Last minute call for an oil change a brakes. WOW ! What an amazing establishment. I won t go no where from this on. Micheal took care of everything with no hassle. He also checked what s needed in the future.I am a female with no knowledge of cars whatsoever except driving sadly. He took he s time and explained everything. Top customer service period.Thank you Micheal and team.

This is not the name of the shop. It is Muffler and Cat Depot. Do not come to this shop. They put a bad alternator in my car and I had to come back a couple days later because my lights would flash on and off. When I came back for them to fix it, I came back a little earlier than they said it would be done. He said it would take longer because the next alternator they got also didn't work. I don't know where they buy from but the parts they purchase could be bad. Originally was told it would take 2 hrs and 45 minutes, nope over 4 hrs. Do not come here if you value your time.

Quick star certified smog check. The mechanic was very patient and kind. Applied the $10 coupon I found online. Nothing negative to say fast, cheap, and effective service.

Les is awesome! My family and I have been coming here for years for either yearly smog or when we buy/sell. I alone have 4 vehicles, 3 of which needs smogged every year or 2. Even on this hot 102 plus degree day he s still kind, here doing a retest because I failed 1st time because I had cycles that weren t completed yet. He told me how to and what to google so I can drive the truck in a certain wait for it to complete the cycle. Hopefully it passes this time lolService: Auto emissions testing

Best mechanic in town, by far. I won t use anyone else. I ve been coming in for over 2 years now, and I ve never had anything but amazing experiences. Great prices, quick repairs, and friendly staff. Always go here to do my smogs, they re quick and do a great job. In and out of the place in less than 30 mins. I highly recommend this shop for smog checks!

Don t be fooled by the exterior! This place I great. I came here for a walk in Smog check with a coupon, the guy John who works there already applied the coupon before I could even asked. Very nice and friendly. Highly recommend for a smog check. It only took like 5-10 min

my air bag warning light came on over the weekend and I called several places that would not touch it, I called Escondido Auto Repair and made an appointment to have them look at it and they found the problem and repaired it within 3 hours at a reasonable cost to me , i am very pleased with the work done by them, and they were very polite to all customers while I was there. Michael is my absolute hero! I dropped my Chevy Duramax 3500 Diesel off with him to get what I thought was a bad water pump/ housing replaced. And frankly I was getting ready for bill just under $1,000 after all is said and done after replacing coolant and so on. He later calls me and informs me that after pressure testing it before just replacing it (first gold star right there!) Like any other shop would have, he found it was just a hose! $95 and I'm on my way, I never thought I'd say this, but honest mechanic's do still exist! I was so happy I called on my way to the shop to find out what kind of beer he liked and brought in 2 30 packs of Coors light as a sincere thank you. Highly recommend, I don't care if I move out if state I'm coming back here for life haha

Mike is the man he would see me when others were busy and he made time for me even though he was booked solid fixed my leak in my power steering and charge me almost well a very ridiculously lower amouit's very ridiculously low amount. Mike is the man and Luis was the mechanic that worked on my car Mike booked me Luis sealed the deal What do you call a mechanic that will see you when others make you wait? A guy a God-sent angel! God-bless both of you.

This place is unbelievable not only.were we overcharged by $1,000 the car was still leaking oil and the check engine light was still on. He also replaced my brakes without asking and charged me $200. The car was there.3 WEEKS AND STILL BROKEN. The owner said he would fix it so a week later NOTHING I GO OVER THERE JUST TO FIND THEY HAD BEEN DRIVING MY CAR 127 MILES WITH THE OIL LEAK AND THEY SCRATCH THE DRIVERS SIDE REAR NO INTO A WALL. OH YEAH HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO TAKE THE.CAR TO AUDI FOR DIAGNOSES BUT THE CAR NEVER SHOWED UP THERE.. SO WHERE WAS MY CAR FOR 2!daysService: Auto engine diagnostic

Awesome mechanic. Friendly, accommodating, and best of all, the most reasonably priced in town. Replaced my timing belt and water pump in half a day and did a phenomenal job. I would recommend to anyone. A+++. Thanks again!!

Took my car to them , they said they would give it back to me like brand new change the oil seals my oil leak fix my check engine light 3 weeks goes by he gives me back my car with the oil still leaking and the engine light still on then I take it back and he, then takes my car for another 5 days puts 127.5 miles on it driving it like it's his tells me it's at audio dealership but they don't even know who they are? and tells me it's not his problem. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY ARE SWITCHING PARTS FOR HIS PERSONAL CARS ?Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

the mechanic that worked on my truck needs to go back to school and learn more. If the shop cant handle difficult jobs, they should not accept the work. They should refer their customers to other shops. If your car needs anything difficult, turn around and run away. We will be taking this shop to small claims court, because we had to take our truck to another shop and pay anther 500.00 to be fixed PROPERLY....
