I run a decent sized fleet here in Carlsbad and had the pleasure of finding the team here at Esco Body Refinishing and Truck. This team continuously provides five star service from dropping off the vehicle to picking it up. They will go above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied with their work. Great place for tall and awkward sized vehicles that need a shop that has room and can accommodate the different sized work trucks and vans. Do you want the BEST service you can imagine? Go here. I was rear-ended and Esco Body helped me go through the insurance process which was a complete nightmare for all of us. WEEKS of calls and back and forth with each other and the insurance companies occurred. It was a major headache for us all, but their outstanding customer service made everything so much easier. They are 100% for the customer. I would go back to them in a heartbeat.

Our experience with Escondido Body Re-Finishing was excellent. We had our entire motorhome painted which was originally gel coat. We always struggled with oxidization and it was impossible to get it looking fully clean and polished. We are extremely happy with the finished product, and it has drastically cut down on the time spent cleaning and polishing it in between uses. Their attention to detail was awesome. In addition, the staff there was extremely helpful & communicative throughout the whole process. We couldn t be happier. We would highly recommend them to anyone in need of the services they offer. Escondido Body Refinishing fixed my RV in fantastic time. I needed a new body door for my RV, because of COVID the original parts manufacturer was very behind, so Escondido sourced a door locally, had it made, installed it, matched the paint and graphics and had the job finished in time for me to go North before the desert started to heat up. Not only did they find an available part, but it was absolutely better than the OEM door. I highly recommend Escondido Body Refinishing Truck and RV for anyone who needs body work done to their rig.Service: Painting

I love this place. Our car got hit and was damaged in several areas. Most shops said 3 months. We got ours done in less than a month. OEM part, it s like we just bought it from the dealer. I highly recommend this place of you want good quality.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I called this business to get a quote for painting the top of my motorhome where the clear coat was flaking. All the rest of the paint on the motorhome is still in pristine condition. I had obtained several quotes prior to seeking a quote from this shop. Hirand stated that he would need to see the motorhome so I drove it there for the quote.He spent a long time telling me how this was such a big job and that he needed to paint all the way down the side of the motorhome so no line would be visible on the clear coat. Additionally, he spent a considerable amount of time trying to convince me that numerous other areas needed attention. The quote I received had separate line items for preparation, painting and applying clear coat to each area of the roof, front cap, rear cap, sides of the motorhome. They quoted labor to remove and re-install parts like the ladder that could be simply masked. The quote was three pages long! All that needed to be painted was a thin sliver of paint on the sides to the roof and the front and rear cap.Bottom line is this business wants to puff up the quote and push you into having more work done than is necessary. I had the work performed at another shop for less than a fifth of the price this place quoted. Buyer beware!

Needed repair to my wife s Nissan due to an accident. Escondido Body Refinishing did an outstanding job. I can t say the same about my insurance (AllState). But EBR went above and beyond my expectations. I had No Problems at with the car. Things took longer than I had hoped, due to crappy AllState, not Escondido Body. But as I said EBR owner and all his staff were wonderful from day one. Definitely recommend.

Escondido Body Refinishing Truck and RV bad costumer services. I went in for a repair estimate, and body shop owner Mr. Hrand wanted to know how much I want to spend for repair.. What..? Why owner asking client how much he want to spend? If you have your labor rate why estimate should base on customer budget? That mean if your budget lower your car can bad quality job or?Mr. Hrand owner of body shop promise email estimate for repair but after 5 days calling everyday for repair quote his employee tell me that he is busy or don't have a time.I'm taking my business elsewhere, thank you for your bad customer service.

A couple of months ago, my truck was vandalized. Two broken windows, a scratch from front to back and a large number of dents on the passenger side. In my field of work, I see a lot of vehicles that have been repaired by a lot of different body shops. Having seen EBR's work before, I requested from my insurance company that they repair my truck. Harand and his team did not disappoint! My truck looked perfect when I came to pick it up. Like it just rolled off the assembly line. Thank you Harand and crew!

Fantastic staff and great quality work. Justin was great and kept me updated as the repairs to my car progressed. Now it ooks like my car was never in an accident! Would definitely recommend!

I am totally satisfied with their work they fixed the 2 doors on my passenger side that didn t open cuz of a hit and left them looking brand new also the excellent customer service is great, they also gave me a guarantee as long as I own the car, I recommend it one hundred percent

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for outstanding service. Not only is the work amazing but they're friendly and helpful with amazing customer service. They took care of my 370z and I'm more than pleased with their job. Very professional and they know what they're doing. Big thanks to Yousif and Hrand great guys, quick service, and wonderful experience.

Sucked, bad customer service. I had a fender bender and I've been wanting an estimated list of some sort to know what's wrong with my car. After 4 days of me continuing to call them they have shut me down saying they aren't not here or they are not working on my car anymore. I don't know about you but I need my car, I'm outta there for sure
