I came here to get a window fixed for my commercial truck , immediately was greeted by Justin with professionalism and kindness And I knew I was in good hands.definitely will recommend to friends . The guys got it fixed in 30 minutes. Thank you Justin and the team for all the help.

Justin was outstanding. His price was very reasonable and he was extremely professional. Took care of ordering a new windshield and finishing the job ahead of time. The windshield looks great and Justin went the extra mile to let me use their TV (which had Netflix) and borrow a phone charger. Highly recommend!!

I looked all over to have the windshield repaired on our BMW. It was a bullseye chip about an inch in diameter. All other shops told me that the whole windshield needed to be replaced. Only Justin at Chief Auto glass would take on the project. He took his time and did a great job with a tricky repair fill. It s almost invisible and saved me about $1300. I highly recommend this shop!!!

Rob is great!I Went to get my smog done and seen they also do auto glass repair and tint. I recently had a rock hit my windshield and needed to find a place to fix it. Rob approached me asking if I needed any help and told me he could fix my windshield right after I finished with the smog. Gave me a good price and was finished in less than 30 minutes for both services!I will definitely be back for more of their services and I highly recommend!

WARNING: if you want a bad tint job, bait & switch pricing, and damage to your vehicle, this place is for you! Otherwise, steer clear AWAY from this place. They may come off as kind and caring at the end of the job, but they do a VERY bad job (enough that you have to come back and have them re-do the job) then they are negligent and treat your brand new car poorly with significant damage in the area they work on! I was quoted one price, then when I show up, it was $40 more (and I gave them my vehicle information in advance). Then, one of my windows had misaligned film. Not to mention, there s scuff, scratches, and dust in and on the film. Now the worst part, since I was only able to roll down the window recently (need to let the tint dry for a couple days) I noticed tears in my door card!!! I called them to ask them about it and they turned it into a he said he said situation (who in their right mind would deliberately make cuts in the interior of their brand new car??! BESIDES, they re the ones who worked in this area!) and advised me to do whatever I want (versus making this situation right) so here I am with a bad review. They must not know the power of social media. It s 2022!!! Do not come here, do not let these mediocre tinters touch your car. Save yourself the time, money, and grief. You ve been warned. Quoted me 500 for new rear window and 4 to tinted windows. Said rear window would arrive in 48 hours but it took three weeks. Once they got me in it took 4 hours - one hour more than expected - and after giving me the keys and trying to charge me 80 more than previously quoted I noticed a huge mistake in the cut of the window tint so I told them to redo it, which took another hour. Needless to say I am never coming back.

Sam was professional, on-time and efficient. He s been in the business for awhile and I trusted him to get the job done. And, he got the job done quick and made my car look just that much better. Definitely will refer to anyone the best shop with the most convenient prices in Escondido called a few windshield replacement shops and they all highballed me! Services were great and they definitely showed respect god bless them.

Came to this place after my cars window was broken. Was greeted by Rod who was very professional and went above and beyond in helping me repair this broken car window. He vacuumed the inside of my car to remove the broken glass and immediately ordered a new car window.If you need any car window repairs or anything else I highly suggest coming here and asking for Rod! This place was amazing and quick with the work. Took them and hr to replace windshield on 2013 Nissan Altima.
