away. Did my alignment in 30 minutes. Really impressed. Good customer service. I also bought a five year package for my tires alignment.

GREAT shop! Not only brakes & tires but they inspected the whole vehicle. Very nice group over there! Highly recommend for ANY car issue.And they squeezed me in on a Friday. I was in and out in only a few hours with new brakes, shocks, and an alignment!

Great place to to business with! Got my truck in the next day and balanced out my 37 tire s perfectly. I was worried due to the size but they got it done and the truck rides smooth even well above the speed limit. Thanks guys, you ve made a longtime customer!

Had me in and out in 30 minutes. Semi ran me off the road and caused my tire to burst. They replaced it for half the price of the surrounding dealers with labor included. Very nice people here. Thanks again.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change on Friday afternoon and was super happy with the service I received. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. The oil change itself only took 55 minutes and they replaced the filter and rotated my wheels. I was So happy with the service I received here and I will 100% be recommending Evans Tire Escondido to friends!

Excellent service. Work completed ahead of schedule. No complaints about the work.I would like to see Evans be more responsive to service needs. Though I'm aware that there is a scheduling system, the stores I've gone to say that you cannot make an appointment for service. It's first-come, first-serve, and you could need to wait up to four hours for them to get to your car.

The guys at Evans Tire in Escondido CA are exceptional. My car was delivered to them on a flatbed tow. My flat tire was a quick fix. But we ended up needing a new radiator and they did the install and flushed out the system and my car was ready a day later. But the thing that I want to share with you is how two of the mechanics waitef outside for my dog and me to get in the car, start the engine, put the windows down and look their way and they waived at me and I waived back. It was like family.

I first worked with Grant to set up the appointment, the initial exchange of new tires then I worked with Cesar to get everything put in place and find out what it was going to cost for brakes replacement and rotors. It was a little bit more than I was budgeted for, but they try to give me different solutions, which in the end didn t work for me, but I was able to come up with a different solution so that I could afford the whole thing so I didn t have to come back. The team was very accommodating, the waiting room was very clean and they kept me updated. I was able to get in and out of there in 4 1/2 hours overall I was pleased with the service and I had gotten these types of tires and brakes before and had really great experience with them so overall I had a good experience with Evans tires on Broadway in Escondido

I took my 20+ year old Toyota sedan to Evan s in Escondido to take advantage of a coupon to save money. I live in San Marcos, and the Evan s in San Marcos couldn t accommodate me that day. Neither are my regular mechanic.During their inspection, they found leaks in both my radiator hoses, which would cost $650 to fix. I turned it down because they were not my regular mechanic, not because I questioned their diagnosis. My car is old, so the unexpected can happen.They also found my tires and engine mounts to need replacement, both of which I was aware of.Total cost to remedy everything was $3,500.I took it to Terry s immediately afterwards. They are my regular go to. They did find leaks in the hoses, but they said tightening the clamps was all it needed.Terry s also found the engine oil to leak at the plug. My oil had just been changed at Evan s! They said a Nissan crush washer was used when a Toyota one was needed. To resolve this leak, they had to re-do the oil change.When I think about it, there was no radiator fluid leaking onto my garage floor prior to this. I m not making any accusations but it s possible my clamps were deliberately loosened to create the leaks.So much for venturing outside my comfort zone to save money using a coupon!. And to top it off, I had to wait 2-3 hrs for completion. Shame on Evan s!

I called around for quotes, but this shop answered all my questions and had the tires I WANTED. The condition report brought up some issues I knew I had to take care of, but they fixed it for me all in 1 visit. I highly recommend this shop. Thank you Dave and Cesar for your help.

Over the years, I've tried a number of different automotive and specifically tire shops. I keep coming back to Evans because I've found they're reliable and professional. They never sell me things I don't need and always do high quality work. They keep me updated on progress and are surprisingly prompt.

I was in Escondido in a rental and had an issue with the tires. Service was friendly and helpful. Thank God the Service Rep knew how to handle the process of billing the Rental agency. I was on the road in no time. Thank you for the great service!!!!

Had a flat went to have it changed. Told that they were booked up and it would be hours to wait. First come first serve and could not do appts at all. Zero customer service and we are repeat customers, bought tires here. Waited around, pretty empty garage bays Went to San Marcis, the other Evans place near us, absolutely different! Great customer service, kind, helpful and despite being busy, willing to do what they could. I ll just come to this one now! San Marcos location for the win!

This was my first time taking my car to Evans Tire, wonderful customer service and extremely thorough. Didn't try to up sale or mislead me, straight forward and honest service!!!!! Definitely will be a repeat customer and refer to others.
