I had my rear bumper and lights replaced here about 2 years ago. A few days after I picked my car up the right reflector popped out and I had to take my car back to get it replaced. They replaced it for free and all has been fine, but now 2 years later the paint is chipping on my bumper. At this point I wish I had just taken my car to another shop instead.

Hands down the best auto body shop in San Diego. From minor paint repairs, to carbon restoration and full body work. This shop is your go to, if you want your ride looking . Ricardo goes above and beyond to make sure you and your ride are taken care. Couldn't be happier with the service that I and my wife received. Thank you SDS for referring us to this amazing guy

I had an unfortunate accident and found was very lucky to find Del Real's Auto Body. I talked with Ricardo Jr, who was the only "real" person I reached right away after trying to get an estimate from several different companies. They worked directly with my insurance company and gave me updates on my car almost every day. I picked up my car yesterday and it looks beautiful; almost like I have a new car. They threw in a lot of "extras" that was not even on the quote, changed my oil and even detailed the interior of my car! Their prices are great and I would definately recommend them to anyone. Richardo takes amazing care of my car and me. His amazing turn around time is beyond belief. Extremely competitive prices. Nice to have found this shop. Highly recommended.

Alex Del Real is amazing, the part I needed couldn't be found anywhere in Esco, Alex checked. But instead of letting me take off in an unsafe vehicle he produced a hand made version of the part I needed from remnants he rounded up from stored used parts. That's right, Alex cut, sanded, and welded together an exact duplicate of the part I needed right before my eyes. What a mechanic, he never gave up on the fix!! And need I say, I'm a customer for life!! I was beyond impressed. Great job Alex and Mr. Del Real Sr. who assisted. I kept the part as a reminder of what a terrific job the Del Real's did for me, Highest Rating well deserved!! The finish, I drove to Carlsbad purchased a factory authorized version of the part, returned and Alex completed the re-install. With a factory correct version of the part I needed. WOW !!.

My initial experience here was not that bad. I took my truck in for some custom paint work. A month later I came back in for an insurance claim because my custom hood and paint job was damaged from rocks. The hood was repainted and it was not done very well. After going back junior looked at it and said he would repaint it at no cost. After he said he would paint it again I kept getting the run around. He told me it would take about a month because he was in a car accident, but even after that I kept getting the run around. I decided to take my truck to a professional establishment that did a great job and actually treated me very well. It's a shame after spending so much money I didn't get any customer service.

Took my BMW 335i 2007 to get my new bumper on and he did an amazing job. He gave me a good price. He was quick and kept in touch with me the whole time. I highly recommend this place! 10/10

I got my bumper repaired and it looks brand new at the fraction of the cost of a new one. I had gone to this place for first time in April and then day before yesterday visited three other places to get the best estimate. All of the other three insisted me on getting the new bumper with their estimates varying annoyingly between $600 to $1000. Of course I went back to this place and I was indeed apprehensive about the results I would get for his low quote of $150. I was so amazed with the final result tat I payed him extra $50 because he made my bumper new as he had promised. The best part was that he was ready to do the work for the price he had quoted in April which is more than two months ago.These guys are Awesome!

As a 1st timer in a car accident.My experience was great im happy I brought in my car here to be fixed.Very good Customer service and quick also.I like how the owner was giving every update on my car.

I've gone by times. I've called 4 times. That's 8 attempts to do business with them. I keep being told that when the owner gets back I'll get a call back (by his father). It's been about five months now.I've never worked so hard to try to give someone my money or business.
