Went in for a tire rotation had low thread and decided to purchase all new four wheels. I was given my car back and as i soon as i drive off didn t make it a block when my dash was blinking red telling me I had 5 PSI!!!!! 5!!!!! I had to verify careful find my way back.Turns out it was the assistant manage who gave me the car is such condition and when i let the manager know he didn t even apologize.Could have damaged so much more or even got into an accident. Never again will i return to this place.Not to mention my car was clean, got ir back looking like i drove through grease as the rims were disgusting.

My boyfriend and I came here the next day after we traveled here from Phoenix and got a flat on the way. Genaro made us feel like we were taken care of and was able to get us out of there in less than an hour! Thank you so much and would highly recommend <3

Made an appointment and brought my car in because the low tire pressure light was on. They told me they would check the pressure, rotate the tires, and rebalance or whatever they do. When I picked up my car everything seemed fixed but a few hours later, the light came back on. I checked the tire pressure and it was still low. So now I'm doubting if they even did anything to my car. Really disappointing.

I came in here on a Thursday after my tire had a nail in it. Humberto greeted me and i couldnt have been happier. He was super nice and he made me feel welcome and taken care of. Definitely coming back for all my tire needs

Been coming here for years. Great service. Friendly staff. Today they were short staffed (the new pandemic) but kept their spirits up and communicated with us. The tech David worked hard to get everyone taken care of. The manager was hustling!! Thank you!

Terrible Customer service and atrocious work on my tires. I came in for a second time for a refund regarding them not putting on front tires twice now and the manager Ralph and person before refused to give it to me. I had to become a lawyer because Ralph couldn t understand their simple policy with refund certificates and he was being rude and unhelpful the whole process. I had to drive back just to finally receive it with no help from them. I suggest getting a quote and going to any other tire shop since they all price match since their company name discount tires is certainly fitting.

Geno and the crew at the Escondido Blvd store are awesome! I've bought all my tires from DTC (San Diego) since 1992 and they never let me down. Tuesday was no different, I had a nail in a tire that has been on for only 9mos and Geno+Crew took care of it AND did a rotate/rebalance to make sure things were fine. I won't buy tires from anyone else. Thanks Geno & DTC!

Purchased four new tires and had them installed here - All four tires were at the wrong air pressure from spec. Two front were over filled and rears were under filled. While I was on the freeway home the rear left tire became flat, when I pulled up to a gas station to fill the tire, I discovered that the Schrader valve had not been tightened down, which is causing air to continuously leak. When I called and asked about the issue they said you can come by but it would take 3 hours for them to address the issue because they are busy.

This place is garbage.The Chinese "discounted" tires they sell are absolutely of the worst kind.Do not take your eyes off your car while waiting for the garbage tires to be installed - especially if you have valuables.Employees at this location, many of which are convicts should steer you clear from this dump.

Came in with a nail in my tire. Staff was welcoming and kind throughout the process. Kept me updated throughout the process. Their estimated wait time was on point. Other shops told me it wasn t repairable. I came into discount just before opening and they were able to plug and repair no problem. I love a honest shop! 10/10 definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here for all your tire needs.The inside is surprisingly clean as well

Free tire patches, pressure checks and inspections. They anticipated a 2 hour wait when I got there, but it ended up only bring 1 1/2 hours. The employees are very nice and professional, and the lobby is comfortable enough if you want to wait.

This is the second time they refused to rotate and balance my tires, and tried to pressure me into buying new ones (tires are completely fine, less than a year old). I'm done with DT, taking my business elsewhere.

Always good, except this time. they forgot to let me know my new wheel and tire was completed. Basically I sat in the parking lot a lot longer than necessary. I was being patient until I went in and asked about it, oh yeah it s done . all good .

Overall good experience. Had a flat time and they were able to replace it within a couple of hours. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Was never notified when the car was ready to be picked up which I wish they would ve let me know.

I scheduled a 10AM Appt to have my tires balanced. I arrived at 9:50AM and was greeted immediately. They gave me an update on the status of my tires, explained what they d be doing and said they would be done no later than 11AM. By 10:15AM they had completed the work, pulled the car up and I was on my way. The team was very nice and provided the right information. I wouldn t have changed anything.

This is the best discount tire store that I have ever been to. Everybody is so friendly and even though they made a little boo boo they fixed it and that's not going to cause me to rate them any lower than five I would give them 10 Stars. They are kind and considerate and quick you can't go wrong if you come here

Super helpful staff. We had bought rims online and told they would be at the store on a certain date and so we made an appt. Get there and my rims weren't there and they had no idea when they would be. We had to end up buying some from the showroom.

This location is so unprofessional it's not even funny. Music with profanity being played and I was told an hour and a half for a plug and it ended up taking over 3 hours. Definitely go somewhere else.

These guys are such pros! I got a flat and they fixed it in under an hour. Place was busy too! I'm not saying they can always pull that off, but man I was pleasantly surprised. I'll be back when I need new tires. Keep up the good work!

Careless and not qualified to do basic tire replacement. First they put one of my tires on backward. Took me finding the issue and convincing them it was wrong. Tire changing 101, these tires even have writing that says outside .. Then I washed the super dirty wheel this morning mostly due for the lubricant they use, only to find scratches and chunks taken out of the wheel. I know for a fact they were fine prior cause I just detailed the car before getting new tires.

Scheduled appointments are your best bet. It's busy on Mondays because they are closed Sundays.Free patches if it's on the tread. But, replace it if it's close to the edge or a flat puncture from a knife like metal.Nice staff, good operation and flow of customers. Free wifi. I believe they have coffee and water if you ask.("Oh look, printed magazines" I can't resist reading those.)I appreciate the sun doesn't shine in the building, it's fairly cool inside.

Im very disappointed!!!I used to work at discount and I'm pretty ashamed...I thought you guys cared about your customers safety but I'm seeing you do not!I too my mom truck for a wheel swapI go to another tire shop they tell me discount tire did not install my tire sensors in correctly, they installed the wheels and one of them was almost to the point of coming off..what are you guys doing over there?I would not recommend going here because obviously they don't know what they are doing.Could get someone hurt.. or killed

10/10 would recommend. I got a fresh set of continental control contact sport srs+ and Ralph gave me a great deal. The installation went smoothly and the techs have great attention to detail. Definitely coming back.

I got unlucky with Discount Tire. They broke one of the lug nut when installing the tire, and I had to spend $100 to just get it (two nuts were broken) fixed at a local mechanic. In the end I realized repairs due to their mistake came out very expensive and burnt my purse, so make sure to inform them to be careful when installing tires.

Usually you get better service with booking online. However, I must have just hit it right. Got in and got out in about 90 minutes
