We came in to buy our 1st Tesla that i had eyed for a few months. We were able to test drive it and i knew she was meant to be mine lol. Cisco made it happen for us, he was professional and straight to the point. I would definitely recommend buying your next car with them, i know I ll be coming back if i ever decide to buy again. It took us about 1hr start to finish, awesome experience over all!

My husband and I are very pleased with this establishment!As promised Ruben had our car ready to present and test drive, upon arrival. Ruben was very friendly and helped us through the first part of out transaction.Diego also was extremely friendly guiding us through the process.Excellency, professionalism and kindness is our experience. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! Had the worse experience, they make me pay for a service that I didn't want (LoJack), then they offered a "Extended guarantee" I paid $2500 more for it... 2 months later the car broke, I called to them to get help first to the service, it was 3:50 and the girl say the were about to close ( service is supposed to close at 5) and they can't do anything to help until next day, i called sales and the guy there told me to come over and leave the car there over night, I did. They say the "Extended guarantee"that I bought could or could not cover the issue (they don't even know what are they selling), he was contradicting him self. The girl from service told me that is different levels on the guarantee ( which they never informed when they sell it to me, if I knew this I would bought the one that cover everything) So I had to pay to them to get it fix, again "2 MONTHS" the car least.... Make yourself a favor and don't waste your money here

Little things they won t tell you, before you sell your car from Escondido super center, cancel your alpha warranty and cancel your gap coverage they tag on your sticker price. They ll make it out like pulling teeth but the 2k-3500 you ll get back is well worth it :)

I bought my truck here only 5 months ago. I was told that the truck had been through a rigorous 24 point inspection, and everything was great. 2 months after purchase, I had to replace front pads and rotors for $450. They said they couldn't do anything, and that the extended warranty I purchased did not cover rotors, even though I was told the warranty covered EVERYTHING. A month after that I had to replace my transmission mounts due to excessive noise from the undercarriage. That was $800 to fix. Again, the fancy warranty didn't cover transmission mounts either. Great upsale. I took it back to my mechanic yesterday because the brakes were squeeking. I was just informed by my mechanic that the rear pads were still like new but the Supercenter only replaced the the pads and not the rotors and that the rear rotors were now warped. It will cost me another $450. I will never buy a car here again. Buyer beware!!! Bright side is I do not have a truck payment. Since they were not able to finance me for reasons unknown, as my credit is great, I had to purchace the truck outright for $33,000. I had to have it for my job.

They seemed to rush thru the first check-up maintenance appointment, glazing over any questions or concerns I had about how the car has been running. But when I asked the specific questions again when picking up the car they said that they checked it all out and everything was perfect , perfect , and perfect ; no specific answers or any answers.

5 Stars. Follow up review. Bought a 4x4 pick up and felt I got a great deal here. Cisco was great to deal with and surpassed my expectation for buying a vehicle. I needed to return for some service and the repairs were made beyond my expectations. Edgar the service manager was a delight to work with to insure all the work was completed.

I m seeking legal assistance because it just isn t fair that Ive paid almost $30,000 for a 2013 truck that doesn t work.Typical used car dealer. Dishonest mostly, also has no problem looking you square in the eyes and lying to you and your family. They re not concerned with your family s safety or well being. I ve been lied to by Ruben, Jon Hart, and down the line to the mechanic whose name I can t spell. I wouldn t recommend these snakes. It s been years and they still haven t made right what they promised.

I do not recommend for someone to buy a car from here.While the entire interaction started out positive, it definitely did not end that way. The sales people were nice enough at the start, but were pushing us to buy accessories and service that we did not require. After telling them, repeatedly, that we did not want the accessories and service, we were informed that the Manager said that those are not optional and were required. Since when is Lo-Jack ever a mandatory accessory? Every other dealership has it as an option. Why can I not drive the car off the lot to where I live in Arizona? They kept telling me it had to be shipped. Every other dealership is able to provide a 3-4 day permit for it to be driven to where a person lives, this dealership apparently cannot or does not know how to do this.When I asked to talk to the manager about these, I was told he is not available. Although, the manager apparently had enough time to talk to the salesperson, he could not make the time to talk to a customer. In fact, if the manager responds to this post within a day, it proves the point everything that is said above. On pushing accessories and services that are not required. Additionally, he looks for these reviews then tries to put a positive spin on the bad review.

Ever since i had made the mistake if going into this place, my credit, my life really has been upside down. I have reported this already, but strange i cant seem to find it. Wonder what happend. Not really, i would assume that somehow it was removed. I am very upset, but i will say that the manger onsite now Ryan, he actually understood and acknowledged the problem. Did what he could to make it alittle better. My recomendation is that ypu start having some standards and integrity. Treat customers right. Dont get caught up in decieving lending or dealing. Some people will not tolerate it. And if your syaff isnt aware they could cause your whole company to fall. Cisco i am suing you personally.

We went there as per a sale of our truck that was pre negotiated. Our truck is in In excellent condition has and has extremely low miles it s a 2017 diesel truck and has 65k miles and was only used for long distance hauling so it is great condition . It recently came back front GM dealership after having a wax, oil change and full inspection we paid for and it came back perfect. We took to this Escondido super center and after having it there an hour keeping me waiting after I was told I would be there no longer that 30 minutes from start to finish they try to take 1700 off the agreed price claiming an oil leak. It s been parked in our driveway for months with out a spot on our driveway and the GM dealership would have definitely caught it if that was the case. When we said no they re new Price they tried to keep negotiating finally coming back to the original price after we drove away. The agent who I was dealing with did not have the courtesy to come talk to me even after I asked for her since I had been waiting so long and I have yet to hear from her which is extremely rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend a dealership that operates this way. After accepting an offer from a another dealer they explained to us this is how this company does business Wish I would have known.

I m extremely happy with my purchase. Most car dealerships I had went to recently didn t seem to want to help answer simple questions or even show cars in their lot, in addition some of the cars at those places were not in the best of shape. I decided to go to Escondido Auto Super Center with the intent to view the Tesla Model X and the salesperson David was great, provided the right support and talking points that the salesperson needs but with human touch not too pushy. I was comfortable and did NOT feel deceived one bit during this purchase. In addition, when it came time to sign the paperwork and finish financing Alexa was so patient and kind. I had my kids with me, and they had a few questions about the process because their inquiring minds wanted to know and she multi-tasked very well and still made sure to answer my children s questions. I had a very pleasant experience here, and I hope you do too!

My experience with Ruben in sales and Brenda in the business office after I purchased my car was excellent. I had my car shipped and it arrived in beautiful condition just as advertised. The team at this location is overall super friendly, helpful, and very professional. I am so happy with my car too. I highly recommend this place!

They don't go into detail about the insurance guidelines and gloss over the issues that may come up with the cars that they sell, which will happen. If I could, I would leave a 0/5.

I was trying to inquire about a car, so I messaged them on Facebook about it, was even willing to put a reserve on the car, told them my offer and I have cash to put down on the car, and then was told let me go ask my boss then they left me on read, never reached back out to me saying that car was in the process of being sold, wasn t contacted or anything. Then I was told the car was sold the next day, sales manger never reached out when I inquired about it.All I have to say is as a military member, this is horrible sales and customer service. Me being a great candidate for buying a car and having money for a cash down payment and then being ignored so they could focus on another customer is absolutely annoying.Wouldn t recommend.

Great overall experience! My husband and I showed up knowing exactly which two vehicles we wanted to test drive. Ruben greeted us with positive energy and answered every question we had. We never once felt pressured or rushed during our time there. Diego made our cash buying experience easy and comfortable. We were shocked by just how quick and simple of a process it was. Thank you!

I was looking for a tesla model 3 for quite some time now. I was scoping google and found my 2018 model 3 here. I was skeptical about visiting a used car dealership, but this place did not disappoint. They have really good prices especially by kbb standards.The experience was similar to a carmax just really nice people, no negotiation, but you don t need to negotiate (at least not right now) cause a car from any other place would be 2k-5k higher. I saw the price dropped online by 1k and I knew it was well within my budget.The coolest part was that they offer a free detail of the interior and exterior, and they ll fix the rims for free! They even offered to paint my wheels, and I chose a gun metal grey, looks sick. This takes them about 6-7 hours to do, so plan accordingly.I only have 2 complaints. The parking and car lot setup are pretty bad. There are only like 6-8 customer parking spots and the street parking is mostly marked red. Some cars for sale I m not sure how they ll pull them out of the spots. Lastly is the presentation of some of the cars. I almost didn t buy my car cause the screen looked like it had been chipped off on the edges. Turns out it was just the screen protector, and the screen was fine underneath.Another thing, and this is just with tesla purchases in general. Make sure there are no existing driver profiles on the vehicle. Otherwise you will need to contact the last owner of the vehicle to have them remove their profile from the tesla app. If the prior owner doesn t do this, you cannot create a profile and link the app to the car. I got lucky and the prior owner contacted me back within hours.

Excellent experience, great inventory and the sales staff is completely professional. I dealt with Ruben and he made the entire process easier than any other car buying experience we've had before. We had a question about the maintenance history of the Lexus GX we bought and he literally had it on the rack sending me a video to prove how well taken care of it was within 10 minutes. Talk about full disclosure. We did the test drive , broaden our own financing from Navy Federal and finished signing documents in such a short time that it was hard to believe. They give a free 30- Day or one thousand mile warranty so they stand by their inventory. Great family-owned dealership

This was my first time financing a car and Cisco was awesome! When I was there he was very patient while I was taking a look at car. He also helped out my sister in her vehicle that she had just purchased. He made the application process super easy. He got me approved for the vehicle the next day and had ready for me to pick up the next. It was an easy and quick process.

Would never buy a vehicle from this place, but the sales people are pretty friendly.I filled out a form online to say I was interested in a vehicle. A man named Cisco calls me to ask if I have any questions. The first thing I ask him, he tells me well I haven't really seen the vehicle myself.I drive all the way to look at this vehicle and am thoroughly disappointed in its cleanliness. There were years of dust and grime in most cracks and crevices. Stains all over the headliner. Their pictures did not capture it's true condition.After all my time spent I figured I'd drive it to see if it at least ran well. I pull out of their driveway and it's sounds like an axle is going to fall out. I immediately turn back around and park the vehicle.I tell Cisco I'm not interested and tell him why. The only thing he says is I'm going to go finish my lunch.

I had completed a purchase of another vehicle at the store and was completely satisfied enough to purchase a second vehicle. They have a pretty good selection, however, I recommend doing a little research on the website to see what is available prior to going. Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful, which is refreshing compared to other similar businesses, and is deeply appreciated. More than willing to work with you. Customer service on a scale of 0-10 is 10+, not joking. The fact that I went back twice should tell you that I highly recommend this establishment if looking for a reliable, affordable used vehicle. Special appreciation to Alexa and Reuben Well, it s two years later, and things have changed significantly. I am back to purchase a vehicle, and clearly there is new ownership. I am deeply disappointed. I had enjoyed and come to rely on / recommended this place, and gave it a shining review which at the time, was well deserved. Not anymore. I cannot, honestly recommend. A lot of sketchy things going on in every area of the transaction. Unlikely you ll drive off the lot with the car you picked for some reason or another. you will likely have find out the car has pricey issues a month or two out, so expect out of pocket expenses cuz they don t honor the limited warranty anymore. I recommend you go elsewhere, someplace that is honest, takes pride in their business dealings, respects customers, and deals with them fairly. Also, if you decide to do business with them anyway, DO NOT pay for extra insurance they offer. Whatever business that is that they hook up with looks for reasons not to honor it, and you wind up stuck with the payment. It is more than HIGHLY unlikely , that they all will NOT cover whatever it is. Again, it was once the best used car business in the area. Too bad. They had a good thing going for a while.
